Wonderful Time!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The heated pool was great and there are so many places to walk to and check out the beautiful area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with.

Relaxing cottage and pool

Casa Blanca is a perfectly sized house with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you need. We rented bikes and got to the beech, the zoo and downtown in no time.

Nice place, good neighborhood

The photos of this place are a bit deceiving. It is smaller than the photos appear. The pool was great. Most doors stick as the property is older. We booked through vrbo but our mention of our dog didn't get through and we were charged and additional $150. Not good.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed the pool area! We are sorry if the pictures seemed deceiving. This is in fact a charming historic cottage, not a big house. And yes, the doors (recently replaced impact doors) will sometimes stick in the frames due to the varying Florida temperatures and humidity. We will work on them again. Our on-line description mentions that pets are on request. We did not find any mention of a dog or a dog request in the VRBO correspondence. Sorry about this.

Historic Neighborhood West Palm Rental

Great House with pool in quiet neighborhood. Near Rosemary Square and conveniently located to new trendy restaurants on Dixie Highway. Everything worked well and the patio was a great spot for working remotely.

Comfy and convenient cottage!

We wanted privacy, convenience and a private pool. The price for the stay was great! We had everything we needed and the property manager was timely and friendly! An example of good hospitality! We hope to return!

Well....not really what we expected.

Well.. We book it while we were in N.Y Wish we visited before booking. Smaller then the pictures presume. Backyard very small and not well maintain. Grass is not really like the pictures show. Long chair is damage. Says luxury furniture. Well the couch look like was damaged by animal or wear an tear. Nicely located but...we rent 8 x years with VRBO from Vermont to key west to Colorado and this home is not what My husband and I expected. Might please other...but didn't impress us at All.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review Casa Blanca. We're very sorry to hear that Casa Blanca did not meet your expectations. We take feedback very seriously and will immediately correct the small problems you have highlighted. Casa Blanca, although completely restored and updated, is a cottage and we try to betray it that way in our description. I think since you booked so last minute, we didn't take the time to check everything as detailed as we should have. For example, I'm terribly sorry to hear that a lounge chair was broken....we should have resolved that for you before you arrived. Regarding the sofa, the frames are leather and the age is showing. However, the actual cushions and where you sit are still in good condition. That being said, we will be doing a light renovation to the property at the beginning of December to replace some furniture (including the sofa) and we'll be re-landscaping. Re-landscaping is done here generally in December just before high season and just in time for blooming season. Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.

Perfect Spanish Style Bungalow

My 2 golf buddies and I stayed in this very inviting, cozy cottage for a week and loved it. Close to everything we needed, walking distance to the new hip restaurants on South Dixie HWY and CityPlace, biking to the beaches, and lots of super quality golf course within a 15 minutes drive! The lap pool in the lush back garden is just perfect for relaxing. Friendly Mediterranean décor, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood - we highly recommend it.

Casa Blanca is so charmimg!

Perfect location walking distance to the town center with restaurants, shops and theaters. The complimentary bikes are great. The house is charming, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice too. Very nice !
