L'appartamento è composto da una camera con un letto matrimoniale (chi già conosce Nati's House, sappia che abbiamo sostituito lo scomodo e vetusto letto con uno nuovo dotato di materassi ortopedici) ed un soggiorno con angolo cottura e un divano letto singolo. La cucina è piccola ma completa. Abbiamo lavatrice, fornino, asciugacapelli, TV, VHS, telefono mobile, ventilatore. Una descrizione più ampia sul nostro sito web.

Smooth apartment, comfortable interior, loveful decoration. Amazing location!

The apartment is located in the middle of the heart of Canareggio, the most authentically quarter of Venice. Additionally to the nice house there are many winebars, trattorie and restaurants without tourist menues just a footstep away. In contrast you're able to taste original venetian food and to test traditional recipes. Excellent place to stay at Venice!

Great location

Apartment was clean and in a great location15 minute walk to the train station and away from the noisy touristy areas. Very quiet and lovely place to stay but still convenient to any of the attractions you would like to see.

4 Night Stay in May

Great property and location. Fabulous information from Paolo with good directions and very easy check in. I did find the mattress in the bedroom a little firm but totally realise that it is a very personal preference. Overall would recommend and would definitely stay here again

Amazing piece of heaven in Venice

After staying in noisy apartments in Rome and Florence, this apartment in Venice was a sanctuary. Very cute And cozy apartment with a gorgeous little terrace. If you want to get the local vibe with access to all the tourist areas of Venice, then this is a great stay. We had access to amazing local restaurants off the main drag. I highly recommend to couples, couples traveling with other couples, and small families.

The perfect way to see Venice

We arrived on waterbus from the airport and it was a short walk to the appartment. It is a beautiful and relaxing space filled with very interesting art and overlooks the canal. But, it is so well placed! You are in the quieter part of Venice with lots of great restaurants around. You can then dip into the busier parts of Venice as and when you feel like it! Very cool!!

cozy apartment in a quiet area, shops, cafes, restaurants nearby, you can easily explore the whole of Venice by foot from there, check in was easy, the owner‘s informations very helpfull We enjoyed our stay very much.

Top Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist top....absolut ruhig und im "Local-Viertel". 2 Min. zum Kanal mit vielen schönen Osterias und auch nur 2 Min. zur "Haupt-TuriMeile". Ausstattung ist top. Die Einrichtung könnte modernisiert werden. Der kleine Balkon ist der Hammer für's Venedig-feeling.

Magical Venice

We loved our stay at Paolo’s apartment! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of the canal right outside the window. The apartment is wonderfully cozy, perfect for my spouse and I. Furnished well, we were able to grab groceries a short walk away and cook some of our own meals, do laundry, and care for all of our needs. The check in was awesome, Paolo’s instructions were thorough and he was available to answer questions we Americans had about some of the European differences in appliances and such. We loved our stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Nates house was a hidden treasure. Off the beaten path, our stay was amazing. Wonderful apartment! It was clean and convenient and full of Venetian charm. Don't hesitate to book!

Enjoyed It . . . But

We stayed four nights in February in this pleasant flat, which is moderately priced, in the Cannaregio area with a quiet canal just below. The area is off the beaten track and quieter than the busy tourist areas, with decent local restaurants and bars, some actual Venetians living locally, and an excellent bakery and coffee shop nearby: Torrefazione Cannaregio. Two things let the property down: 1) Across the canal is a workshop (which was not particularly noisy during our stay). But if you were there in warm weather and wanted the windows open, there is a ventelation system that seems to run round the clock. NOT a problem in February, but could be a problem in warmer weather? 2) The mattress in the main bedroom. We saw before booking that others had had a problem with this and we took a chance that it wasn't too bad. I'd just say that if you like a firm bed this is probably not the place for you. The owner lists the mattress is "orthopaedic" - the problem is that there are two single mattresses (definitely not "firm") on a sprung double bed frame which doesn't have a support bar in the middle. As the mattresses do not zip or tie together, when they move one of you will end up down the gap in between! On a four day stay this wasn't a deal breaker for us, but if you happen to be a larger person or wanted to stay longer it could be decisive. To sum up: A firmer bed would help. But we did enjoy our stay there, with those drawbacks.

Great location in quiet neighborhood near vaporetto station and local restaurants and bars Clean and stocked with plates, silverware and cooking pots Bed was not comfortable despite orthopedic mattresses I kept rolling into the middle between the two beds Host was responsive Window screens would be really helpful I am all covered in insect bites from keeping the windows open at night

Venice on the Canal

The location of this apartment was just perfect for us. It was extremely peaceful, especially at night, but only a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and met our needs while we were in Venice. Paolo was easy to communicate with and he provided very detailed instructions for the check-in directions for finding the apartment.

Great location!!! Everything a PLUS except the bed and fan.

The location is amazing!!! We enjoyed this stay. The neighborhood is super quiet which we love. It was an extremely good location. Close to everything in Venice. The only downside is the bed needs to be replaced and there’s only one fan. The bed sinks in. It’s really bad! Everything else including Paolo was amazing!!

Authentic Stay

What a great experience staying in an authentic flat in Venice. The neighborhood is next to the bustling touristy neighborhoods but far enough to meet locals and eat like a local. If you can do without ac, this is a great spot to be when staying in Venice! Loved the pictures and Venetian decorations, a trip you won’t forget if you stay here! No neighbors bothered us the entire stay everyone we met was pleasant and gracious.

Nati’s House for the location

Very convenient location for visiting Venice, near Santa Lucia train station, restaurants and Guglie vaporetto. Quiet neighborhood and easy communication with the host. The apartment was OK for three days; the kitchen/living room would perhaps benefit from some revamping for longer stays.

Quiet spot away from the crowds

Loved the place, lovely spot and decorated so beautiful. I enjoyed staying in an area where it was nice and quiet away from the crowds but a quick walk to everything. A great place to stay!! Highly recommend it.

Super séjour dans un appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise. L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier calme de Venise mais très proche des magasins et restaurant ! Tout était parfait, arrivé, description et séjour. Nous recommandons a 100%.

Great stay in Venice

Nati's house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the small balcony looking over the canal. Paulo was very helpful with directions and access arrangements. The only slight disadvantage was the little workshop opposite, which sometimes started up quite early in the morning. But that was the only very minor inconvenience. Overall a great stay.
