Nice corner unit with a view and beachfront. Accommodating host with good communication. Clean, comfortable unit is in a convenient location to restaurants, supplies, and park activities like biking, hiking and fishing at the pier. Pool and fitness facility access. Recommend.

Spent 4 nights - location was great, having a corner condo was spot on. Condo itself is well taken care of and furnished nicely - functioned to perfection; we felt right at home.

The check in was easy. The condo just as promised. Everything that we needed was there. We had last minute visit from Clearwater friends and Tammy helped with parking pass right away. The property was an easy walk by beach to the Gulf Park pier. We usually stay in the bigger places when in Gulf Shores but I really liked this better. And the traffic was not as bad, it was a great trip!

Everything was perfect! Even with 6 adults, we had plenty of space. Very clean, well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, and a spectacular view from every room.

Great location with beautiful views of the Gulf and the Gulf State Park’s fishing pier! We saw dolphins from the balcony everyday. The beach area was very nice. The king size bed was super comfortable.

Excellent place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the view is absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely reserve this unit again in the future.

Location location location

Loved the location of this condo. The view from the master bedroom both morning and night was great! Also enjoyed the location on the beach as it was not as crowded. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Palms 901! Perfect location, close to everything but also private at the same time. Comfortable beds, great communication with the host, spectacular view and everything was super clean! Would book again in a heartbeat!

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the pier. The location was great and we liked the less crowded atmosphere of the beach. I was able to reach out to the owner and my questions were answered in a quick and timely manner. We hope to return in the future. Our family made great memories here.

We love gulf shores and the royal palms. The condo had everything you could want. The location is perfect, and beaches are not crowded. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Perfect Spot

With Covid being our nation's reality right now we were looking for a spot to stay that would be less crowded. This was the perfect spot just for that...on the end before the Gulf State Park began therefor less beach crowds and condo building wasn't bad on the amount of people there. Met with owners and they were delightful people. Will definitely stay here again!

Last minute decision for holiday weekend getaway Property was as listed . I would have preferred pool on beach front instead of side of building . Everything was clean and well maintained . We would love to stay again on long weekend.

The property manager was so helpful!!! Location was perfect! Condo layout perfect for us. Only drawback was that it needed a good deep clean.

Thank you for the compliment and this location is simply out of this world. Agree! During the summer heavy rental season it brings more guests and more sand into our condos! We deep clean 3-4 times per year. However, during June and July it is impossible to do do a deep clean due to the number of rentals and quick turn arounds!

10 out of 10!

We had a great stay at the Royal Palm! Our unit was on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the beach and ocean from all rooms. Our host Tammy Brown was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this location and hope to come back next year!
