Dear Kris, Thank you for selecting our condo for your stay, and we are sorry your experience was not as expected. We wash bedding and towels, and clean all our units professionally after each stay, and encourage our guests to inform us as soon as possible if anything is missing or not as expected. We provide the right amount of towels and bedding for the number of guests, and if the guests need any additional items, we bring them the same or the next day. It’s a big advantage for our guests to have a washer and dryer inside the condo, and indoor vent was the option that was available in this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the items as per listing description, and the furniture has been in good shape. Nevertheless, the owners made a decision to upgrade the unit. This unit is currently being remodeled, all the appliances are being replaced with the new ones, also the sofa, there will be a new closet installed in the bedroom. The unit is being repainted and also some other minor upgrades will be added. (Photos will be replaced once remodeling is done). We have many positive reviews from the previous guests, who also found this unit as great value for money, and we are sorry your expectations were not met.
