Large home which worked great for our large family of 14 (ages 3-70). Loved the layout, which allowed family members to be scattered on different floors depending on what they were doing. Pool, theater and hot tub on the 1st floor. The pool was a hit for the little kids and the theater room was a hit for the little kids and football fans. Main living area on 2nd floor had a pool table and other games which were played on a large table. Ample room in the kitchen for cooking. 3rd floor had bedrooms which were great for our adult kids and their small children. Most bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom. 2nd floor also had a huge master and another bedroom. Would definitely stay here again if traveling with a large group. Host was very communicative and helpful.

The host was proactive and called me the day before our arrival to review all the details. He was available by phone and responsive throughout our stay when I needed to contact him. It was evident he cares about his home and wanted to ensure we had a great time. This three story home has so many amenities (home theater , indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, games, bbq and deck areas, elevator, multiple microwaves, refrigerators, dish washers, washers and dryers, multiple coffee makers) , the kitchen was well equipped and was perfect for our multi-generational family of ten vacation. The flooring was new and bed mattresses were new too. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good condition. There are walking/hiking/biking trails at the end of the street and the neighbors were friendly. There was ample parking in the driveway. We were delighted to see a bear walk behind the house as well as three coyotes!

We went to Tahoe to play in the snow but, when we arrived the temperature was in the mid 70's. This house was completely entertaining for the whole family. We didn't even need to leave the house for a good time. The pool is exceptional! We loved the sauna and the hot tub. You can't go wrong with this one.

Lovely long weekend stay!

The house was great for a long weekend with family. The house is very comfortable and can accommodate a lot of people. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and playing in the snow outside.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The house was exactly as described and perfectly located.The elevator was absolutely crucial for our stay as we had two elderly family members in our party - it made all the difference for their comfort and mobility. The heated pool was also a huge hit, providing endless entertainment for both the kids and adults throughout our stay.Our host was exceptional - incredibly hospitable, responsive, and flexible with our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

South Tahoe Family and Friend Time

We came up for the weekend and had a wonderful time at the property. Cabin was spacious and the kids had plenty of options to keep them entertained all weekend. I would stay at this property again for future trips. Host was easy to contact, very responsive, and polite.

50th Birthday Dinner Celebration

Perfect size to accommodate family and friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. Adult could socialize without being crowded, and there was a theater room a d pool to keep the kids entertained.

A beautiful home very clean pool and hot tub was a hit! Just a few minor things the bear bin was full so we had to drive to another home to leave our trash. The living room fireplace did not work and the patio door does not lock there is a stick we had to use and one of the microwaves dis not wok but there was another one that did but over all a fantastic home to stay and enjoy south lake tahoe.

Highly recommended stay, we’ll be back

Great property with lots of space and amenities. The indoor pool and sauna were definitely the favorites along with the numerous bedrooms. We had 15 people staying and everyone slept comfortably. Easy check in process and communication with the manager made things go very smoothly. Definitely would stay here again. It’s 15-20 minutes for casinos and lakeside locations.

The perfect property for the perfect weekend!

Dealing with the owner Dennis was a breeze. We spoke on the phone prior to check-in to run through the home. He was very professional and was there to help with anything we needed. The property was perfect and suited us well. I highly recommend it!
