Villa Limone è una lussuosa e spaziosa villa con 3 camere da letto situata a Coral Bay, con vista sul mare e sulle montagne accanto alla nostra struttura gemella, una villa con 2 camere da letto, 1960663. Perfetto per famiglie o coppie ed è arredato secondo uno standard molto alto, con mobili italiani importati. Offre ampie sistemazioni open space. C'è un grande giardino privato con parcheggio fuori strada, prato davanti e ampio patio intorno alla piscina sul lato con un sacco di spazio per prendere il sole. La piscina è riscaldata tramite pannelli solari sul tetto che consente di nuotare la maggior parte dell'anno. C'è un barbecue in muratura per cenare all'aperto. Negozi, ristoranti, bar, internet cafè e supermercato sono tutti a 5 minuti a piedi così come la famosa spiaggia di Coral Beach, e la fermata dell'autobus con un servizio regolare a Paphos e al parco acquatico. Possediamo un'altra proprietà di 3 letto è Villa Finikia a soli 400 metri di distanza (cy1653), se avete bisogno di una seconda villa con 3 letti per il vostro gruppo e possediamo una bella villa con 2 letti. What a beautiful very clean villa. It is in a great location so have peace and quiet but a short walk to all restaurants and to get to the beach. Felix & Lisa were so helpful and left a lovely welcome pack. We would like to go back. Thank you

The description of villa indicates it’s on a cul de sac it is actually accessed from a road that leads to a main road where they have off road buggies roaring past every morning The overall space of the villa is good but around the gardens it’s untidy and at the back overgrown on entering the villa the throws on the settees had chocolate hand prints down the sides and the glazing to the patio door main room were smeared badly not sure when the villa was last used but it was in need of a deep clean , the outside chairs were full of cobwebs also and on the artificial grass other people rubbish bags were under the hedges The pool was nice but needs a refurb as green on side and peeling The outside light didn’t work the bedsheets were duvet covers and the main bedroom the bed creaked so loudly with the slightest movement eventually the bed collapsed on inspection it was thin ply board that completely snapped that’s what was holding up the double mattress. Could be a really nice place but the road noise which is not fault of the host is a problem if you want peace and quiet

HI we are very were very disappointed with the below especially on departure you said your holiday had gone way too fast and had had a fabulous time. From the moment when you arrived( after you couldnt spot the only villa with blue shutters ) and couldnt read your arrival instructions on your phone, couldnt work the key safe as you didnt realise a key safe kept the key safe and it was inside the key cupboard , you dont put a code in and the door automatically open. to not reading the wifi instructions on your personal letter we however stayed on the phone checking you were in and responding the the many questions as we want our guests to have a great time especially as we appreciate travel day can be stressful, Breaking the very solid bed (which didnt creak prior to your arrival ! as it would have been addressed by our maintenance team ) ,and not telling us til you were en route to the airport was unbelievable!. thank goodness it wasn't a back to back let so we could sort a new bed this next morning. We do use high quality duvet covers instead of top sheets as having sheets tucked in around you guests have said they dont like being claustrophobic and hot and you dont want duvets on the beds when its so hot in august. you will find most people over here have this, In addition a handle was pulled off the new toaster and left on the side and the outside coffee table leg snapped off! again not reported, we have no idea what you did in the property but to have such damage in a week is quite shocking! and. We personally checked the clean when we put the welcome pack in and the outside and there was no rubbish or cobwebs, we have to check cobwebs daily as this time of year you get many so are used to the daily checks! Your throws were fresh from the laundry that day as they are changed every let, the villa had a 6 hour clean by two cleaners the morning of your arrival and all windows are cleaned by the team. it wasnt however left the same way! The outside lights all work, the one above the door is on a sensor so when you turned it off inside it would stay off!. We have never had anyone have an issue with road noise, buggies do go past once at 10am as you will get throughout coral bay but its a lovely private residential property hence why it is full year after year with very high review scores.

Great location.

We booked this villa for a week in May, Villa was in a great location with nice pool and good A/C. Easy walking distance 15 minutes to main strip and not far from beach too Highly recommended

Villa was everything we could want. Great pool. Air con was a great bonus. Only let down was coral bay strip had road works. All in all worth the stay!

Excellent winter sun break

We had a brilliant time here. The villa had everything we needed and when we needed some help from our hosts there were no difficulties in contacting them or getting help. I would always recommend staying in a villa managed by Lisa and Felix

Fab Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and were very impressed that it had everything that you could possibly need. The villa is located in a lovely quiet area, but within very easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. We particularly loved the privacy in the garden and the fantastic pool which we spent many happy hours in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Family holiday

We stayed at villa limone for 2 weeks in august. Really lovely villa, great location and exactly as described. Pool was cleaned x2 weekly and linen once a week. Great information file with plenty useful information on local restaurants etc and links for excursions.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a fab location has everything you need for a home away from home. The villa is within easy reach of amenities, both walking and driving. Great communication with Lisa, who was quick to answer any questions we asked. Would also like to recommend U2 car hire.

