The property was as beautiful as advertised. We have rented many homes over the years and very few have matched the quality of this property. Would absolutely rent it again for future stays on Anna Maria.

Gina is a wonderful host. The home is beautiful, spacious, and accommodated our large family. Beach access is across the street. We experienced an unexpected water leak during our stay and Gina was responsive and had professionals there immediately. Highly recommend!

Everything about the house was enjoyable . It was well stocked and organized. The pool area was amazing . We really enjoyed how close in proximity the house was to the beach .

We loved this property. The location was great, the pool was terrific. Overall, we loved the house although there were a few things that needed repair (blinds that didn’t work, cabinet doors that needed adjustment) We loved the elevator, especially for luggage and groceries. I was also surprised that we were asked to strip the beds, considering there was a 525.00 cleaning fee. I would still give this house a top score, we loved it. NE

Great convenient home on AMI! The home is very comfortable and very well equipped for a large group. Directly across the street from a beach access. The host reached out to make sure our accommodations were satisfactory and was available for any questions. I would definitely rent this home again.

This renter messaged me that she gave our house a 3 because she said that there was some dust. I spoke with her on several occasions during the week and I would have been happy to have sent the company that cleans for us back to make some cleaning adjustments but she never mentioned anything about that.

We rented this beautiful home for spring break, and it was perfect for our two families with kids ages 15–17 (4 adults and 5 teens). The location couldn’t have been better with beach access right across the street and just a short bike ride to Pine Avenue.The home was stocked with all the beach gear you could need, from towels to a sun shade. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. Gina was a fantastic host. she was quick to respond and very helpful, though everything was so well set up we hardly needed a thing.We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great week on Anna Maria Island

The house was absolutely perfect for our whole family! Plenty of room for 11 of us.The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub, it was a very short walk to the spectacular beach and the location made it an easy walk to lots of good restaurants!

Perfect Rental

This is the best VRBO rental we have had. The house is immaculate and very much as advertised. We will soon be going there for the third time and always look forward to coming back.

This was our second year in this wonderful home, which fits our needs so well. We have a mixture of guests, from children to a much older set. Youngsters enjoy the pool and quick access to the beach. The elders appreciate the elevator (a necessity) and the two walk-in showers. One of the most notable things about this home is the responsiveness of both the owners and the property manager. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

Spring Break Family Trip

We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria for Spring Break. The house is beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a great trip. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, but also walking distance to the shops on Pine. We loved opening the doors on the third level for the cool ocean breeze in the am, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing.

Spring Break 2023

Perfect retreat! Three generations were super comfortable in the house- and the elevator was a plus for all! The Beach being just across the street, and Pine being a short golf cart trip away was perfect! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We had a wonderful spring break.

Lots of space, pool and close to the beach

We had great time at this place. It is a 3-story house but has the elevator, which our elderly parents enjoyed. We used heated pool and jacuzzi every day. We walked on the beach every day. Kitchen had all we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Owner/manager were quick to response when we needed something.

Amazing week!

This was an amazing house in an amazing location with amazing views! The house was beautifully decorated with many amenities. We loved the spacious, well equipped kitchen and the porches. Tons of beach toys, towels, and chairs. Very clean - only recommendation is that the cleaners use windex on windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great home on Anna Maria!

We had a wonderful time at this home in Anna Maria! The home’s location is on the north side of the island, which is a little quieter as it’s away from Pine but a quick golf cart ride to everything in town. The third floor balcony gives you an excellent view of the ocean/sunsets and beach access is located directly across the street. The property is very well equipped and also has items that catered to the small children in our group. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive. This home is definitely a favorite on our VRBO list and we hope to return again someday!

Repeat Renter

My extended family has rented this lovely house multiple times. The location is ideal--right across the street from the beach path. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Pine. The layout of the house is great for large groups. The 3rd floor open-plan kitchen/dining/living space is filled with light and offers beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. The property manager, Dan, responds quickly to questions and issues. Gina, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect AMI beach house; feels like a home away from home. We love it and are planning to rent again.
