Questa casa ben completamente arredato si trova su una collina in una boscosa, 52 acri di valle che fornisce un ambiente tranquillo tranquillo per rilassarsi dopo il caos, confusione di Nashville. Il viale di ingresso è di per sé circa la metà di un miglio di lunghezza guida attraverso un baldacchino di alberi solo per aprire in una bellissima valle! Solo 3 miglia al largo della Interstate (I-40 e Charlotte Pike o Old Hickory Blvd) Sams Club, Costco, WalMart, Publix, McKay di, Nashville West Shopping Center, un cinema, così come molti ristoranti in un raggio di 3-4 miglia . A soli 15 minuti dal cuore del centro di Nashville, lo stadio di Titan, Bridgestone Arena, Riverfront Park, The Music City Center, The Ryman, The Country Music Hall of Fame, attività Country Music Festival, il famoso Loveless Cafe e tutta la famosa Honky Tonks! Questa casa dispone di due master suite, entrambe con ampi bagni, vasche da giardino, doccia separata, lavandino doppio e grande camminata in armadi. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha due letti matrimoniali, tutti i letti in gran forma e super confortevole. . Essa ha anche una lavanderia e una sala di fango con lavandino. Questa casa ha un open space da una grande cucina, zona pranzo e soggiorno con camino con grandi finestre che si affacciano verso gli alberi che circondano la casa e la coperta che si sente come se ci si trova in una casa sull'albero! We had an amazing experience.

We are very pleased with our stay. We loved the dogs that liked to play. House was spotless and very spacious. I’d definitely book this again.

This place is a very warm and comfortable house. Nicely decorated, in good condition and clean.

We would return here in a heartbeat if we had the need. In fact I have recommended it to my son for his out-of-town visitors. Dawn was extremely helpful and kind. It was a great overall experience.

Nice Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. If you want a place to get away and relax yet close enough to the activity, this is it! The owners want you to feel at home and responds quickly to ensure you have a great stay. Wish we could of enjoyed the deck but weather didn't permit that. We would definitely come back to this location. Thanks Dawn, for all you did to make our stay enjoyable!

Awesome "home" away from home!

There are not enough characters to do our stay justice! Our original plan was to stay in a hotel, but a friend mentioned looking at rental houses instead. I scrolled past this property several times looking instead for something right near the city. Eventually I opened the info for this one and decided it looked perfect. I'm so happy we made the choice!! The house was spectacular. More a home than just a house. Clean, comfortable, very inviting and close enough to everything, but also peaceful and quiet. We were greeted in the morning and evening by friendly dogs and a deer family. I loved just sitting on the deck listening to all the sounds of nature. Dawn couldn't have been a better host! Although we didn't meet, she texted several times to make sure things were good and that we had all that we needed. Even though I don't actually know her, it always felt like a text exchange with a friend. We will definitely return to the "Treehouse" if we head back to Nashville in the future and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in a home vs. a hotel. Thank you Dawn and Rod for making us feel so incredibly welcome!!!

Nice quite home in Nashville

The owners, Dawn and Rob couldn't have been nicer or made our stay any better than they did. The home is as shown in the pictures, but is off the beaten path and in the woods. However, it's not too far of a drive to just about anywhere in Nashville. I'd recommend it if you are visiting Nashville.

Nestled away in the country and only 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. A very pleasant experience.

Pleasantly surprised! This 2 bedroom home is BEAUTIFUL! Perfect for 2 couples visiting Nashville. Rooms are large and the home is fully equipped. It is truly a Home Away From Home. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting Nashville.

The house is very comfortable and roomy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc., the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are huge! Lots of closets and dressers to store things in. Dawn was terrific, sent us a video to help us find the house. A great find!

Excellent Home

We decided to go to Nashville to see all the sights of country music, but we wanted a calm and peaceful place to stay after the hustle and bustle of music city..well if you are looking for that then this is the home to stay in. It was just like being at home, comfortable, quiet, and we were one with nature. We saw wild turkeys, deer, and many birds singing to you. If you were lucky the owners dogs came to visit, they were the cutest ever. The home itself had anything you wanted to prepare your meals if you were cooking in. If you had any questions you could text Dawn and she would get right back to you. If we ever go back to Nashville (15 min away) we will definitely stay there again. It is definitely a plus in our book.

Peaceful Countryside Close to Everything

This property is just a described, a Tranquil Retreat just minutes from the heart of Nashville excitement. Sitting out on the deck sipping coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening listening the birds was heavenly. Dawn was a wonderful guide, giving us great suggestions for dining, hiking and more. Grocery stores and great dining options are all nearby. The house was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed playing cards in the living room & slept like babies at night. We highly recommend a stay here and will likely return should we vacation in the Nashville area again.

My husband, brother and sister in law stayed there May 10-13. Had a wonderful time. The house is lovely. Had everything there you could possibly need or want. Dawn is a very gracious person. Highly recommend this property.

Words can’t do this property justice - you have to experience it first hand!

I can’t say enough about this rental. The property was lovely. We so enjoyed being there that we didn’t spend much time in Nashville choosing the quiet of the beautiful home & grounds over the noise! Our hosts were so accommodating and gracious. Dawn is a gem! I highly recommend this property to anyone who appreciates nature but would like the option of going into town readily available. We were only 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, toured a plantation, had a wine tasting, & of course the famed barbecue & music of downtown Nashville. A perfect combination!

Beautiful setting, quiet, cozy, very comfortable accommodations. Peaceful, lovely.

