Condo was as advertised, nice accents all over the place, good view of the ocean and walkway right as you walked out of the unit. Parking was easy under the building, would recommend to a small family and pet friendly is an added bonus.

Was a nice stay. Had everything we needed. Parking was a bit sketchy, glad we weren't there when the place was full. No grass for the pup, and she didn't like the beach.

So nice I stayed here twice

Looking for a great place for a just a few friends or a romantic getaway, this is your place. View of the ocean (and I was on the first floor), dog friendly (they even had a water bowl set out) and close to downtown (we walk everywhere) this was everything I wanted in a beach rental.

The condo was great and well-stocked and the bathrooms weren't the typical tiny condo bathroom. Nice short walk to the beach and nice views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, well-decorated and comfortable place with great view and easy beach access. Parking is tight. Unit is generally stocked well, although no shower amenities were provided, something that is very commonly provided in most vacation rental units.

Great weekend, clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful long weekend here. It was dog friendly, neighbors were friendly. Apartment was clean, safe and comfortable. I have used Bryant Realty for several rentals and have never had any issues with them.

Perfect Location

The place was exactly as advertised! Easy private access to beach and you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves! Dog friendly - and a short walk to the boardwalk area for ice cream or donuts. Check in/out was a breeze! We had no issues with anything while we were there and it felt super comfy and like home! We would definitely recommend!!!

i enjoyed my stay ....the stove smoked bad when i tried to use it and we did see a few roaches but overall it was good

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry there were some bugs. The beach is notorious for moisture and bugs, especially this time of year. We had the pest company come today to re-treat and reminded them that they need to do that once per month, not once per quarter like the rest of the building. The cleaning crew gave the stove a once over and finished with a self-clean cycle. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us and we hope to host a future stay for you!

Great location and views!

Carolina Beach is a bit chintzy and overpriced. However, the beaches are clean and beautiful and this property gives great views and immediate access to the beach. The condo was well appointed and super clean! Our only issue was the tightness of the parking which appears to be an issue island-wide.

Wish we could stay longer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful. The view from the patio was amazing and the beach was at our front door. We had a small concern our first morning and the concern was corrected that same day. Thank you
