Thank you for the kind words about the condo, the views, and how well-stocked it was for your beach days! We want to clarify the amenities situation, because we think it's actually been a big win for guests. Of everything on property, only two things now require an owner wristband: the fitness center and the on-site bar/grill. And even for the bar/grill, the Pink Bar is right there - the same distance away - and fully open to all guests, & offers live music, so you're not really losing a beachside drink option at all. Everything else guests love is still included: the pools, private bathrooms, and free water and ice on the boardwalk. On top of that, guests now get things that weren't available before - several food trucks on-site, afternoon free popsicles, dining access at the neighboring hotels, and use of the private beach. Having managed this property for years, we can say confidently that these changes have made the guest experience better overall, not worse. We're sorry the listing didn't reflect this clearly before your stay, and we're updating it now so future guests know exactly what to expect. We'd love the chance to host you again!

Thanks for your review Jeff. The washer/dryer was replaced as soon as we recieved word that it wasn't working. I appreciate your feedback and we have added a new premium 4" gel mattress topper in the master bedroom. It's always a challenge to find a mattress that appeals to everyone.
