House was nice and accommodated us very well. We were able to talk with the host when there was a water leak in the main bathroom - which flowed downstairs. The host quickly had maintenance to the house to evaluate and clean up the leak. Maintenance was not able to fix the water leak but the host discounted our stay. The parking was great - right outside the door. The location was great for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants.

Great location close to everything you would want or need.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was a good center point for all the fields we had to be at!

Such a pleasure to meet you and your wife. So impressed with how well you did in the half marathon! And so happy you were able to relax and feel at home in our Cozy Condo. Thank you for taking such great care with our home. You are welcome back any time. And thank you both for serving our country; we appreciate the huge sacrifice that our soldiers and their wives and children make to guard our great nation! Hope we see your family again if you're ever back in Waco. (Would love to meet that baby...)

Very much enjoyed our 2 nights stay! Condo was super clean, easy to check in and in a fantastic location close to Baylor University. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and really appreciated both bedrooms had their own on-suite bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay very closes to Baylor!

Absolutely loved this place and it's proximity to Baylor. Jan quickly responded when there was an issue with VRBO not sending check-in info. The place itself was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I as we attended orientation and Line Camp. It was clean, beds were comfy, quiet neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay here again,

A Waco delight!

We stayed for two weeks at Comfy Cozy and truly enjoyed the condo, location, and all the comforts of home. Our stay happened to be the coldest weeks of the year, we were grateful for Jan’s extreme weather alert text providing instructions to prevent pipes from freezing; no problem whatsoever. Parking was never a problem, easy access to campus, restaurants, downtown, and I-35. Definitely a repeat.

Perfect!

I write a lot of room reviews (on other sites) and I think only once or twice have I used that word. This place was very quiet, very clean, very comfortable. Lots of space, with two large bedrooms upstairs, a huge kitchen and very well furnished living room, including a huge flat screen. Ample off street parking and security gate at condo entry. It was truly a home away.

Wonderful Gracious Hosts!

I can't say enough good things about our kind hosts and their condo. It is a cute spacious well decorated and comfortable condo with all the amenities including washer and dryers. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was spotlessly clean. It is an older building but well maintained and in great shape. The Hosts were amazing! They live next door (but were not intrusive at all ) so provided us with driving services to and from the very busy Homecoming football game and even offered to pick us up late if we stayed out! As well as had wonderful treats when we arrived. Fresh fruit, muffins as well as orchard crisp apple cider chilling in the fridge. It truly was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back.

Thank you for your care and respect of our cozy condo. Y'all will always be welcome here with our return guest discount. Remember that we love our Baylor Bears. If your Bears ever need anything, you be sure to give us a call. We feed them dinner, give them rides, and sit with them in the ER. So do not hesitate to call on your local Mama Bear if there's any way we can help. Look forward to seeing y'all again! Blessings, Jan

Home Away From Home

This was a mother-daughter trip to Waco to see, of course, all things Magnolia. We had weather delays that made us miss our first day in Waco, but walking into the Cozy Cottage the next day took all that stress away. First, we were greeted by Jan (who lives next door) with a hug, which is exactly what we needed! The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Jan has provided everything to make your stay hassle-free. We didn't do any cooking at the condo, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary gadgets & gizmos if we had wanted to. What really surprised me was how quiet it was. The condo was very soundproof, not just from the neighbors, but within the condo itself. I'm not sure when we'll be back in Waco, but we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Jan for everything!!!!

Thank you, Sandy, for your sweet comments. We were sorry that weather kept you from arriving on your original first night, but hope the partial refund made up for missing some time in our town. It was such a pleasure to meet you both, and I'm happy that you made some sweet mother/daughter memories together. So glad the condo offered you a relaxing home away from home. Thank you for taking good care of our Cozy Condo. You will always be welcomed home!

Girls Trip

I looked at many properties while planning this vacation for myself and two friends. I kept going back to Jan’s property however because of how homey and comforting it looked. It ended up being the best decision I could have made. And for the amount of space it was a bargain. The home was lovely and all the furnishing were comfortable. If I go back to Waco hopefully this place will be available again.
