Splendidamente ristrutturato e aggiornato con nuovi elettrodomestici e comodi mobili da soggiorno !!

Divertente per tutta la famiglia, la nostra unità si trova vicino ai principali negozi, ristoranti, cinema, il centro di Destin e, soprattutto, ha una vista INCREDIBILE e senza ostacoli sul golfo.

Il nostro ultimo (4 °) piano, unità angolare nell'edificio più desiderabile di fronte al golfo e si affaccia sulla piscina. Questo è ciò per cui sei venuto in spiaggia !! Con arredi nuovissimi, non crederai che si tratti di un noleggio. Volevamo che la nostra unità fosse eccezionale e abbiamo creato una casa molto speciale lontano da casa per il tuo divertimento.


Maravilla Beachfront Resort è una comunità di 33. 7 acri di proprietà principale del golfo di Destin sulla Scenic Highway 98. C'è un parco fronte al golfo di 5 acri, il tuo accesso privato alla spiaggia, due lussuose piscine, campi da tennis e shuffleboard e una club house con palestra.

Se apprezzi il buon gusto, la pulizia di nuovi materassi, i nuovi gruppi di camere da letto, tutti i nuovi mobili, i nuovi tappeti, i nuovi trattamenti delle finestre, i nuovi elettrodomestici per la cucina) e le INCREDIBILI viste sul Golfo, questa è la tua prossima meta di vacanza.

Un ombrellone e 2 sedie sono inclusi in ogni giorno di noleggio da metà marzo al 31 ottobre dal nostro servizio spiaggia professionale.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit! We love it. Only thing to be mindful of is the balcony does not have a roof so their is no shade or protection from the rain, but it worked out perfectly for us to get some sun while our baby was inside napping!

Excellent Stay

The property was clean and very nice! We absolutely loved the property and the beach view! The only issue we had was ants, other than that would stay here again!

Relaxing Vacation

The property was immaculate and had incredible views of the Gulf. The location was perfect for beach time, eating, and shopping. Can’t wait to return to this property.

Loved this place ..

There were 3 of us but easily could have accommodated 4...plenty of everything you need...view and location is gr8...facilities at maravilla are just the right amount...easy check in and out..lived the added bonus of the beach club.. definitely coming back!

Great Stay!

Great location, great communication. Was exactly as advertised. Host was extremely supportive and even when we had an issue with the TV it was fixed the very next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo! It is updated and you can’t beat the view! It’s a corner unit so you only have neighbors on one side! Only downside is you do have to get to the beach early to get chairs in the front row, but it’s worth it!

Our unit had the best view of the beach and water. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair set up offered, thr large pool and grilling out one evening.

Beach fix

Pleased with access to beach. Unit was clean and well stocked for cooking. First time we’ve stayed across the street from the beach. View was great and access was easy. Pool was great! Would stay again for sure!

Great proximity to the beach

Beautiful location. Condo was as described in listing. Could use a set of actual drinking glasses, we do no enjoy drinking out of plastic. We sis leave a couple of wine glasees that we purchased for the next guests :)

Lovely, Convenient Condo

The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities. I liked the key pad and not having to keep up with a key. A great ocean view, coupled with its being close to at least three good eating places, and its being pet friendly made this a great place for me to vacation. I would love to return.

Perfect Location!

We like to visit Maravilla in the winter months. This condo's location being the end unit on the 4th floor, has more windows giving more views from the condo. Also, being able to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean, enjoy the sunshine, sunrise, and sunset was an added plus. The elevator access for this condo made it easy to come and go. We would visit this condo again!

Perfect spring getaway

The condo has a great ocean and pool view. I could see the waves from sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen even. The extra east windows offered morning sunlight. The internet was lightening fast and allowed me to work and stream videos. The condo was also super quiet and well equipped for dining in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bike path along scenic gulf boulevard that made it easy for taking my dog for walks and riding rental bikes.
