Accogliente Cottage nel cuore del centro di Manteo con vasca idromassaggio e di fronte al lungomare.
Perfetto per matrimoni, animali domestici! Vicino a negozi e ristoranti.
Di fronte Manteo Water Front a Roanoke Island. Accesso della rampa della barca dall'altra parte della strada. Breve guida in spiaggia o passeggiata lungo la strada per le attività sul lato del suono. A pochi passi da ristoranti, cinema, lungomare e faro. Front Room, Sala da pranzo formale, grande cucina abitabile con isola centrale, elettrodomestici aggiornati, sala TV con TV ROKU, ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice, sistema di acqua calda continuo, ponte posteriore, gazebo con grande vasca idromassaggio privata, fronte portico con altalena e sedie a dondolo.

Questa è una grande casa per feste di matrimonio in quanto siamo vicini a luoghi di ritrovo popolari.

Ci sono anche noleggio bici e paddle board dall'altra parte della strada. Molte attività che sono facilmente accessibili e raggiungibili a piedi.

Circa 3 miglia da Lost Colony e North Carolina Aquarium.

Great family vacation in Manteo!

We had a great stay at this vacation home. It was walking distance to all the shops in town. Our family and kids enjoyed everything about it, including the hot tub. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location! Love the hot tub!

House was very clean and like being at home. Everything was fabulous and we loved the hot tub. When we come back to the area, we will stay here again!

Great location

This house fit us great. Sue the owner was great always there if you needed her. The little downtown of Manteo was right there for food and shopping and the beach was a short drive away. We had a great time at Woodys! I would recommend this place

Great location!

Just steps away from downtown Manteo this property was perfect! Close walk to some great restaurants (Ortega’z was our favorite), shopping and the Roanoke Island Festival Park. Highly recommend!

Crazy fun eclectic decor. Very clean. Lots of beds/baths and well supplied. Location walkable to cute little town with bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and some shopping. Would do it again.

Guests were very polite and followed all rules, etc. Left property in excellent shape. We would rent to them again.

Nice place really close to downtown Manteo.

Owners were super nice and accommodating. Great back deck with large grill and a black stone. Comfortable place.

A happy time!

We loved our stay at Woody’s. It is a lovely home that accommodated us comfortably. We especially enjoyed the front porch, eating on the back deck, the downtown location and the fenced in yard for our doggies.

Great Location!

Well maintained (and loved) property within a stones throw of the waterfront, restaurants, shopping, and the festival park. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining; large kitchen and covered deck with grill/griddle to cook your daily catch!

Downtown Manteo

My family and I had a family wedding to attend at 108 Budleigh and this location was perfect! Sue was very attentive and made us feel right at home. Her house definitely feels like a family home it’s very warm and inviting and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything Sue!!

Manteo house

Excellent location and house was set up great for our family of 6. High tech kitchen faucet and stove were a bit of a puzzlement. Everything was good for our stay and we would recommend this location for other families.

Wonderful Home!

We enjoyed our stay at Woody’s Cottage! 20 minutes to Coquina Beach, a very short walk to downtown Manteo, and a short drive to Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head. The home has a lot of space for a large family and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal. The fenced-in front and backyard were perfect for our dog.

Fantastic family home in Manteo

My family (7 of us, ages 11-80) stayed 4 nights. The location can't be beat, we walked every morning to a coffee shop one block over and walked to shopping, ice cream and Festival Park. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the owners were kind and responsive when we had a minor laundry emergency. The feel of the place is absolutely like you are staying in well loved, well kept family vacation home and it was perfect for us. Would totally stay here again.

Carl grew up in Independence Missouri while Sue Ann grew up in Manteo at 506 Croatan Ave, the home her grandfather built. Carl retired 32 years ago from the Army after 20 years service and retired from the Coast Guard after 31 years while Sue retired after 32 years civil service with the Coast Guard. We have been married 50+ wonderful years and have three children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Additionally our two Yorkies (Splinter and Daisy) keep us company and travel everywhere with us while our four yellow-crown amazon parrots 40+ years) travel with us also. Every 4th of July our family celebrates the 4th in Manteo and pose for the annual steep picture!
