This is such a quaint little place. It’s like staying at your grandparents beach place It has great views and such easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The bottle of wine and the beach tote was a really nice touch

Overall clean with a great beach view. Right on the ocean. Good location if you want quiet but far from boardwalk especially for seniors and parking everywhere is expensive. Condo is very run down. Peeling ceilings. Door was nearly impossible to open and close.

Beautiful property right next to public beach access so no stairs or gates to lug all your stuff through which was a HUGE plus for my family having 3 little ones. The views are breath taking. We saw dolphins frequently from our balcony and enjoyed watching the waves. The hosts definitely thought of all the little things to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. They even left a gift bag full of goodies! Such a nice gesture! Super easy check-in/check-out process. Pictures don't do it justice! Also super clean and cozy! We had a wonderful vacation and will most definitely book here again without hesitation! You won't be disappointed!

Really cute, convenient condo. The beach has been replenished recently, and there is PLENTY of beach to spread out on, even at high tide. This area of the beach is not too crowded, and sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous. The primary tub/shower is standard size, but the second shower is small and would be tight for someone who is very tall or broad. The kitchen is perfect for a short stay and a small group, but only room for one cook in the kitchen! This was an affordable trip for our family, and we are so grateful for a beautiful, peaceful, memorable trip.

For the view it is really nice. The short walk to the beach was really nice as well. The cons is this place was filthy from top to bottom. Mold on ac vent, mold inside shower handle not a little but a lot. Put sheets on bed they had sand in them. Shelf in bathroom just fell off the wall as noted in other reviews. Paint pealing from ceiling in 1 bedroom, both sliding doors don’t lock as described in listing. Dust buildup on walls in kitchen. This could be a really nice place if it had some tlc.

Amazing location! Pet friendly! Nice gift bag for guests with wine and sunglasses! Several sliding glass doors do not lock. The ice maker does not work. It is advertised as having a sofa bed couch. It does NOT. OVERALL GREAT!

Enjoyed our time and great location for beach access. Extremely grateful that this property allowed our 3 dogs since they are apart of the family as well.

Comfortable oceanfront unit that provided all the important amenities, plus additional things to facilitate our stay and make the week very pleasant. Very nice decor (part of our family was in another unit in this building, but we hung out here because it was nicer). Nice beach chairs provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome view

I had a wonderful week in Carolina Beach at this property. The view was amazing, and the beach was just a few steps away. There was more than enough space for us, and the hosts were responsive and very easy to communicate with. I 100% would stay again.

Wonderful location we were able to see the ocean right out our sliding glass doors

The places was very good outlay and the only complaint we had was the chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. Loved the porch and table and chairs on it

Can't beat the location. Drink coffee and watch the sun come up. 2 minutes to the beach if you walk real slow. Easy to get to restaurants. Been 5 or 6 times, so we are obviously happy with the location!

Gorgeous week!

Perfect little spot at the beach. Simply decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is tight with nowhere to put snacks but we made it work. We had beautiful evenings on the porch overlooking the ocean and its location is close to everything In Carolina Beach.

We arrived the week after a storm and the beach was gone . Didn't have to go sit on the beach, it had come to us . This is an older unit and had been renovated . There are 28 steps up to the unit. It was clean and well stocked. We had some plumbing issues and the plumber was out that day. Overall we had good weather and the dogs enjoyed the beach.

Wonderful Condo Right On The Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this terrific condo steps away from the beach with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and sun rises. The condo was in excellent condition and was well stocked with everything one would want: well stocked kitchen, great beach gear, loads of towels and the WiFi worked perfectly. Our hosts were there if we needed them and we loved our vacation especially due to the amazing condo. Thank you!

The condo was charming, well stocked with anything we could need, and the view just couldn’t be beat! I realize that this isn’t within the owners control, but the beach access was closed due to beach erosion and we had to walk a block to a public access, which with little kids we would have chosen a different rental had we known. Not a huge issue, but it should have been disclosed on the listing.
