Community Beach con un grande cortile (ZC191) Incredibile cortile per barbecue

Grande 4 camere da affittare tutto l'anno. Con il meraviglioso giardino sul retro per barbecue tutto l'anno e vasca idromassaggio all'aperto questa è la casa perfetta per una vacanza. (la buca per il fuoco all'esterno non è utilizzabile) Ci si trova anche in un quartiere che ha accesso alla spiaggia privata di Skyland. La cucina è spaziosa ed è aperta sul soggiorno e sulla zona pranzo e dispone di porte scorrevoli che si aprono sul cortile sul retro.
Al primo livello è la camera da letto principale JR 1 con un re e bagno completo. La lavanderia che è anche un bagno 1/2 è nel corridoio. Camera 2 ha una regina e un bagno completo. Al piano superiore è la camera 3 con un letto pieno e un letto a castello con il doppio in alto e completamente in basso. Camera 4 è il maestro e ha un grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio e grande stand up doccia. C'è un re letto, camino e TV nel master. Il garage è anche un vantaggio tutto l'anno. Gli affittuari hanno accesso al parcheggio nel garage e possono contenere 2 auto.

Occupazione:
1. Regole per contea: i matrimoni NON sono ammessi di alcun tipo o taglia, sulla proprietà o a casa. Sarai immediatamente chiuso e perderà il deposito cauzionale e sarà soggetto a più multe.
2. Sono consentite solo 12 persone in qualsiasi momento a casa. Ciò include eventuali cene o incontri che potresti avere.
3. 5 auto consentite a casa in qualsiasi momento. Non c'è parcheggio in strada per contea e regole di sicurezza antincendio. Il mancato rispetto comporterà la perdita del deposito cauzionale.
4. Per favore aiutaci a mantenere la nostra casa in affitto. ORDINANZA DEL RUMORE dalle 22:00 alle 7:00 DEL GIORNO ed è molto severa in questo quartiere.

4th of July family trip

Overall the stay was good with a little maintenence it could be great. Plenty of room and in a very nice area. The few things that could be better - The grill area was very dirty and didnt look like it had been cleaned. Also, the pine needles in the gutters are over flowing, its a big fire hazard. Aside from those items it was great stay! Its an easy walk to the community beach and zephyr cove. I would recommend it to others.

Needs Some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was probably once nice, but it is not well maintained or clean. It needs a good deep cleaning. The couch and ottoman are visibly dirty, the showers have mold, and the bedding and towels have mysterious stains. This is also a very poorly stocked property. We had to ration toilet paper and paper towels, which was even more difficult to do considering there were no kitchen towels to use. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the backyard was nice, but this property needs some TLC before I would consider returning.

We loved the backyard and spa! The kitchen area was very big and updated. We had some issues with things not working. One of the bedroom bathrooms shower was broken and the shower could not be turned on. The master bath jetted tub would not turn on, and we couldn’t keep the water from draining out. The lights in the master bedroom, would not turn on. We never could find the switch or the bulbs just were burnt out. And the toaster was broken. There is no bar soap, you have to bring your own. The house needs a little maintenance in these areas and it would have been perfect. We loved the layout and the location.

Family fun in the snow

Easy to book, and communicate with host. Beautiful huge home, plenty of space for family of 10. Cozy warm and comfortable living area. Few mattresses could use upgrading. Overall house was well equipped with cooking items and essentials for our stay.

Perfect Christmas Home for Families

Beautiful property, looked just like the pictures! Very spacious and in a great location! Check in & check out was easy. Communication was fantastic and responses were prompt. We had a lovely time staying here. If we’re ever back in South Lake Tahoe we will make sure to stay at this property again.

Comfortable stay in a nice area with great amenities!

This place was great for what we needed. Hot tub, beds, kitchen were all perfect for a friends weekend and it was easy to get into SLT from here. The kitchen was well stocked which was great but the host wasn’t able to confirm about any appliances ahead of time since they are just property managers and don’t seem to have someone checking the property regularly. A few things were not in great shape/ seemed run down, like the fridge handle was broken and the carpet is coming off the steps to the garage. A bit more attention to detail on small things would make this a 5 star stay but it was safe and comfortable.

Cute but a lil dated

Darling home with some quirks. Manager came quickly and fixed what was needed to be done. Perfect for a family of 4, with room to lounge in our own spaces. Living fireplace works great!

Perfect ski weekend stay

The house was perfect for a family group. We appreciated that 3 bedrooms had attached baths, the huge living/kitchen area, and great backyard with hot tub, grill and more.

Great Stay

The house is very spacious and was great for what we needed. Backyard is great for hanging out but be aware the sprinklers do kick on at random. Easy walk to the private beach located in the neighborhood. Zephyr Cove public beach can also be accessed out the backyard exit about 15 minutes walk. Close to South Lake Tahoe for casinos, bars, food etc. property manager was easy to reach by phone as well for any questions. Property was clean and we had plenty of supplies for a three night stay with 8 guests. We booked for a bachelor party and the property did not disappoint.

Great neighborhood!

Very nice home in a fabulous neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay ~ home is as it is represented in the photos. We had everything we needed. It was a great location for enjoying all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is a lovely area and really enjoyed the private beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

The house had everything we needed. It had a very nice kitchen with an industrial stove and a large table where we all could sit together. The hot tub worked really well, and the backyard was beautiful. The only thing to note is that it did not have any toiletry (shampoo etc).

Birthday weekend success

Stayed here with a party of 8 adults and had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves without feeling on top of each other. The rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting. There were more than enough pots, pans and utensils to use for cooking, the instructions were simple to understand and we had a great time

Comfortable, spacious stay

Friends and I gathered here for a golf trip recently, and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We had to call the property manager once about the wifi. World class was quick to respond and send someone over to fix the router. Hot tub was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to get ready for a wedding

I was very pleased with the home! Everything was very clean and organized. The host was kind and allowed me to check-in an hour early. We really appreciated the beauty of the house, and was able to get ready here before my wedding. Thank you WCPM!

Weekend Getaway

Spent an extended weekend at this location. The house is perfect for hosting a get together with friends. Tons of space in the living room / dining room / kitchen. The backyard is also perfect for grilling and hanging out. We really enjoyed walking out to the lake from the back of the house as well. Really pretty property, convenient quiet location. I would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

Perfect Friends Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a perfect long weekend at 191 Willow Drive. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 and it had everything you could need. The proximity of the beach and many hiking trails was awesome.

Great Rental with everything for everyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with our family and it was a great location and layout for kids. Grill was great, hot tub great. Snow in backyard was a huge plus for kids, and fire pit for roasting marshmellows. Bunkbeds were also super fun for the kids too.
