I picked this home for its water frontage. It is incredible. Very few homes in south Florida have this amount of water frontage. Great for bringing a boat. Very impressed and would consider renting again.

fantastic stay

awesome property in a great location. Ashley was amazing to work with and we cant wait to go back. The house had lots of room for everyone and wonderful views. When we needed something, Ashley brought it right over and we couldnt have been happier there. Just wish it was for longer!

Great location, great owners. You can’t see On the app that owners live on property, but it was nice to have them and they were great! Had Super Bowl events for a few days and they were fantastic.

The house was everything I expected it to be. Actually this was the second time I rented it, and it was in better shape than the first time. The first time I rented it it felt like a rental property. This time felt a little more like a home, the pole was very warm and hot tub as well. Everything was very good and the house was exactly as advertised if I could complain about anything, the barbecue needs to be upgraded, however that would be being a little nitpicky.You will not be disappointed with the property, and the views are nothing short of spectacular.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone great house for the money.

The property was AMAZING! The host were equally AMAZING!

We used this property for one night, but it was an amazing experience! The host were very courteous and accommodating. The house was HUGE, and the view was stunning. The wifi worked great which seems like a small thing, but it makes a big difference for me. My party had a great time and next time we need a house of this size we will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful views

What a great location this is! It is absolutely stunning. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. The house is a little outdated and a little oddly shaped and how the rooms are but overall we had a fantastic day. Ashley is absolutely fantastic to work with and was great all the way around. She made everything so easy for us. We hosted an event with about 50 people and it was perfect. It definitely can host a large event. Definitely recommend the house.

The property is an amazing home with more than enough room for our 10 person family! We had 3 kids who were 14 and they loved every minute of the kayaking and biking. They fished off the deck and were engaged in activities all day. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The grounds are well manicured and the privacy it offers coupled with the views of the water at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. The location is premium- very close to the beach and restaurants. But one really never needs to leave this place- One of the best features of this property is Ashley who manages the operation. She was so easy to contact, attentive to communication and made things super easy. We have been to other properties where things were not as easy and smooth and this was a definite breath of fresh air. We will definitely come back!

Family Memories

It was a true pleasure spending New Years week with my family at this beautiful Las Olas property. I can’t start to describe how wonderful the location and grounds are. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, swim, kayak, paddle board, etc. The house, pool, and outdoor grilling areas were also all very nice and utilized throughout our stay. Ashley was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive to any requests or recommendations we asked for. Thanks again!

An unbelievable and unforgettable experience

Our family was celebrating a very special birthday, and wanted to all be together for a few days enjoying each other and celebrating life. This home could not be any better. In fact it was perfect! Ashley is an excellent host and the home is clean, perfectly situated, i would say the listing does not do it justice, everything about the home and the location is spectacular. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Ashley for helping us create this unforgettable experience.

House was ok but not clean.

The house was not clean. The kitchen was not clean. No key to the house… They rented the dock the same day we got there and the people stayed on property for one night which was not cool. They also walked though the pool area which was also not cool. Overall location was good, house was ok at best. But the fact that it wasn’t cleaned properly will make me not want to go back there.

I wish you would have mentioned it , as I would have sent our cleaning company over . - not an excuse on our part but you booked your stay the night before your arrival .We had a boat that was in a jam and needed some dockage last minute

Amazing Place!

Quite possibly the best vacation we have ever had! We had 4 families, consisting of 8 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 12 to 18, and no one wanted to leave. First, the views over the water are beautiful during both the day and night. So relaxing watching boats and huge yachts passing by. The house has endless places to get away from the group, or to congregate and hang out together. Great outdoor bar, awesome and easy to heat pool and hot tub, and the owners even added a 2 firepit tables and 8 more chairs mid week during our stay. The house is absolutely huge, and most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. Plenty of towels, large refrigerator and even an ice machine. Only a few minutes from the beach, and a ton of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The owner does live on the property, not really an issue, but should be aware of people coming and going, as they also rent their doc out to a 105ft yacht that happened to be in port, which was very cool to see, and didn’t block our viewd at all. Great kitchen, living room, cable and all the amenities. Would go back in a heartbeat! Pam was great and an awesome vacation home!!!
