Questa unità è dotata di una cucina aperta, ampio soggiorno, e patio che attraversa la larghezza dell'edificio. Le tre camere sono spaziose, due delle quali hanno il bagno privato. C'è molto da fare nell'area dell'Oceanside. La spiaggia è letteralmente a portata di mano. The place was really nice and clean. The air conditioner in the 2 rooms needs to be cleaned or replace but it was not extremely hot so it was good. Access to the beach with kids is in morning until afternoon when high high tide comes in.

Its all about the beach access and the view

The balcony and beach access was great. Having the doors open and just enjoying the weather and sound of the waves made this property. The actual unit could use some added upkeep and expanded amenities for the price that is being charged. There is only one TV and it is very small, the rooms did not have TVs. The carpet was dingy and had holes. Im also not sure I loved the area. Within our first 5 minutes there, someone used their finger and spit and wrote on our car window. And then someone staying in an adjoining unit told us their friend's car got broken into and to keep an eye on our car. These issues caused us to lose some sleep during our stay. The window lock in the kitchen was broken off, so we had to leave our belongings unsecured while we were out, which was also unnerving. However, the management company was helpful and easy to work with. Overall, there were pros and cons to the property, but again, the beach access/views were quite lovely and certainly our favorite part of our stay.

Disappointed, photos didn't show the true reality

Reviewer Comments: The carpet was soiled and there was a big hole, there was mold in the bathroom, bedroom cabinet was broken, power went out in part of the apartment, TV was super tiny and we couldn't see the screen from the sofa, gate was broken and so on. I felt ripped off for what I paid and tried to work with the management and they said they would call me to work out something (I was hoping to receive partial refund, get into another place, or a credit of some sort). But they never called. It is too bad because we have used them several times in the last year but now we don't trust them so we will take our business elsewhere.

A disappointment for the money

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picture very deceptive, gives the impression there is a walkable, rock free, easily accessible beach right out the door. Not. Crudely poured concrete steps from common area to beach, not easy and once at the bottom, LOTS of unstable rocks washed up by the ocean to maneuver before reaching a small beach. Ocean waves almost to the barrier rocks most of the day. Again, not something an older person wants to try to navigate thru those rocks. Lots of steps from the parking lot to the unit, approx 16, I think, then even more from unit to the common area, around 18-20, then more to the beach. If you have any kind of knee or leg problems, this is not the property for you. There was a large hole in the carpet, the toaster didn't work, no cabinet storage space, storing supplies on the very small counter area, fridge smelled of spoiled fish, no information/instruction manual in the unit nor one provided. Walkable, rock free beach quite a walk and drive. Full sized washer/dryer, dryer on top, almost unable to reach the dial, totally unable to read the dryer selection. Could not get the heat thermostat to work. Entrance code didn't work properly upon arrival, requiring a person from maintenance. Very disappointed in this trip. However, a very nice view from the deck and the young man who came twice to assist was excellent, informed and personable.

Reviewer Comments: Our original honeymoon plans were cancelled due to covid, so we decided to come to Oceanside, since we've been here before multiple times before with family. It was the perfect little mini-moon getaway after the hustle and bustle of our wedding. So relaxing and beautiful. The room was clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

Our unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for having comfortable beds - some places we have stayed miss that important detail - we slept great! There's a lot to do, but we most enjoyed chillin on the sand, going into the ocean and s'mores at the firepit at night. We will most definitely be back!

September 2020 Stay

We were here 2 years ago and liked it so much we returned. Issues we had this time was the electrical didn’t work in the loft and bathroom. The electrician had to come in late. The second is that the carpet had spots and doesn’t look like it has been cleaned since we were there last. Neither does the deck looked washed off and the outside patio cushions were very dirty. My comments last year included great appliances but crappy toaster. Same toaster this time. I believe this unit is larger than 1 or 3 but only one parking space when should be 2! Loved the view and the bedding very nice as well as the furniture. Well supplied.

Worth the View/Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You seriously cant beat the location! 4 stars mainly because of that. If not for the location I would honestly give it a 2-3 stars. The upkeep on this property was severely lacking. The bathroom door didn’t even shut because the hinges were rusted out. The bathrooms in general left much to be desired. God forbid you are a large human, you will NOT fit inside the shower. There were multiple water leak issues in the ceiling. The Molding Through out looked rotted and old. I did notice a permit for a new building posted on the outside, so I am thinking they have not kept up on the maintenance due to A rebuild coming in the near future. A few other things to take into consideration, there is absolutely no padding/noise reduction from the unit about. Every move they make you hear in your unit. The other problem is the private beach layout. This is the largest unit of the tri-plex and it is required to share a very small beach area with the unit upstairs. We are a family of 5 and the unit about us was a family of 4 and invited guests over everyday to play. You can imagine there was NOT enough room at all for all of us to enjoy the private beach area. It made it very awkward for everyone. The bottom unit is the smallest of the three units and has the majority of the private beach area designated to there personal use. Just didn’t make much sense. Hopefully they get that figured out when the rebuild the property. One more thing, the kitchen is VERY small. Trying to cook any meal required my husband and I to be very creative. Space and items Needed to accommodate a full meal. All the above did not ruin our vacation by any means, just things to take in consideration when booking this property.... over all we had a wonderful time on our family vacation.

Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay at this rental. The view and property were beautiful and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, had all the necessities for cooking and keeping clean, and incredible view across the entire living area. During low-mid tide, it has direct access to sandy beach which is only found for the few blocks in this area. South of this area is very rocky, north is a cliff. There are rocks at high tide, but we were very capable of walking down to the beach area and play on the beach. It was also nice to be able to watch the kids from the back yard area and be able to see them on the beach. This was a COVID getaway so to be able to have direct access to the beach was a must and was perfect. Neighborhood is nice for walks and running and our dog loved the park down the street.

Disappointed

The view was the only good experience about our stay. The house was not cleaned including the patio furniture. The fridge was broken, they delivered dry ice to keep it cold overnight. Next morning, I was told someone would be getting in touch with me about the fridge. Late morning Peter showed up at the door, no call or warning before we had just sat down to breakfast. After being the 2nd person to come determine the fridge wasn't working we agreed on a plan of just dry ice so we wouldn't be disturbed. He leaves and again with no warning someone shows up to work on the fridge. He takes all our food out of the freezer which was working, puts it in the sink spends 2 hours. I get a text from Peter telling me someone is coming to work on the fridge, after said person was already there! The guy says its fixed, but his boss is telling him he needs to replace the whole fridge. We put all our food back. We leave with the understanding that he is going to replace the fridge. I get a text from Peter saying the same. We get back and the fridge hasn't been replaced. I text Peter because our food is now going bad, because the fridge wasn't fixed. He responds his workers told him they were on site and we refused them entry?! I don't know who refused them entry, we were gone. The gate was still propped open, for a delivery like when we left. They delivered dry ice again. We lost food and were inconvenienced through the weekend. I have tried for 2 weeks now with Peter at every turn blowing me off, I sent a very detailed email through their main website which no one has responded to for over a week, even though they say turn around time is 24 hrs. This company had the worst customer service and they aren't interested in making things right.
