Questa magnifica suite a due piani con angolo attico offre un'isola da vivere al suo meglio. Essere parte della comunità più privata di Grace Bay, dove ci sono solo 18 residenze.

Questo unico, e recentemente rinnovato, 2300+ piedi quadrati tre camere da letto tre bagni residenza composto da due spaziose suite padronali, ognuna con una straordinaria vista sul mare turchese. Una suite comprende l'intero livello superiore della proprietà.

La leva inferiore è composta da un soggiorno aperto e zona pranzo con soffitti a volta e imponenti viste a 180 gradi sull'oceano dalle porte scorrevoli in vetro di grandi dimensioni che conducono ad un balcone privato fronte spiaggia. Guarda l'alba e il tramonto da questo angolo rifugio. La cucina gourmet presenta ripiani in granito e tutti gli armadi in legno con elettrodomestici da incasso.

Tra i servizi che ti piaceranno, include la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio di design con bagno e doccia, una palestra in loco ea pochi passi da ristoranti gourmet, supermercati e boutique. Chef privato disponibile su richiesta. Il servizio di portineria è disponibile su richiesta.

Loved it. Very nice place and very clean in a wonderful location with great views. We went in Sept so it was quiet. We rented a car and that was a must for us. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas that were waiting on the beach in front of the resort each morning and used one of the paddleboards provided with this rental and it was great. Can’t recommend this place enough and Vanessa and Regina were super helpful with any questions we had. Definitely pack as much food and necessities as you can, it was very expensive at the grocery store. Pelican Bay next door was a must for meals and their happy hour is great!!

Excellent Unit right on the beach! Not crowded, gated, close to lots of food! Our boat charter picked us right up on the beach. Beds were comfortable, clean, and the condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need ! We loved Turks and this place was luxury !

This property was magnificent. Amazing view from the back balcony. On the beach with abundant umbrellas and chairs. Many tour operators will pick you up on the beach for this property. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our family trip to Turks and Caicos, staying at the Grandview on Grace Bay. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t in our favor for most of the week, but the water color right from the condo was absolutely stunning. We visited several other beaches on the island, and this one had, by far, the most beautiful water and the softest sand.The beach and pool area felt incredibly private, almost like having our own secluded beach. They provide just about every pool and beach item you could need, and the cushioned beach chairs with large umbrellas made it even more comfortable.This is a truly premium and private property. We enjoyed every bit of it. It’s also conveniently located close to shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend for any couple or family looking for an amazing and private TCI location.

Grandview at Grace Bay

Everything about our stay was first class. Property was amazing and super clean. Easy beach access and ample toys for the little ones. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Perfect location for family trip!

Vanessa’s condo is wonderfully appointed. My family really enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect for walking and driving everywhere we wanted to visit. Being right on the beach was spectacular. Vanessa was a wonderful host - both she and Regina (the on site property manager) were extremely responsive.

Wonderful!

The condo was clean and bright. Large rooms and the vaulted ceilings made it feel more open and light. Deck was larger than expected as well and offered an amazing view. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is really important to our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, fantastic view and wonderfully equipped. A quiet spot with easy access to restaurants, activities etc. Super comfy beds, nice towels and the best shower body wash! We will be back!

Wonderful Family Gathering in Ideal Setting

This tastefully decorated condo was the ideal setting for our winter break gathering! What a wonderful place to spend time together, cook meals, head to the beach, head out for our excursions, and simply enjoy each other’s company! And everything is made super easy with the excellent pre stay communications and help if needed via the property owner and on-site property manager… Really tremendous job by both.We can’t wait to go back!!!

Prettiest beach on Grace Bay!

This place is the bomb! Never have we’ve been able to stay directly on the beach ! We loved the the access to the beach and commented how our end of the beach was the prettiest, widest and less crowded than any other beach spots . We will come back here for sure & will never consider a hotel stay again!!

Beautiful

Property was exactly like the pictures. By far the best rental we've stayed in to date. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect with some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was amazing! We had the best time and would love to come back.

Fantastic location

The unit was as promised, clean, well maintained, and a great view. Vanessa & her team were very responsive to a minor Wi-Fi issue in the unit. The location is superb w a private beach, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Condo.....Perfect Location!

If you are planning a trip to Turks and Caicos you cant go wrong with this condo at Grandview! Location is absolutely PERFECT. Close to everything you want to do on the island and very easy to get around. The condo itself has everything you need and working with the owner (Vanesa) and property manager (Tarcia) is a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to my next trip to Turks and Caicos.

We all are in the present when we are there. The biggest worry is 'where did the paddle ball go?' and 'where are we eating tonight?' Those are good worries to have!!
