Questa unità vanta una zona pranzo e un soggiorno aperti. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare il pescato del giorno. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto due letti matrimoniali, entrambe le camere hanno il proprio bagno. Questa unità si trova tra la spiaggia e la piscina. Ci sono griglie per barbecue a carbone e una piscina per comunità. Questa unità non accetta animali domestici ed è consentito fumare solo all'esterno. C'è una breve passerella sulla spiaggia attraverso il centro del complesso. Overall a very nice place. Very clean. It was a bit older than I anticipated, but the property is well kept. My family of 5 had plenty of space. Location is excellent.

Great stay

Very nice condo, quiet at night, easy beach access, ocean view from condo, quick responses from condo management when asked questions during stay. Easy in/out process.

Great condo

The property was centrally located to the boardwalk to the beach and to the pool and game room. It was nice to have a view of the ocean! We really enjoyed our stay and loved how everything conveniently located which made going back and forth from the condo to the beach easy!

Great for a Quick Stay

My family and I stayed in this condo for an entire week. The condo had a beautiful view. My husband and I made good use of the deck looking out at this view drinking our morning coffee and pre-bed cocktails. The boardwalk was a bit of a walk so bring a wagon to lug all your beach toys down to the water. The pool was a great way to end our beach days. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may possibly need. It was a great week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the condo and would recommend staying here.The boardwalk on line looks like a longer walk than what it is.very short distance to the beach and the pool is also right to the side of condo.There is two flights of stairs to get to the condo so could be an issue for someone with knee or mobility problems. The view of the ocean was worth it to us.The location is just a few miles from the restaurants/bars.Thats always a plus for us. We had a car rental and did rent a golfcart for a few days.We liked being able to drive on the beach. It was also the least amount of clean up for VRBO that we ever had to do.We really liked the beach and would definitely visit and stay here again!

Wonderful Spring Break Stay

My two teenage girls had a great time at the beach and in the heated pool. Also, the property had a game room and my girls enjoyed playing the games available. The unit was clean and is close to everything you need. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again when visit again.

Good Location in Port Aransas

The property was within walking distance to the beach on a boardwalk. Easy access. The condo was clean but there was a sign posted on the balcony door that the balcony was off limits due to construction. The spare bathtub was old and the drainage in the master shower was very slow. A few units were being upgraded in the complex - this one could be next on the list …

The condo is a little moldy, but that's to be expected at a beach location. The only problem I had was the TV. The volume didn't work and it wouldn't turn off. Easy work around, but kinda annoying.

Last time we use this place

Dirty dishes, mold in restroom, stained bed sheets and pillows, dirty toilet…… just a few to name. This place was NOT clean and when I asked for a change of sheets, it took them an overnight to get it to us. The bedsheets and pillows had several yellow stains. So gross!

Review of Coastal Nest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an excellent experience. Property description was accurate. Property was clean but could have been better. The 2 couches in the living room are broken and are horrible and really need to be replaces. The TV in both bedrooms are not hooked up. GREAT customer service by property manager and the owner. Owner brought over new kitchen equipment upon our request. I would definitely recommend this property to others. This was our 5th year to stay 1 to 3 winter months in Port Aransas and we love it.
