Charming cottage in a pleasant neighborhood, easily walkable to restaurants, theaters and Lithia Park. House was immaculately clean when we arrived. We were a little confused, as the house pictured on our reservation reminder was not the house we actually stayed in but, luckily for us, the very helpful cleaning staff was still there and we got everything straightened out! Host was responsive to all messages. We had a wonderful stay!

The kitchen was well equipped, clean and conveniently laid out. The cottage was cozy and very quiet, beds were comfortable and the walk downtown was short and pleasant, on quiet residential streets. We had a great stay.

Adorable little cottage in a great location! Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids (although we did have to use the sofa bed). Very clean and easy to access and park. Super location within a 10 minute walk of all the shops, restaurants, and theaters.

Our best stay in Ashland

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very well situated in town. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook most of our meals there. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to anything you might want.

I have to say I am disappointed. The house is older so you can hear everything from outside and the bedrooms are right next to a busy, noisy, alley. With no blackout curtains, the sleep was bad. The kitchen was a bit of a toss up for finding dishware and the oven/stove was so basic it didn’t even have a preheat light. We were paying for the kitchen and proximity. It would have been more convenient and cheaper to stay at a hotel. Next time.

The house was just perfect for my adult son and me to walk into town for meals and a play. It was very clean and comfortable, and had what we needed, including 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a dining table to play games on. The deck, private parking and large kitchen were great perks and the host responded to us quickly. I'd definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay!!

Great location! 1/4 block from Peerless Restaurant (our favorite!) and an easy 1/2 mile walk to the theatre. Cottage is charming with all the amenities including the lovely front porch for morning coffee and reading.

Stay at a Hallmark movie set

Beautiful home with everything you need to relax. Well stocked, clear instructions for check in and out, all in walking distance to in-town attractions. The doe kept guard on the back door while we were away. Would stay again and recommend others.

Cute house for 2 couples

This house is cute and clean. The check-in process was easy and smooth and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is about 12 blocks to the theater...about a 15 minute walk, so fairly convenient.

Once we found the building (no porch light or number at entrance) it was great, spacious, well lit and comfortable. It is hard to emphasize enough how great the location is.Kitchen is not equiped for much cooking but was more than enough for what we did (there are lots of restaurants in walking distance).Thank you.
