Questo autentico Florida casetta con vista sul fiume mozzafiato, un accogliente spazio di vita, una confortevole camera da letto, un bagno full size, tutte arredate con gusto. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutto ciò che un ospite potrebbe avere bisogno, c'è anche una zona barbecue. I ponti si trovano ad affrontare il fiume con una bella vista e non vi è una canoa, molo e barca slittamento. Questa zona appartata del fiume vanta alcune delle migliori attività di pesca locale ed è perfetta per la canoa e il kayak, pur essendo a pochi minuti dal centro di Sebastian. (Questo cottage è un duplex con un'unità adiacente in cui un inquilino a lungo termine in residenza).

Great cottage and location

The cabin was clean and comfortable, perfect location with so much to do. The dock on the river was a great place to fish and drink a beer. Everybody we met on the property were friendly and welcoming. Beautiful area to visit.

Fisherman’s paradise

Excellent location for fishermen with boats or kayaks. Dock was awesome. Would definitely stay here again but for longer than a weekend

Cozy Cottage on Peaceful Grounds

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Everything we needed was included. The grounds are peaceful and great for walking our dog.It was awesome to see dolphins in the river and watch gorgeous sunsets from the dock.We look forward to returning.

Indian River lagoon Hideaway!

What an awesome waterfront cottage to enjoy the Sebastian, Florida waterway. From the sofa you can enjoy the waterfront view. Private location and so close to everything you want, great seafood restaurants, grocery stores, boat ramps, and fishing guides. Beautiful area to visit. Cottage has everything you need. Can't wait to return for another stay!

Great experience

Property was very clean & quite. Awesome fishing from the dock!! Nice place to relax and rest on the dock while watching the dolphin & manatee. Very convenient to stores and restaurants but still secluded.

Quiet and relaxing

The pictures accurately describe the appearance. The awning was there for our trip and worked well. The dock on the river was a nice place to have a beer before dinner. The people we met on this property were friendly and welcoming. We had a relaxing few days there.

Total Relaxation

What a nice piece of property. Very quiet and relaxing. Did some fishing off the dock with success. Nice dock for our boat and convenient to river. Had some great eats at local restaurants. Best of all we got to bring our dog. We have a great visit and will be returning.

Summer vacation for our family

Property was very clean upon our arrival. Location was great for dining and fishing. The cottage is not stand alone, it's actually a duplex. The air conditioning could not keep up with the heat, we purchased two fans to make it comfortable.

The cottage is listed as a duplex, I regret that this detail was overlooked, we will adjust the listing to make sure it is more prominent. Additionally, the air conditioning is a new unit. It has been unseasonably warm. It is a small cottage, with two medium sized dogs, two adults, and a child staying in the cottage, we may have needed to provide additional relief during your stay. Had we been made aware you were uncomfortable we would have done whatever was needed. We truly make every effort to insure our guest’s comfort. Thank you again for visiting.

A Little Peace of Paradise!

Great waterfront location with lots of amenities. Amazing amount of marine life off the pier! Convenient to stores and restaurants. We were permitted to keep a boat at the dock with no extra fees. The owner was extremely gracious and communication from the rental manager was very efficient as well. We will return!

Peace in Sabastian

The cottage was exactly as represented. Simple, peaceful, waterfront, and awesome boat dock. We met the owner who was very welcoming and generous to share his beautiful property with others. We loved having our boat docked on site and enjoyed the convenience and easy access to the inlet. We especially appreciated the green lights on the dock which made night returns perfect. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage and hope to return again soon. Thank you, Christopher and Michele

I love the old Florida feel of this property, so quiet and peaceful, the fishing is great too! I want to preserve these areas as they are some of the last Florida has to offer. You will not find a more perfect representation of what Florida means to so many of its natives.

This property is unique because it is very secluded, you wouldn't know that you are minutes away from everything Sebastian has to offer.
