Questo condominio ha una splendida vista sulle montagne dal balcone ed è inferiore a 2 minuti a piedi dalla Gondola (sciovia) o River Run Village (negozi, ristoranti, bar, caffetterie, noleggio sci, vita notturna, ecc) .. Questo condominio può ospitare comodamente 6 persone con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto, comodo divano letto estraibile con materasso terapeutico e un letto Murphy queen size. Recentemente rinnovato con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, granito, divani in pelle / sedie grande camino e arredi. È difficile battere la posizione e la qualità di questo condominio. Uno dei condomini più belli in Keystone con una breve passeggiata per tutti i servizi sci e River Run Village. Vicino a tutta l'azione, ma sulla tranquilla vista sulle montagne del condominio per il pieno relax. Meraviglioso balcone per rilassarsi e godersi la vostra bevanda preferita. C'è una grande sala giochi nella hall con un tavolo da biliardo, giochi da tavolo e comodi posti a sedere di fronte al grande camino a gas. È inoltre possibile godere della piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno, e le 2 vasche idromassaggio che si affacciano sulle piste da sci. C'è anche una palestra, bagno turco e armadietti per gli sci al primo piano, pozzo barbecue a gas da utilizzare a bordo piscina. Lavanderia a gettoni su ogni piano. Meglio di tutto, questo complesso dispone di parcheggio sotterraneo custodito GRATUITO.

Il villaggio di River Run è ricco di negozi e ristoranti: è un villaggio tutto suo e ha una vita notturna, negozi e ristoranti a pochi passi dal complesso. È proprio di fronte al parcheggio, quindi mentre vi godete la comodità di tutti i servizi a breve distanza a piedi, siete ancora in una zona tranquilla del villaggio. Ricorda anche che Keystone è l'unica stazione sciistica della Contea di Summit che offre lo sci notturno!

Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is close to the ski run, within walking distance to the Gondola and easy to get to. Communication with owner and property management were excellent. We enjoyed our ski vacation over the New Year and got to see the fireworks at the river run! Would stay here again!

Wonderful Winter Stay!

Place really is a 2 minute walk from the gondola and Keystone village. The pics tell the story - great place, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone.

Great holiday in Keystone!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and it was quiet even during the peak holiday time. The condo was well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, and consumables for our 8 night stay. The location is great - just a short walk to the gondola and village. I would definitely stay here again.

On the first night of a week-long family ski vacation, I was injured by the Murphy bed in this unit. While pulling the bed down from its stowed position for the first time, the metal foot bar swung down uncontrolled and struck my big toe, resulting in a likely fracture diagnosed at urgent care the following morning. The discharge report included a 30-day restriction from skiing.Upon inspection, the foot bar has no latch, spring, or any retention mechanism to prevent it from swinging freely. The foot bar is also not visible to the user until the bed already has significant downward momentum. While the Murphy bed is shown in the listing, there were no operating instructions posted on or near the bed, nor in any check-in materials, advising guests of the correct sequence for safely lowering it.I reported the incident to both the property manager (PMI) and the owner. The property manager sent a video claiming the bed was functioning properly, but their video showed the bed demonstrated with the foot bar already in the down position, which is not how a guest would encounter it on first use. The property manager also attempted to deflect responsibility to Vrbo rather than address the matter directly.The Murphy bed in this unit (a SICO Eurobed) presents a safety hazard to any guest using it for the first time without prior knowledge of its operation. Future guests should exercise extreme caution.

We take guest safety very seriously and want to provide accurate context regarding this review. Following the reported incident, our property management team conducted a prompt, in-person inspection of the Murphy bed. The bed was tested and confirmed to be functioning properly and as designed, with no defects or safety issues identified. No repairs or adjustments were required. Importantly, neither the guest immediately prior to this stay nor the guest immediately following it reported any issues with the bed, and we have not received any similar complaints. This further supports our finding that the bed is operating as intended. While we respect that the guest reported an injury, their description of the condition of the bed does not align with the findings of our inspection or with the experience of other guests. The assertions made regarding a “defective” or hazardous condition are not supported. As with any Murphy bed or similar furniture, guests are expected to use reasonable care during operation. Proper handling and awareness are important for safe use. We stand by the condition and safety of our property and remain committed to providing a safe, reliable, and comfortable experience for all guests.

We love visiting Colorado and have family that's from here. We took the kids skiing for spring break & enjoyed it so much we bought a condo in Keystone. We have skied at several locations in Colorado & found that Keystone felt more like home to us. We decided to rent out our condo on a very limited basis so that others could enjoy this fantastic location with a great relaxing place to stay. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family has. We have had a great mix of families & couples that have stayed in our condo. It suits everyone and we are glad to hear that.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our condo has been totally updated with high end finishes. From stainless steel appliances, granite countertops to total remodel of the bathrooms(2 FULL BATHROOMS). Its a fantastic location for summer & winter activities. Great views from the balcony. It's under a 2 min walk to the gondola & River Run village. Tons of things to do in the Summer or Winter. That's what drew our family to Keystone. Great place for family or couples/friends to get a way without having all the crowds & lines of larger ski resorts. Brand New ski lift chairs for 2018 ski season.. Keystone definitely doesn't sacrifice scenery or amenities. Its hard to beat this location and quality of our condo. Lots of onsite amenities for everyone to enjoy.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

No one gets the short straw with the beds in this condo. Even the pull out couch has a therapeutic mattress. We keep several plush blankets under the master bed in bins to ensure everyone has a great nights sleep. Its hard to beat this location & condo for a relaxing stay. You are in the heart of everything but the peacefulness you came to enjoy. You can walk everywhere & with heated underground parking if you do need to go out you won't have to shovel snow to do so. Top notch condo.
