Questa unità è un'unità Direct Gulf Front e si trova al 12 ° piano. Si tratta di un'unità 1BR / 2BA con cuccette nel corridoio e un divano letto. Questa unità è molto ben attrezzata con pareti dipinte di recente, materassi pillow top king size, nuovi mobili / poltrona reclinabile nel soggiorno, ripiani in granito e bella lavatrice / asciugatrice. Questa unità è arredata con molto gusto e ben mantenuta. Il balcone è attrezzato con un tavolo e quattro sedie. Royal Palms si trova vicino al Gulf State Park, a pochi passi dal molo.

Perfect Get A Way

My husband and I just got back from staying at 1202. It was the perfect get a way place for us. It was extra clean and the bed was super comfy. The view was great. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The host was super responsive and very helpful. We will be back again soon!!

Host was very communicative leading up to the stay and during the stay. The unit was as listed and pictured. It was very clean and everything in the unit worked. The beach view was amazing. We did not use the pool area, but did walk to it. It is a small pool, but it is also a small condo building in comparison to others. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Condo

We have previously stayed at this condo several times. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with except measuring cups. It is comfortable and well kept on the inside. The channels provided for the tvs were expansive and gave you plenty of viewing options after a long day on the beach. The bed was huge and comfortable. The washer and dryer worked extremely well. Also, I was surprised at the number of usable items in the front hallway closet. Boogie boards, beach towels and lots of sand toys. Nice!

Host was great, the unit was definitely older and lacked some of the more modern touches many Vrbos are offering. View was amazing and overall we had a really nice time.

Perfect July 4th vacation

Condo was clean. Right on the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had a perfect view of the fireworks from our balcony. Hosts were responsive and helpful

The unit is a little older, but clean, very comfortable, and obviously well maintained. It is perfectly located on the beach immediately next to Gulf State Park. Beach is not crowded. Short walk to the pier.Wonderful views and overall great experience. We will stay here again if available for our next visit.

Beautiful view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We could see Gulf Shores State Park Pier from the balcony, and it was a short walk down the beach. We loved watching the dolphins.

A perfect place for our family. Loved being close to pier and not being in a super crowded area. Will definitely rent again. Host was attentive and the home was clean and had all that we needed. Will rent again.

Great Stay!!

We came down to Gulf Shores with our baseball team and had a great experience. The room was very clean and had a great view of the beach. Our family had a great time and we'd certainly book again in our next visit to Gulf Shores.

Perfect getaway weekend!
