Location, Location, Location !! Questa unità è perfettamente situato al 9 ° piano dove è possibile parcheggiare a pochi passi dalla porta principale dell'unità ed evitare gli ascensori !!!


Sei il primo a rilassarsi e godere il vostro soggiorno in questo ben arredate, professionalmente decorato tre camere da letto, quattro bagni condominio. Niente è stato risparmiato quando decorare questo condominio, con un '' HD TV in salotto, un 55 '60' nel master, 48 '' nel 2 ° camera da letto e 48 'muro pannello plat' montato tv in camera da letto 3.



Entrando non si può fare a meno di far uscire un sospiro e lasciate che le vostre preoccupazioni sono andate come vi rilassate in questo piedi quadrati condominio del 2000. La spiaggia di fronte soggiorno ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e vista mozzafiato. elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito in cucina. Wet-bar, e ice-maker migliorerà alcun partito. Il grande balcone ha una vista incredibile delle onde e la spiaggia.



La camera da letto principale del condominio ha un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 2 ha due regine, e il 3 ° camera da letto ha un letto king size. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno stanno fornendo posti letto per 10.



Per la vostra comodità, abbiamo installato un accesso senza chiave serratura della porta in modo da voi e la vostra famiglia / amici non c'è bisogno di tenere il passo con tutte le chiavi durante il vostro soggiorno! Abbiamo anche l'unità 3br a soli 4 condomini giù sullo stesso piano !!



Godetevi una nuotata nella grande fiume artificiale, mentre i bambini passano ore a godersi l'acqua-scivolo. La piscina interna riscaldata è perfetto per i giorni più freddi. Vicino alla piscina coperta si trova un grande stato della palestra d'arte. Hai parcheggio coperto in garage.

This is the Goldilocks of condos. Not too much, not too little…right down the middle standard. You have exactly what you need to get by, but nothing extra. Absolutely no frills.

The view was great, we loved having the option of the lazy river and the beach. The 9th floor was perfect, we didn't have to wait on elevators too long. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will do it again.

Condo was fantastic - we will be back!

The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in several units in this building and this was our favorite. Parking on the 9th floor made it very easy to load and unload our groceries and bags. We will definitely be back!

Over all satisfied with our stay and would return. Only minors complaints were upon arrival it was obvious the floor had not been mopped. Feet/socks that were clean were soon dirty so that was disappointing. The cord situation is definitely a tripping hazard in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The fact that my 85 year old had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get back to our condo when the weather fowled or wait at least 2 hours for an elevator was the last time for this place

Thank you for the review but this doesn't reflect how nice our condo is. Sometimes the elevators can have a bit of a wait especially if a storm comes up and everybody rushes inside and tried to go back to their room at the same time. I would welcome the opportunity to find you another condo that may be lower to the ground for your stay next summer, perhaps our 2nd floor unit at Phoenix West. Thanks again for your review but again I don't feel this reflects how nice our 9th floor condo is.

A Great Place for kids and grand kids!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our 2 kids and spouses and 3 grandchildren and enjoyed every minute! My family loved the beach, lazy river and pools. The condo is large and perfect for families. The TVs are smart so at night we had our choice of network, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. We even used the TV to browse the web. Note, there are 5 remotes in the living room but we figured them out no problem (hint: the small one is for the sound bar:) WiFi hooked up without a hitch. The kitchen is nicely furnished - my son had no problem cooking a big pot of jambalaya. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, not firm, felt like a pillow top mattress (I brought my own pillow so I can't comment on the furnished pillows). Also, we had absolutely no issues with the elevators (there are six of them) - never had the wait for more than 30 seconds. One downside is the ATT cell service is not great at the Phoenix West II. My son's Verizon phone worked better. We ended up using WiFi calling and texting which worked well.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 908 at Phoenix West II and had an amazing time. First, the unit was extremely clean, well stocked and easily fit the 9 people in our party. The living room/dining room/kitchen area was spacious enough we never felt we were on top of each other. The balcony is large and has ample seating. The view was PERFECT. We were able to see the pool area as well as the ocean. We grilled out one night and the grills were very convenient. The property has plenty of amenities like tennis courts, cornhole, shuffle board was a huge hit for our party, huge super soft beach and basketball. The other thing we really loved about this vacation resort was where it was located. We were within 4 minutes of the grocery store, pier, Gulf Shores and within 8 minutes for the popular "Hangout and Florabama" bars. We loved it so much we already are planning on a trip back this year. You can not go wrong staying here. The final thing I will mention is how great the staff at the Resort was to us. They were extremely polite, and always available. The owner of this unit was very responsive, easy to work with and even made sure we had a blow up mattress ready for us when we got there which we didn't end up needing. Great Vacation!

Amazing View

We loved being able to be in the kitchen and looking out to the water. The condo was very clean, and when we had a minor issue with the microwave not working, they were very prompt to bring us a loaner and place an order for a new one once they realized the one in the condo had gone out. Will definitely be back!
