Wow! Questa bellissima unità da 3 BR, 2 Bath Maravilla è solo la vacanza che stavate aspettando. Completamente rinnovato. Oltre $ 40.000 in aggiornamenti. Non troverà un'unità migliore. Ripiani in granito, bellissime piastrelle / pavimenti in legno. Apparecchi e arredi di alta gamma. Nulla è stato lasciato fuori. Bella unità. Ottima posizione e luogo perfetto da affittare. Maravilla è una comunità privata sulla spiaggia. Due piscine, una riscaldata in inverno, vasca idromassaggio, campi da tennis, palestra. club house, shuffleboard, gated community su Emerald Coast Parkway e Scenic Gulf Drive, BBQ-Grills, goal basket. Great condo very close to the beach

Great condo really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive when we had a question.

Good time, pretty much had everything that we needed. Elevator's worked well. Pools were nice and clean easy access to the beach.

Great for families and pets

Very comfortable for a large family. Well stocked with kitchen items and a short walk to the beach. Kids really love the pools. Beautiful decor that was recently updated.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

Property was everything described! Kitchen well stocked and very nice decor. Beach service was an added bonus. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive! Would def love to stay again!

Great Place to Stay! Especially with a Dog

This is great condo and and in an excellent location. Lots of room, very clean, and great communication with owners. Beach was amazing, and the beach attendants were great. Especially Kevin! Cant wait to go back!

Great place for Beach access

We had a great, lengthy stay! Property is very convenient to beach and great local dining. 3rd bedroom worked well for an office set up. Had wifi challenge and owner (Joe) was very responsive, Thank you!

Beach Bliss

We had a wonderful vacation. Good location. Nicely furnished, beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Included beach chairs, toys etc. Also two chairs and umbrella on the beach each day.

Walk to the beach!

Outstanding location, set up for a family of 6, love the bunks in front! Heated pool, tennis courts, and hot tub is great! Best part, it’s a couple Steps from the beach! You get a chair and an umbrella with your unit! Such a great location! Property manager is easy to deal with! Thanks!

Great property!

Loved the condo, but the cleaning lady was not finished when we got there at 4:00, the sheets did not look or smell like they had been washed and we found dishes in the cabinet that were still dirty. Other than that the beach walk was short and the property and location was perfect.

Fully stocked!

This place was great and was so well stocked with all the appliances, bakeware, beach chairs and more that we could need! The coffee pot is both regular and Keurig. Everything was very nice and clean. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. A lot of beach stuff in a big chest on the patio! Owner was very patient and communicative with my many questions. We loved the pools, hot tub, and tennis courts. And having the 2 free beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day was such a nice treat! Easy under 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy to cross the 2 lane road with the crosswalk. No problems. We had a fabulous week!

Absolutely amazing!!!!

I am a hard one to please and I must say that I was incredibly impressed with not only how gorgeous this condo is but also with how wonderful Joe and Melissa were. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. The condo is breathtaking and in a great location. The pool(s) are well kept and clean. Very relaxing! The chair service at the beach is great; just pick up and go. Not having to pack linens and towels was great as well. This place has everything you need to make your stay away from home perfect! We didn't want to go home to reality :-) It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. You will not be disappointed renting this condo! I am very lucky to have found this place!

Fantastic Stay!

Everything from the booking process, communication with the owner, which was a lot because I had a lot of questions, to actual stay itself was FANTASTIC! The condo was exactly as stated and met all our needs. Our kids loved the bunk room. We also loved that our condo and the complex itself was pet friendly. We also loved the location and will definitely return!

Excellent property!

This was our first time staying at this property in Destin. Location to the beach was fantastic (loved the chair/umbrella service!), amentites within the property we’re wonderful and the unit was well-decorated and clean. Communication with the owner was always quick and pleasant. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Our Destin trip was great! The condo had alot of space and the bedrooms were large. My grandson enjoyed the bunkbed room. We had everything we needed in the condo. There were beach chairs and toys that were there for our use. Maravilla is always a great stay and this condo was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Pet Friendly Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and nicely stocked with all necessities including some beach toys and chairs. The included beach service was a great treat also. Very pet friendly and in walking distance to many great restaurants. Owners responded quickly, would highly recommend!

What a great vacation!

This was the best vacation ever! I’ve been traveling for years and have been to some really beautiful beaches but… this is the best beach by far. The condo was awesome, clean and the owners are very friendly. We had driven from Ohio and arrived early. The owner allowed us to check in early. We love this place! We will be back for sure!!

Great location with easy beach access

The condo was very clean. Easy to access. Quick, easy walk to the beach. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be planning a return trip soon!

Lovely beach

Owners responded to question in a timely manner. We were there during spring break so there were a lot of kids that enjoyed the heated pool. The beach crew were extremly helpful.