Great stay

Had a lovely week in Coral Bay. Villa was spacious and had everything we needed. Communication with Lisa was excellent and we really appreciated the information pack that helped us decide what restaurants were worth a visit. A well needed relaxing break for the whole family. Thank you! Xx

Villa was fantastic , all the things you would need for a holiday...home from home. Pool is great . Area is great ( hire a car from U2 and go and explore) Swimming with turtles Hire a boat. Too much to do in 2 weeks

Great villa

Great villa. Beach a short walk and the main strip of restaurants not too far away, was in walking distance. The villa provided swimming towels which was very handy. Lisa provided details of local car hire company which was so easy and fast to pick up from airport, would recommend them. Lisa also arranged a room in a hotel on our last day as we had a late flight which was very handy. The beach was great, used the watersports and local scuba diving company, would recommend both. Would definitely stay again.

Great Holiday

Just had 2 weeks in this villa and had a really nice time,(18 Sept to 2nd Oct) the villa had every thing you would want and plenty of outside space the pool was excellent and clean. thanks to Lisa for the welcome pack as we arrived late in the evening and also the supermarket she recommended which had everything we needed (Phillipos). all in all a really great holiday and would come back to coral bay again.

Relaxing retreat- home from home

Villa Limone is a very well equipped home from home with all amenities you could want. The property is very well kept and was very clean for our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. We stayed as two adults and a teenager but the house could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. The location is peaceful and all amenities and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. We didn’t hire a car and managed to get about easily. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook

Perfect holiday

We came for 12 days on our first trip to Cyprus. Great contact from Lisa and Felix lovely owners. The villa is everything we had hoped it would be, a home from home. Clean, well equipped, attractive, large and extremely comfortable. My children loved every second and wanted to be in the pool constantly. Close to coral bayou and bus stop into Paphos. Pool toys and books and games inside were a lovely touch. We look forward to returning. Thankyou x

Limone

Unfortunately we couldn't come to Cyprus this year, so this review is from a previous visit. Loved Limone! The pool was fantastic as was the villa. Loved the area, especially Coral Oasis and U2 Car Hire. Loved Lisa & Felix, nothing was too much trouble for them. We are coming back, fingers crossed, for four whole weeks next year 😁 Fantastic!

Two very uncomfortable sofas. One very hard and one which dipped in the middle. Cleanliness. There were cobwebs on the wall in main bedroom, and on the main light pendant. Front of dishwasher was grubby as was the fridge freezer

Is this deliberately a bad review as revenge? In all our years of letting we have not come across such guests as yourselves. We dont understand how your flight landed at 7.30pm and didn’t get to the villa til after midnight when its half an hour away? We assumed you would have been in hours before and we were therefore asleep in bed.You then could not unlock the door. We have rented this villa since 2008 and never had an issue with the key or lock, so you went to a hotel insinuating we should be paying! When I received your email at 6am I went to the villa to see if the lock had failed, the lock was fine! I emailed saying you can get in the villa there is no problem at all with the lock .Within an hour you phoned my husband saying it doesn’t work, he immediately came to you, put the key in the lock and opened the door for you! no thank you. You phoned again saying you couldnt access the wifi and needed the password. your welcome letter was on the dining table with it on! I think this set the tone of your stay from day one. The below is made up,malicious and very unfair,maybe its because you felt silly not being able to open a door or the fact we weren’t paying for your night in a hotel ?we go the extra mile, providing you with a lovely welcome pack and gave you a complimentary late departure .We have loads of lovely reviews from lovely guests and run at over 60% repeats. Which is indicative top the standards we have. You were a very unfortunate exception !

The property is well presented and we really enjoyed are stay. For us walking to nearby beaches / restaurants was an advantage. The supermarket and shops are not far. The pool is a good size and everything was clean on arrival. Hosts were approachable if needed and the welcome pack really made the start easy going. We want to come back and we have stayed at various locations of this type around Europe before and this was really enjoyable also relaxing. Thank you. Regards D n S.

Lovely villa and pool

We really enjoyed our time at this villa, the pool and grounds are lovely and give real privacy. Our two teenage boys were never out of the pool given the heat in August it was also great for them to take sanctuary in the spacious villa which has fans downstairs and aircon in each bedroom. Only one small disappointment was we felt the villa could have been cleaner on arrival but only a minor complaint. The airport taxi was organised by Lisa and they were great and we used them throughout our stay to go into Paphos and at times to Coral Bay as it was too hot to walk. We loved the villa and especially the pool a great holiday thank you.

Thank you for giving me detailed feedback on the clean and that everything was spotless apart from under beds in one of the twins with some dust and wrapper. This has been raised with our cleaner and was a small error on her behalf. she was very upset she had missed this as we endeavour to have everything perfect for guests arrivals. thank you for looking after the villa so well ad we hope you choose to return. kind regards Lisa

Simply amazing!

Where do I start?!! From the moment of booking, Lisa and Felix could not have done more for us - from arranging taxis, arranging a hotel at the end of our stay, giving advice etc. On arrival we were greeted with a wonderful welcome pack which was a really thoughtful addition. The villa itself was perfect. The location was very quiet but really close to bars, restaurants, amenities and the beach. The pool was simply fabulous- a great size with sun all day. Everything inside the villa was great - everything you could wish for. I cannot recommend this highly enough 😊

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! We then took delivery of our dream holiday home a year later, it was our holiday home until 2006 when we made the decision to up sticks and emigrate, no regrets!
The villa is a perfect location, being a larger fully enclosed plot, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
