Awesome property with amazing beach, dunes, and ocean views - feels like you’re walking right into the sea. Only suggestion - update living room furniture and mattresses. Overall great condo!

Stay at Oceanfront Villa - Folly Beach

Our stay in Folly Beach over New Year's weekend was amazing! The property was perfect in all aspects, close to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and within walking distance of everything. We'll definitely return for another stay!

The Condo was better then we expected. It’s a perfect location to the beach and to the bars and restaurants. We will definitely re-book the condo next year .

Folly Beach

Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen is well supplied for preparing any type of meal. The beds were very comfortable and the lanai area was great for enjoying good conversations and the beach views. We had a great week!

Restful Thanksgiving

Glad we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son...who is serving in the Navy close by. This condo was in the perfect location, on the beach and walking to town with welcoming shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for us and a new kitchen, which made cooking very easy. Can't wait to return!
