Vieni a goderti una casa sulla spiaggia in posizione perfetta a 90 Fortunes Rocks. Splendide vedute senza ostacoli di Fortunes Rocks Beach per oltre 1/4 di miglio. Una classica casa al mare nel Maine, ricca di pavimenti in pino a cuore verticale e pannelli in legno a 3/4. Rilassati nel meraviglioso portico avvolgente di 3 stagioni, guarda le onde, gioca a giochi di carte familiari o semplicemente leggendo tranquillamente, questo sarà il posto preferito in casa con bilancieri in quercia e nuovi cuscini decorativi sulle pittoresche sedie di vimini. Le onde che si infrangono sull'Atlantico immediatamente di fronte o il laghetto di gigli sereno a destra, le viste sull'acqua dirette sono eccezionali da ogni stanza. A tre miglia di spiaggia sabbiosa è a portata di mano, chi potrebbe desiderare di più? Dopo una divertente giornata trascorsa in spiaggia - surf, trovare conchiglie, kayak sedersi e godersi un picnic all'aragosta o grigliare nel cortile accanto allo stagno.
I nuovi lavori di ristrutturazione includono splendidi pavimenti in legno rifiniti, incluso il portico, decorazioni luminose sul mare dipinte di fresco e un nuovo bagno.
L'ampio portico, soggiorno con camino, sala da pranzo separata con armadio in porcellana, camera singola / studio, cucina con lavanderia e bagno 3/4 completano il primo piano. Mobili antichi in tutto complimentati con l'aggiunta di nuovi divani e nuovi cuscini luminosi su sedie di vimini. Appena fuori dalla porta della cucina c'è un ampio cortile che avvolge la parte anteriore della casa offrendo oltre 180 gradi di vista sull'acqua, sia sull'oceano che sul lato dello stagno, per deliziare ogni ora.
Il secondo piano ha quattro generose camere da letto con vista sull'oceano da ogni stanza, ampio spazio armadio e un bagno tutto nuovo luminoso con vanità, vasca / doccia rilassante, boiserie, pavimento in marmo e vista sull'oceano!
Hai bisogno di più spazio per la famiglia e gli amici: è disponibile anche un cottage con due camere da letto con vista diretta sull'oceano, una cucina completamente attrezzata recentemente rinnovata con bar per la colazione, un nuovo bagno e una lavanderia.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay! Our golf game got rained out and we all stayed in and played games and enjoyed the gorgeous view from the front porch.

Our stay was wonderful! The home is beautifully cared for and is inviting as soon as you walk through the door! Fresh flowers greeted us, beautiful linens, comfortable bedrooms, all our needs met from kitchen and dining to playing games and gear for the beach. All around perfect stay! Thank you!

A wonderful ocean retreat!

The fortune rocks beach house was wonderful. Beach access was basically across the street. Sandy beach with a great walk to the public area. Outdoor shower was very handy. Plenty of beach towels. Bring your own beach chairs if needed. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Every bedroom had a view. Kitchen was well supplied. We recommend

A Place To Make Memories

My girlfriends and I needed time away from our careers, Mommy duties, etc. This place was everything we needed and more! We would wake up to a beautiful ocean, enjoy our morning coffee on the cozy porch, take walks on the beach, took a quick trip right into Portland for dinner then come back to this gorgeous house and talk or play board games, enjoy some wine! It was truly magical! I have not felt so relaxed since. We loved it so much, we are making this home & Maine our annual trip!

Serene little beach getaway.

My family of 7 Enjoyed a two night stay here. The cottage is quaint and well equipped. We came to relax and enjoy a view of the ocean. We got that as well as a beautiful view of the pond. It was a perfect weekend. Great restaurants nearby as well. Thank you! Would love to come and stay again.

A beautiful place to get away

This our second time staying here. We love the view, the porches and the coziness of the interior! It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants.

Back in Maine after more than 2 years!

Finally the borders are open and it was great to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday with her three children. The house was perfect and it was her first Christmas Prelude! Thanks for everything.

Location is amazing. House is charming. Walking the beach, watching the waves from the porch, making fresh lobster in the nicely appointed kitchen. All wonderful. Will be back.

Just pull the trigger...

If you are reading this review you are either trying to validate your choice to stay here or you are trying to decide if this place would be a good choice. In both cases, don't overthink this. Just book the property... The ocean is across the street literally steps from the front door. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old and had room for at least 3 more people to have beds and sleep. The place is immaculate and incredible. We grilled steaks on the gas grill one night and we used the Belgian waffle maker both morning for huge breakfasts in the spacious dining room. Saco and Biddeford are 10 minutes away in one direction and Kennebunkport is 10 minutes the other way. Great shopping and food in both. PWM airport us 35 minutes away. Did I mention the ocean where we watched surfers each day... Highly recommend...

Ocean bliss

Perfect spot for a peaceful ocean front get away. Cozy, quiet, private with 24 hour ocean soundscape. Beautiful yard for relaxing, outdoor dining, fire pit for evenings. Pond view out back, ocean view out front: relaxing. The inside of the home has so much classic Maine character. Property manager was very responsive during the entire rental process. Wonderful experience.

Weekend in Maine

We had a delightful weekend. It was my sons 50th birthday. The linen situation could have been better! I was not expecting to have to dry sheets and make beds. However the property manager Lisa was fabulous and more than accommodating!! Help arrived!! Yeah!! We had a fabulous time and the house has everything you could possibly need. Definitely will try to plan a return visit

Nice beach house

We were a family of 5 visiting for a week in August. The house is right on the beach and the beach wasn’t crowded because of limited parking. Beds were comfortable. Awesome screened porch. Outdoor space in front of house and outdoor furniture could be improved because it’s such a great place to spend time. We would rent again.

Amazing property with great views!

The cottage was extremely comfortable for our group of five women. Delighted to have a bedroom for each of us and 2 bathrooms to share. The views were wonderful. Our only negative comments: • the first-floor shower did not have a setting that allowed for comfortable showering. Either the water flow was very little (a drip) or too much. Could not set it to wash yourself comfortably. It blasted out getting our hair wet •. The light in the living area would not turn on properly. It basically was a blinking light until we finally removed one light bulb. That worked temporarily, but went back to flashing the next day. • Did not like having to do a portion of the laundry and strip beds, especially since we paid such a high cleaning fee. • Had difficulty getting the TV to come on to the screen with TV channels. Had to fool with that for a good while. Directions would have been nice. Having said all that, the location was great and we enjoyed the house immensely. The property manager was extremely polite and helpful.

Amazing location and beautiful home!

This lovely Fortunes Rocks Beach home was the perfect place for a weekend with a few of my closest friends. Being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach was ideal. We loved the large yard as it allowed for us to play lawn games and the picnic table provided a great spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The inside of the house was just as beautiful as the outside view of the ocean. Lisa was a very responsive host and I can't recommend this place enough!

Lovely Maine Cottage

We recently stayed in the cottage for Mother's Day Weekend and although the day we arrived was quite wild weather wise, we had some very nice weather after. The cottage's porch is lovely and large and a great place to watch the ocean. There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us to each have our own room which was nice. I participated in the Maine Coast Half Marathon which went by the cottage twice so if you're thinking about doing this race, it's a great place to have your family hang out and watch. The marathon also goes by the cottage but it's at the 23 mile mark. Kennebunkport is close by and we went back and forth to the town for shopping and dining. Finally, Biddeford Pool is a hidden gem on the Maine coast and during the summer months would be a special place to stay.
