House is as described, plenty of room for a big family. The kitchen was fully stocked, the living areas were a nice place to relax. The views were amazing, and we got a visit from a bear the night we checked in, added bonus. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, and a trailer plus our motorcycles. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location in the Smoky mountains above Gatlinburg! Saw Bears almost everyday we were there! Location is central to all you want to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, great place for our family!

Beautiful home & property! The view was not overstated-it’s breath taking! We had 6 adults, 5 children, & everyone had a great time. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable which we’ve found to be somewhat unusual. The highlight for all was the black bear that ambled across the fire pit & into the front yard, then continued on to the neighbor’s house.

Great stay. The property is located on a beautiful area with great parking and views of the mountains. Having bathrooms in each room was extremely convenient. The 5 of us loved our time there.

Had a great time with family at Bella Vista. The kids liked the front area to play in and the adults enjoyed the wonderful view on the back balconies. The hosts were very responsive to questions and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort during the stay. Saw bears the first two days (remember to leave your doors locked!) which the kids loved. We would absolutely stay here again should the chance arise, thank you to Chris and Sarah for sharing your home!

The property was perfect for our family. The view was amazing! The hot tub was great! Our grandkids loved the games and the basketball goal. Our family enjoyed the entire experience. I would highly recommend it and we would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay!! The views were breathtaking. The cabin was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the couches were much better than in other cabins we have stayed. Our kids loved the basketball hoop! Gave them something to do in between adventures! We will definitely be back!!

We had three couples visiting Gatlinburg on a motorcycle trip. The house was amazing! The location was fantastic. The views were spectacular. The house was laid out perfect for us with the 4 king suites. We enjoyed the game room and played several games of shuffleboard on a top-notch table! The communication with our host was also very good. We had trailered two of our motorcycles from Minnesota. So, we had a Chev Tahoe with a utility trailer we needed to park in the driveway. We had plenty of room, which after visiting the area was a rarity for parking at the rentals in the hills! The road up the mountain from the parkway was narrow with sharp switchbacks. We were able to transverse it up and down with the motorcycles okay. It had been rainy during our stay and the road was wet and gravelly. There was also some construction on new rental houses on the road that provided many roadblocks for us to have to maneuver around too. The bears were plentiful and a blast to watch. We had them in our driveway trying to open our car doors. Make sure to lock your doors! We watched bears going up the road beside the house and opened several doors on construction workers cars and crawled inside them and pull out bags of food! We would definitely rent this mountain house from Chris again!

Absolutely CLEANEST cabin we’ve ever rented. The yard is amazing. The views are amazing. The kitchen is massive. We will be back every year.The owners are incredibly responsive. The ONLY thing I would recommend improvement on is the blinds on a few doors were broken and not functional. But there are like 20 huge windows and doors to see the mountains out of so it was not inconvenient at all. 5 star review - perfect place!

House was exactly what we wanted and more - Nice House with a View, Comfortable Beds and Bear activity. House is set on a nice lot with plenty of parking with breathtaking views. We came to area for the Rod Run Car Show and House is conveniently located to everything. Had a Bobcat in our yard on Tuesday and a Bear got into our car on Friday when we were loading it but left after being told to and did not do any damage. We came back with wonderful memories, pictures and stories. We will rent this house every year going forward.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home that is in a great location!! You are up in the mountains, but just a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and stores. The views are outstanding and we had daily bear activity.

Excellent family cabin

Our stay was excellent. The view was beautiful and location was on point min from downtown area. The communication with any inquiry was easy. Cabin was clean and had all that we needed.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We had our entire family under one roof. We saw multiple bear at the cabin. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and so did the adults.

Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed so much Bella Vista in Gatlinburg. It was convenient to downtown and all the attractions. Our host was very attentive to questions that we had and very prompt in getting a few things done we asked for. The views are great, and the rooms are large and met the needs of our family of nine!!
