Entra nella concetto aperto primo piano, dove si trova una generosa cucina moderna w / sedersi bar che confina con la zona giorno e la grande ponte in più di acqua-view. Sempre al primo piano è una stanza / computer separato supporto che può essere isolata per mantenere il livello del suono verso il basso. C'è un 1/2 bagno / polvere a questo livello pure.

Il secondo piano dispone di 3 camere da letto, uno di dimensioni matrimoniale con bagno privato en-suite con entrambi Cleopatra vasca e doccia separata Multi testa. Esso comprende un letto matrimoniale con armadio abbondante. Altre due camere da letto con un bagno completo in comune, una camera da letto ha sistemazioni matrimoniale, l'altra due letti singoli. Fuori dal corridoio camera da letto c'è un grande lavatrice e asciugatrice stanza in più. Nella parte posteriore della casa, i due letti Queen condividono un mazzo caffè del mattino.

La parte posteriore Sheepscot fiume della casa è per lo più finestre.  Il primo livello piano dispone di un winndow con una zona salotto a forma di U per un'area lettura e cocktail intimo. C'è spazio per due auto nel parcheggio fuori strada e la casa è a soli 150 iarde dal centro del paese e tutte le sue attrazioni.

Audrey is an excellent host! She proactively communicated about check in and even stocked the fridge with a few basics to get us going with our vacation groceries. The home is conveniently located for exploring Maine’s mid coast region (including Booth Bay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bath, Brunswick etc) and we loved being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and historical spots in Wiscasset and Davis Island.

Wonderful stay! Six adults with a toddler and infant. Loved the open 1st floor, with exposure to the big outdoor deck and the lawn and river through the trees below. Very quiet, while being two blocks from the main street through town.

Perfect stay in Midcoast Maine

This house is in the perfect location in the village of Wiscasset, walkable to amazing spots to eat and drink. The house is very comfortable for everyone and has spectacular views of the Sheepscot River. It's a gem and is our favorite house in Maine!

We loved this excellent location

We are three adults. Great location to Red’s Eats and for dinner just a few steps to the Water Street Kitchen and Bar. Our host Audrey was attentive to all our needs including some provided supplies for breakfast. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful Maine Property

This house has everything - great location, nice amenities, beautiful views. It's easy to walk to cute stores and restaurants. The location is also central to many great locations in mid-coast Maine. The house is extremely comfortable with modern amenities in a historic village.

Central location with great views

This was a lovely house, convenient for walking to restaurants and stores in town. We enjoyed the views of the river and bridge from the deck and wide open living space on the first floor. Good location for exploring Mid-coast Maine. Audrey was helpful, quickly answering any questions we had regarding the house.

Fantastic Stay

We have family in the area. The house was perfect, it was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The main living area is an open concept that opens up to the outside deck. We had a couple of family members over for lunch on Sunday and it was perfect for entertaining. The views are beautiful and the village has historical charm. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would book again!

Perfect!

With water views and comfortable amenities, this is the perfect place to stay in Wiscasset. The home is bright, clean, and comfortable. Six of us (two couples, a single and a baby) stayed and had plenty of room to spread out. Alison left us some necessities and respected our privacy throughout our stay. The pictures don't lie. We highly recommend this property, when it's available.

Excellent Place

I am admittedly biased since I love TREATS, which is one of the reasons I picked this house since it’s such a close walk. This rental exceeded all of our expectations! The deck is an incredible place to relax and lounge. We loved opening the crank windows (screened) and letting the nice breeze come through the main floor. The house had plenty of space for our family of 4, we didn’t even use one or the bedrooms since our kids stayed in the room with 2 twin beds. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Audrey is a great host, always responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Railing Desperately Needed

Great house. It was clean and our host kindly provided wine and all the goodies for breakfast; which were much appreciated by all. The only issue was the complete lack of a railing to manage the stairs. My husband and I are in our 70’s and it was quite tricky using the stairs and we felt very unsafe. Our daughter and son-in-law had to take our luggage up and down for us. I noticed a previous guest had also made mention of their own concerns with the lack of any railing in the guestbook, so it wasn’t just us.

Lovely location but owner not upfront about the construction next door

We knew the location was excellent and that the home was recently built. Those things were true. The host left generous supplies for our arrival. The home is 20 ft from an active construction site and during the week we were waking up consistently at 6:30 am to contractor and construction noise. This was not disclosed in the listing and when we brought it up to the owner she asked us to call the town? Apparently 7 am residential construction noise is permitted, but who wants to live next to this on vacation? We would have liked to have known. We felt we paid a super premium rate to live next to early morning and all day noise. No reduction was offered to us. In addition, the home was not super clean. I know it is really hard to get good cleaning help and sometimes the owners are unaware. Owner could make a big improvement by upgrading the quality of the mattresses and pillows. They were super uncomfortable and this can make all the difference in the quality of your stay, especially at the prices we were charged. Could be a great place with some changes and with more transparency

Nina, Thank you very much for your input and review. We welcome all input from our clients. Yes, there was construction that did occur and unfortunately, it was unpredictable. I certainly cannot argue that! We generously refunded you for two nights after you requested to leave early. We did this as a courtesy to you as you didn’t need the place as long as you had first thought. This is not common practice for seasonal bookings as you know, regardless, it was our pleasure to accommodate your specific request given the circumstances you listed. I’m sad that house was not clean for you, your review and comments to me personally in regards to the home directly contradicts your lovely texts to me as to the condition of the home upon your arrival. It was wonderful to have you, you took great care of the home and the condition when you left was superb! We appreciate you staying and hope that in the future you will consider us again. Our stay was wonderful, quiet, clean, and homey. This home was in a great location with many fun places to go that were easily walkable. The hosts were very welcoming and left the home with essentials which made settling in easier. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Location, Simply Delightful

Audrey was an impeccable host; the house was curated with style, amenities were top notch. Everything we needed and more was provided; all the little touches that made us feel welcome. Perfect home base to explore Wiscasset, just a very short walk to downtown and a walk across the back lawn to the best restaurant in town, plus it made for short drives to all the pleasant coastal areas nearby. Morning coffee on the decks and the window seat when it was chilly, while admiring the view made us feel like Maine royalty. For us, it was just perfect!

Introducing Maine to our friends. My husband and I travel to Maine on a regular basis and we had a couple join us who have never been. This house was perfectly located for us to go to many places easily. The house was clean and well designed. The owner even left us goodies for breakfast which was way beyond the call of duty.

This property is the guest accommodations for an internationally known author/writer and is available when the owner is out of the Country. This property is extremely restful and yet within minutes of the best the Coast of Maine has to offer.

This is one of the owners 7 international properties and he has often stated that this guest facility, which is across the street from his main house, would be the last property he would ever give up. To him this location and Maine are the best place to live in the entire world of which he has traveled extensively.

Within walking distance (few hundred feet) to all shops, Wiscasset Village dock, yacht club and restaurants.
The village hosts many historic buildings. It’s a lovely walk throughout the little village.
