The condo was a great place for our girls “get-a-way”! It had a nice view of the beach, resort pool and hot tubs , and landscape. It was a great place to spend valuable time relaxing and having fun with good friends.

The unit was everything we needed, had a great view from the balcony (although I should mention there are two separate balconies)! We were happy that there was enough space for our family of 4 (two kids two adults), and there was room for more! The girls loved the bunk beds with individual lights, and we thought the mattress in the primary was very comfy. Having private access to the beach was convenient, and we even rented boogie boards from the leasing office. The unit was clean, and the host responsive to my question about check in. We felt this place was a good value. One small improvement would be to provide a hair dryer for guests, paper towels in the kitchen, and shampoo/conditioner. They did have body bars for soap, but husband had to make a trip to Kroger for those other items. We would definitely return here! I give it a 95% grade :)

Dryer doesn't work well and could use some modern linen. It was a great place to stay with a great Beach

Wonderful place in a great location

My friends and I were astounded by the view from the property. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

Wonderful time.

We have stayed at Seascapes several times. We love the convenience to the beach. Comparing this to other units we stayed, it is a little worn, flooring and paint. However, the layout is good and kitchen was supplied well with cooking needs. The fact that it had a washer and dryer was a huge win win. The reason to mark low on communication is, we tried to contact the owner by email a couple of times and did not receive a reply. On the Amenities it list wifi is available and it was not. That was a bummer with grandkids tablets. We never heard from the owner. All in all it was a good stay and because there is a washer and dryer we would highly recommend this unit.

Good stay

It was a good stay. Place overall needs a little upgrades. Condo 2301 was perfect. Only one small complaint water in the shower took a very long time to drain. I'm guessing from the sand build-up. Other than that our stay was good.
