Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Third bedroom with bunk bed was a hit with the grandkids. Beautiful view from the deck. Will be back

Great Beachfront Condo with an incrediable view

We loved our week at Edgewater. Great condo and our kids and grands loved the lagoon pool. Very easy check in and great communication with owner. Will definitely be back. Thank you PCB for a great vacation.

Enjoyed the stay

Condo was clean, resort was enjoyable with pool, restaurant, tiki bar, Starbucks, store all on property and easy walk. Room had broken box spring, contacted owner, new one brought next day. Overall good experience and fun trip.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property and wouldn't hesitate to visit again! The check-in process was a breeze and we had a great time! Wanda was the easiest to rent from and made everything go smoothly and is very organized. The unit was spotless and very comfortable for all 7 of us and the view of the pool and beach is the best! Thank you for allowing us to have a great vacation at your place! If you're questioning renting this gorgeous condo, do it!!

Wonderful

The condo was everything I could have wanted! We had my in-laws come down with us, so there were 7 of us in the condo, 2 small children and a wheelchair with plenty of space for all! And the view was... out of this world! It was truly amazing.

Had a wonderful time with family & friends at a beautiful condo/resort at Edgewater!! Ocean was clear & beautiful & loves all the amenities there! Only part I hated was packing up to head back home!

The toilet was dirty in the front bathroom and kept running. The toilet seat in the back bathroom was loose.

For the record, we fixed the running toilet as soon as possible after you told us. You did not even tell us another toilet had a loose seat. When something isn’t clean, we send the cleaners back if informed. You did not tell us. Sorry your stay had issues!

Loved it!

From the moment we booked this condo to the moment we left, everything was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our week there. The view was gorgeous, and we loved having a oceanfront view and a view of the Lagoon swimming pool too. We didn’t wait more than a minute for the elevators and most of the time there was no wait. The communication from the owners was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Edgewater Resort

We stayed in Charles and Wanda's Condo at Edgewater resort. The Resort was nice but due to the time of the year some of the pools were shut down and a bit cold. Ocean view and beach area clean and easily accessible. The condo was just what we needed for the week! Wanda was receptive and helpful when we encountered an issue with our parking passes. They made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

FYI, no complex heats every pool in the winter. Typically the huge lagoon pools can’t be heated due to their size, so the smaller pools are heated. But so few people use the pools during the winter that shouldn’t be a problem. This is everywhere, not just at Edgewater.

You may have done something wrong with the dishwasher as it was working before and after your stay. But had you told me during your stay, I would have come by and checked it out! Waiting until check out to tell me gave me no chance to fix it. The furniture is exactly as shown in pictures. The drapes are less than 5 years old. But I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Amazing from stary to finish. Owner was easy like a Sunday morning. Book it and worry about something else because your accommodationsare solid. Everything worked. The AC was cold. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The Master bed slept good. Bathrooms all worked. Would I book it again? Does a cat have a climbing gear? Yes I would and will try to again soon. Thanks for the memories.
