Great communication. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great, not overly crowded. Short, quick walk to the beach. Appreciated the outside garden hose/shower to wash off the sand before swimming or going back into the condo.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying here. The unit was beautifully decorated. We had lots of space and a overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Cherry Grove. Beach is right across the street but also only a 20 minute walk to the tip of The Point (that includes walking across the sand, lugging the beach gear). Plenty of clean towels and all of the necessary kitchen gadgets, with an ice machine downstairs to fill the coolers. Host was always responsive. Was here for a busy July Fourth weekend but the entire property felt quiet and the pool was usually empty. Perfect for us!

Quiet little place, loved the color and decor. My granddaughter loved having her own room with starfish pillows! Pool did have a closed sign on it the entire weekend, however it wasn’t a big deal for us as we were there for a short stay. We went to the beach and enjoyed the Riley’s Aquarium and the Board Walk most of the day Saturday. Would definitely visit again!

Great location

Super cute and perfect for our girls getaway . Love that we could be SO close to the beach .The “bodyguards” (nosey permanent residents) kept us laughing all weekend !

Cool AC, spacious rooms for an refurbished hotel. Nice pool, quiet neighbors and a large patio. Easy walk to the beach.

Cute Property

Very cute condo! My kids, husband and I loved staying there. The bathtub was a little dirty but a quick spray of the shower washed the sand away.

This property was just what we need. There are just a few things that I would have like to know ahead of time. Not being from SC we did not know that tents were not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas where only allowed and they where available for renting. Also pool had 10 am- sunset time limit which was hard for me to explain to kids. Other than that host was amazing even took time to help with other travelers that where having issues.

Very clean! Plenty of fresh towels and linens and located directly across from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much, the only thing was that the air conditioner in the back bedroom didn’t work well and it stayed pretty warm in that room. Overall a wonderful place!!

Nice and Clean

The condo was exactly as pictured. Nice location. It was very cute and extremely clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend trip with my girls and granddaughter. We will book again.

Such a great stay

We enjoyed it so much that we will be back yearly. The neighbors are awesome. The beach is right there, the pool was clean a nice. Lots if extras down there for the kids to play with. The place was nice and felt like home. Overall an amazing stay. Pam was great with communication!

Fantastic

Great location. Super quick walk to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for my family of four- it has everything we needed for a wonderful stay. BBC. Once inside the unit couldn’t hear any noise outside. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great place

The place was clean and so close to the beach. We loved the place, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. My 7 year old loved the pool, and neighbors were super friendly. Cozy spot for a nice getaway to the beach! Thank you! The point was so close and the perfect spot for a beach sunrise!

Short Get Away

The condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our needs (3 adults, 2 children). The beach was right across the road as stated and easily accessible. It was great to also have the pool when the kids got tired of the sand. The host was quick with all communication. We would definitely recommend this place!!

The location of this property is a major positive. You walk across the street and the beach access is right there. My kids enjoyed the outdoor poor. We had no issue with on-site parking. The bedrooms were a good size. I knew this going in looking at the property specs, but the living area is fairly small for a family of 4. We chose to cook a few meals and it can get a bit tight in the living area/kitchen. There is no washer/dryer in until. This is on me as I didn’t double check this in the listing. They do have a washer/dryer on the lower level outside under cover for a fee. I love the beach and this location is awesome.

Better than expected!! Exceeded expectations

I rented this condo for a young adult church youth group (age 17-21). i was very pleased at the ease of check-in and any question I had the property owner responded within minutes. It was clean and exceeded our expectations. We normally stay with family in a upscale timeshare and no this isn’t that but you will not be disappointed by staying as we will again with our family! Location is perfect, clean pool, you won’t be disappointed!

Super cute!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a little cramped for 5 people to share one bathroom but it was super cute. Nice public balcony to sit on at night overlooking the pool. Very clean. Comfortable beds. There is no office to check in (the owner forgot to put us on her calendar so getting the code to get in was a bit frantic but it all worked out. She was very quick to respond via text and apologized for the miscommunication) and the wifi is not up to date in the check on instructions. but it IS posted on the refrigerator (we didn't notice it until the morning we left but that was ok. No time to be on phones.). The beach is right across the street. We would stay there again, just us.