Off the beaten track, peaceful, beautiful place about 20-30 minutes from downtown. Extremely clean, spotless actually. Perfect accommodations for our family. We enjoy the city, but prefer a more pastoral place to make our abode. The kitchen was well stocked enough for us to host Easter lunch for our family, living area large but cozy, very comfortable and conducive to good conversation and time well spent with friends and family. The beds were VERY nice, VERY comfortable— hard to leave in the morning! The bathrooms were luxurious! Both with double sinks, walk in showers, and big bathtubs that invite you for a long, relaxing soak. Anything we needed was easy to find as the home is well organized and put together with guests in mind. The owner is quick to respond to questions and eager to please. One word to future vacation renters - this house has lovely, plush, well cared for white carpet in the living areas and bedrooms, so wear shoes you can slip on and off easily in the mud room. Over all, very nice accommodations at which we hope to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

This was a nice place for us to stay while visiting Nashville. We like being in a quiet spot in the evenings after site-seeing all day. Dawn was great to work with in making sure our stay was satisfactory. The home is well equipped with whatever you might need. The beds were super comfy too. Very relaxing!

Nice place in a country setting

This place sits back off the road it's located on and that makes it feel like you're in the country. It's quiet and roomy and clean as well as nicely decorated. Furnishings are comfortable, however being in ill health the living room furniture was a tad bit difficult for me. Owner response was great. I had the need to contact Dawn 2 or 3 times, all due to personal needs and not because of the home. Each time she responded quickly, within 15 minutes. I did notice a slight water pressure issue at times but it was nothing to complain to the owner about. All in all, it was a great place and I would stay again.

Serenity and comfort in a beautiful setting.

My husband and I stayed at the house for a week in August while visiting family in the area and, at times, had small children staying with us. We can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is as lovely as described - comfortable and spacious, containing all we needed. Our favorite part was probably the serenity. How awesome to sit out on the deck and only hear the sounds of wildlife or watch the deer play in the field below. So peaceful and yet we were close to all amenities. Dawn and Rod are very gracious hosts. We feel blessed to have discovered this place and given the opportunity to spend some time there. Would highly recommend this house for a family or just a couple and we look forward to coming back the next time we're in TN.

The Ultimate in Relaxation and Tranquility

You will be greeted by fireflies each night with complete privacy and quiet, surrounded by wonderful nature. Only 15 minutes to Nashville, but you are in the country surrounded by beautiful forests and views. Just a short drive up a gravel road to get to the house. The owner, Dawn and her family are close enough to help with any need with such graciousness that you will never want to leave! We stayed there a month to welcome our newborn adopted baby boy and it was a perfect experience. The house is big with two master suites, and the entire house is very comfortable with a nice size kitchen. In addition to being close to Nashville, everything else you need is close by without going into the city. We cannot say enough good things about this property and there is no doubt we will return anytime we are in the area.

I highly recommend this vacation rental.

My husband and I stayed here with my daughter's family of four over the Thanksgiving weekend. My other daughter lives in the Nashville area, and we came down to visit her. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving feast here with no problems. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was quite convenient. Furthermore, each bathroom has a large garden tub and a stand-alone shower. The owners provide plenty of towels. The living room was spacious enough for the 6 of us to visit comfortably ( 2 people in our party were children: 4 year-old boy and a 9 year-old girl). My grandson forgot his teddy bear there, and the owner graciously contacted me when she found it and sent it back. The owners were very hospitable. The house is clean and comfortable and located in a private area very close to all amenities. The countryside is absolutely gorgeous and serene. Why would anyone book a hotel room when you can rent this entire house for the same price? I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone traveling to Nashville.

Perfect location within close distance to anything you might need. Only 15 minutes to Nashville. Excellent location and the home had everything I needed. Best vacation of my life !! Hosts were great and available for anything needed. Didn't want to ever leave !!!

WELCOME! My name is Dawn and I was born in San Antonio, Texas in 1965 and did some growing up in the hill country of Kerrville, TX. The majority of my mother's side of the family is still in Texas and New Mexico. I moved to Mt. Juliet, TN in 1972 with my mother. Home of Charlie Daniels... and why yes I did go to school with Charlie Daniels Jr. from 1st grade to graduation in 1983. Such a sweet and humble family! I played softball and did ballet and jazz. I attended Middle Tennessee State University and received my BS in Psychology with a minor in English and sociology in 1987 and my Masters in Clinical Psychology in 1989 with an emphasis on child and adolescents. I worked inpatient at Vanderbilt Child and Adolescent Psych hospital with teens with Drug and alcohol addictions as well as additional psychiatric diagnosis'. We bought an RV Dealership in 1996 and eventually I began to work there some and then full time. We owned it for 18 years. Now I work with a friend of ours that is a venture capitalist with about 30 Companies and I just help him keep organized and communications clear!! We have two adult children. Our Daughter Hannah born in 1991 has her Masters in Sports Psychology and is a Mental Conditioning Coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates Organization and our son born in 1993 is a Tight End for the Ole Miss Rebels. We are a strong Christian Family and give thanks and praise for His grace and sacrifices! The house does carry this Christian theme and hopefully during your stay you will feel God's Blessings in your life. Thank you for your interest in this little treasure. My Husband and I bought these 52 acres in 2003. We live just a little further down the driveway up the next hill. This property was the answer to our prayers. We work in Nashville and needed to be close not wanting a long commute, but we were over the neighborhoods and were seeking private sweet tranquility. To come home everyday and feel like you are on vacation is truly a gift and we are so thankful! This precious home actually belongs to my sweet mother. The plan was for her to live close by and grow old there with us near by, but in February of 2014 Alzheimer's won out and she has moved into an assisted living facility about 15 miles away. She still has her deck and trees and a stream with her new home, which was most important. She loved this home and spent so much time keeping it perfect watching all the birds, deer and turkey. Beginning in June of 2016 we saw the need to rent her home to help pay for her assisted living and medication costs. With all new furnishings we welcome you into this precious "treehouse" as she always called it. We hope it brings you as much joy as it brought her over the years!
