"Surfsounds" si trova sul lato orientale di Porthtowan Beach, immerso nelle scogliere della spettacolare costa settentrionale della Cornovaglia. La grande spiaggia sabbiosa di Porthtowan è un paradiso per i surfisti e perfetta per famiglie, fughe romantiche, vacanze a piedi o per sciatori di artisti e artisti. La spiaggia con bandiera blu dista solo 50 metri, sorvegliata dai bagnini in estate. Appartamento 4/5 posti letto. 2 camere da letto, 1 matrimoniale, 1 doppia, + divano letto. Cucina completamente attrezzata / soggiorno / sala da pranzo con divano, comode sedie e una smart TV a schermo piatto. Porte del patio per veranda privata con tavolo / sedie, ideale per guardare i tramonti e surf. Bagno di lusso con vasca idromassaggio e doccia istantanea. Internet illimitata. Parcheggio auto dedicato gratuito nelle vicinanze.
Durante l'estate possiamo offrire solo prenotazioni per un'intera settimana con il cambio di sabato. Da novembre a Pasqua offriamo brevi soggiorni con giorni di cambio variabili, 3 notti £ 180, notti extra da £ 30 a settimana intera £ 300. Si prega di notare che il prezzo indicato da Owners Direct per le vacanze brevi potrebbe essere diverso.

Beautiful holiday

We have been goint to this same location for many years as it is so beautiful but this was the first time staying in this property and it definitely did not disappoint, in location, cleanliness and comfort, we had everything and more we needed. The whole experience from booking to departure was an easy pleasurable one. We definitely recommend it

Fantastic place

What an amazing place, it was clean , comforatable, had everything we needed and great location. Amazing veiws from the balcony. Ideal place to stay to expolre cornwall, we visited landsEnd, st Ives and the seal sanctuary. Porthtowan beach was great for body boarding and exploring rock pools and lovely walks. Would definatly recomend this place. Just amazing!!!

Very clean, lovely view xxx

Had a lovely stay x the apartment was homely, clean and quaint xx downside was that it was missing a washing machine and dogs aren’t allowed on the beach in high season 🙁I would definitely return , but not with my dog x

Good area nice Apartment

Our stay was very nice, well equipped apartment got everything in it for the stay except a washing machine, close to the beech, pub and breakfast cafe - only downside was had to put 3 pound in electric meter along with owner left 2 pound - no big deal really but price paid would of expected that to be included - we loved it and previous year 2022 stayed 2 doors away.

Fab, fab, fab

Just wanted to say we (& our boys) absolutely loved our stay at Porthtowan. What a view! We had a fantastic week at your beautiful home. Everything was carefully and considerately labelled which really helped. Thanks for the milk and biscuits; they were a blessing when we arrived at gone 11pm. Everything was really well stocked and it was great not to have to run round for toilet rolls or kitchen roll. We want to book for next year!

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view.

Me and my family had a lovely week here in Porthtowan, the apartment was great, the view from the balcony is amazing, perfect position for body boarding or surfing or even just walking on the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 children, loads of wardrobe space. Gilly is so helpful answering any queries before our stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, we all had an amazing week in Cornwall. Thanks for everything. The Whyatts ☺

Beach and Beyond.

Loved the position, we enjoyed our meals on the balcony, listening to the surf, watching the board riders, generally enjoying the view. During the day we either walked the beach (be mindful of the tides, nearly caught one day!) or chose the well worn path over the hill, where, thanks to the locals we discovered the coffee stop en route to the next village! The coffee shop soon became our destination rather than our waypoint!! The local store was a gem, there appeared to be nothing they could not supply-we often took their sandwiches out for lunch, it was an absolute gem, lovely staff as well! Super holiday Trevor and. total relaxation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property, our stay was all about relaxing and that's exactly what we got and we were lucky to have perfect weather too, the local beaches with their crystal clear waters and stunning sunsets where couples and families gather every evening to see were perfect. Waking up and sitting on the balcony for breakfast and ending the evening with a glass of wine with the sound of the waves lapping and the view of the sunset made it special. Every little thing to make this comfortable for us had been thought of . The local shop is well stocked and very reasonable and the cafe serves great breakfasts. The property was clean comfortable and cosy, with lots of nice beachy touches .

MY LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN

First time my family and I have stayed in this part of Cornwall, but wont be our last. The property is in an ideal location, 1 min stroll to the beach.. if that. The views are stunning from the little balcony, with views of the beach, sea and adjacent cliffs. The property was one of the few that allowed dogs to stay and this was amazing for us to bring our 2 very small fur babies. We as a family cant wait to stay here again - the atmosphere of the place is amazing, families on the beach watching the sunset go down having bbq's and no mess left behind. The only criticism I had was that the property decor is dated (a little lick of paint and filler)and that the sink is cracked in bathroom which could be a potential hygiene issue. Another improvement would def be an outside tap to wash off the sand before entering the property.. however these are small issues and has not in the slightest deterred me and my family from returning to this lovely place.

Porthtowan

As a last minute break, we hired the cottage in mid October and had a lovely week in Cornwall which was very quiet and easy to get around. The cottage is a little dated and worn but quite adequate for 2 adults. It would be small for 4 adults or even with 2 children as the kitchen/lounge is small and the dining facilities would be cramped. However in summer, the patio doors being open would help. There is no dishwasher and currently no washing machine, so beware if this is important. The only mobile phone signal is from the beach and internet is only available from the café beneath which made a good excuse to go for coffee/drink every evening. It is a great location for exploring that south Cornwall area and there are lots of places to walk and to visit but I am sure the roads would be very busy in summer and parking would be a nightmare. Great location for surfers! Remote car park would be more of a problem in summer or with small children. Car is almost essential in this location. Steep hills down to the village. We cycled, walked along the cliffs, played golf, swam in the public pool and visited National Trust properties and towns locally.

Great apartment

What a great little apartment! The location is perfect, stunning views of the beach and sea. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine. We had a fab week away, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Gilly is a great host.

Perfect Porthtowan

Absolutely fabulous time staying in Porthtowan. The accommodation was brilliant. Everything you needed and loved the veranda looking over the beach. beds were comfortable and accommodation equipped for all of our needs. Contact with the owner was great. Thank you so much Gilly ….very quirky with the rope handrail for the stairs….loved it ! 😁

Lovely stay

Lovely apartment in a lovely area. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Local facilities good. Owners of the apartment were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful sea views.

Beach was really wild and beautiful. Lovely coastal walks. Although the weather wasn’t brilliant we really enjoyed listening to the roar of the waves crashing on the rocks from the balcony. I would definitely recommend.

Great time in Porthtowan

Have just spent a fabulous week at Surfsounds. The apartment was excellent with its position next to the stunning beach. Views from the balcony are amazing. Porthtowan is a lovely seaside village. Our hosts provided excellent directions to the property . We have booked to go back next year.

We love Cornwall, having spent many happy holidays in our camper surfing and playing in the sea. We rented an apartment in Porthtowan when our niece held her wedding reception in the Blue Bar. We were so taken with the apartment that my husband left notes with all the apartments asking if they wanted to sell - 18 months later we got the call, wow, how lucky is that. Its a fabulous spot in an unspoiled area of Cornwall and yet still handy for many attractions.
