Thank you for the solid review. This is one of the absolute top beach homes on Pensacola Beach and is a constant top seller. Thank you for the suggestion on cooking items and we will make sure the house is properly stocked. If a guest does find something inadequate or lacking we will quickly bring out the items. The beach access is very easy with a dedicated beach easement just steps from the driveway. Hope to have you back soon - Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you for the review and the comment on the house. The gas line was a major gas line break that took out the entire gas on Pensacola Beach for almost 72 hours, nothing at all we could do. The pool heater had a control panel that went bad and was repaired as quickly as the part arrived. The view from the house is very good - see below and even more recent review. This house was clean and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The community was very friendly. It was a short walk to the beach. It has taken us longer to get to the beach staying in a condo than it did this house with being across the street. It had good views of the beach. The pool was nice. Gulf Coast Getaways
