We had a wonderful stay! The condo was comfortable, clean, and a great home base for our family while exploring Kauai. We made some amazing memories and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the unit. It was very spacious and looked larger than the pictures. It had comfortable beds and great views of not only the ocean, but the jungle for great sunrises. We would definitely stay here again. The beach chairs were a plus for us as well. There was a cooler and umbrellas which we did not use.

Almost too good to be true

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was awesome. Great communication! The condo was so great! So clean and the view was amazing. Lovely pool. Only thing is if there was beach access but since it is on a cliff it's understanble. Being on a cliff made the view lovely.

Tried to communicate with the host, was unsuccessful. The place was really nice but not real clean. The 3 televisions t to watch becausee the batteries in the remotes were dead. Someone came to help but the batteries she replaced with were also dead

We loved our stay here. It was a bit big for just 2 people but it was spacious and had amazing natural light. Being close to the pool didn’t affect us at all, the roosters will wake you up way before people at the pool lol. Yes there is no a/c, but you don’t need it since there are so many windows, as well as sliding glass doors on either side of the condo which allows for excellent air flow.The location of the condo in princeville is also great. Great sunsets from the lawn on the north side of the complex and very close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Only 10 ish minutes from hanalei where we spent a lot of our time. The complex hosts a variety of food trucks throughout the week, we loved the coffee truck (breezeys). It’s also close by to many great beaches, and not too far from the east side beaches. The provided cooler, chairs, ice machine, and laundry in the room were very convenient.

Little piece of heaven

This was a beautiful spot - great views of ocean and plant life. The chickens were fun to watch - the roosters kept us on our toes and helped us get up in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

Place was perfect for our family. Nice to have a cooler and beach chairs. Kitchen had most thinkings we needed to cook. Close to many great beaches and hikes.

Another great stay at the Cliffs!

We enjoyed this property so much last time we stayed that we returned for another great visit. The unit is clean, bright and spacious. The only negative is the occasional noise from people at the pool but we didn’t let it bother us. It doesn’t have air conditioning but you don’t need it - the ocean breezes are perfect.

Beautiful & Convenient Location

This property is beautiful. Tall ceilings with windows that offer amazing views. It was very clean. Overall, I would rebook in heartbeat. High recommend.

Fantastic stay

This was a perfect place to stay for the four of us. It was clean and spacious. The view was my favourite! It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The little gift of a cooler bag came in handy for the entire trip. We will be back!

We were very happy with this property. Everything we needed was there for us. View was amazing, grounds were well kept, staff was friendly. Very easy owners to work with - not too many rules. We loved it!!!

The property was clean and spacious. We didn’t have an issue with there being no air conditioning in May with good cross ventilation. The master bedroom balcony does overlook the pool but was not a sound issue for us. We did have an have a major issue with the vacation rental company the morning of check in. We had not received final check in information regarding the door code despite some earlier email communication prior to our stay about adding an additional guest. The rental agent insisted they had forwarded the check in information to my email previously and despite my telling her no less than 4 times that I did not have it in my inbox nor was it it in my spam folder. She offered not a single solution to the problem and kept insisting the email was in my spam folder and there was nothing she could/would do. Were it not for the intervention of her supervisor, I do not know that we would have been able to access of 4 night rental that afternoon. It was very stressful, completely unnecessary and totally unprofessional.

Condo was nice but i would ask that you keep all window coverings closed for check in. The condo was so hot because the sun had been shining in all day. Once we got the doors opened and the breeze was much better.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable at this wonderful condo. It was very clean and well located. We had a nice view of the ocean and the jungle and had plenty of room. The condo is very spacious, bright, and well decorated with comfortable furniture and good quality touches. It is right next to the pool which gives a nice sound of the waterfall from the pool. We thought it might be too noisy next to the pool but it wasn't, closing the sliding door in the master bedroom was good enough. The condo does not have AC but in January with the winds that wasn't a problem. The kitchen had all the tools, bowls, and pans we needed to cook. Very happy with the kitchen supplies. A few things to be aware of: third floor walk-up, no AC, right next to pool, no child extras (like high chair, etc). We were very happy with this unit and would definitely stay here again, it was like a little oasis.

Condo at the Cliffs

We were very happy with the condo-warning, it is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is well maintained and everything we needed was there. The grounds were beautiful, but the pool was too cold and hot tub was smokin hot. Overall, a beautiful location, nice place to stay with great amenities.

Outstanding vacation rental

We loved everything about this property. We were originally booked at another property nearby but were notified last minute that the other property was undergoing construction. The rental agency allowed us to cancel without penalty and moved us here. We were so glad they did. We had a great week here at the Cliffs at Princeville and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Cliffs Club Vacation

We have been owners for 30 years at the Cliffs Club. We love it here. Stay at the unit was fine. Need to privide beach chairs and cooler. In general, Hawaii is becoming so expensive that we are considering other vacation destinations. Enjoy!
