Lakefront "Getaway on Malibu" è un angolo di paradiso in terra! Goditi le splendide viste sul tramonto del Lago Normanno mentre sei sul nuovo molo, facendo s'mores nella buca per il fuoco o cenando nella cucina rinnovata.

La cucina e la grande sala presentano un concetto aperto, adatto per intrattenere amici e riunioni di famiglia, con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che si affacciano sul lago. Il wet bar è il luogo ideale per mescolare i drink delle vacanze estive.

La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha vista sul lago, letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno e ripostiglio. La seconda e la terza camera hanno letti queen size, la quarta camera ha due gemelli.

Ci sono arredi e pavimenti aggiornati in tutto, viste sull'acqua dalla veranda protetta e coperta e una doccia esterna per un totale relax. La cosa migliore è che è un ranch, quindi niente scale!

La fuga a Malibu è in una baia, perfetta per nuotare, andare in kayak o galleggiare su una zattera. Abbiamo una rampa per le imbarcazioni per facilitare il varo delle tue imbarcazioni. Siamo all'uscita 33 di 77 (1 miglio dal paradiso) .Prenota il tuo jet ski o il noleggio della barca dal vicino porto turistico. Wow… this place is perfection. House was immaculate. Great spaces to hang out both inside and outside. Waking up and looking at the Lake Norman from your bed is priceless. Christine thought of everything… bottle of wine to share with my daughter and her friends, life vests in multiple sizes to use the kayaks and SUP boards, various floats for lazing around in the water, amenity packs in the bathrooms, etc. I will definitely return to this property!

We’ve stayed at this property for the last four years. The home is wonderful, the location excellent, and the host extremely easy to work with. The house layout has three separate corridors each with its own full bath. One corridor has a second bedroom with twin beds. Perfect for multiple families.

I highly recommend this charming lakeside bungalow. Christine had everything we needed for our stay. The location is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. It's on a quiet, tree-lined street, very walkable. We had an incredible vacation!

Excellent views of the lake. At night all the lights on the lake houses are stunning. Lots to do right on the property, especially if the weather is warm. My family really enjoyed the screened in porch. Christine is wonderful to work with, too. We will be back!

Cozy and delightful home on a cove of Lake Norman. The house is spotless and offers a nice outdoor space including the screened porch, which was nice in the evenings. We enjoyed paddle boarding at sunset and sitting on the dock. The owner is attentive and available to answer questions. All in all, it was a perfect house for our extended family stay for Davidson graduation. Thank you to Christine for sharing her lovely home.

Very nice property. We were back for a family reunion and the location was great.

Nice Clean open concept. The grand kids had a great time and plenty of beds for all 7 of us. The 3.5 bathrooms was really nice. The dock was great to sit on in the AM and have a cup of coffee.

Fun family get-away

Our extended family enjoyed the quiet cove with nice dock. The floats provided were used and enjoyed by adults and kids alike. We also enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit. The house was clean and attractive; owner easy to communicate with and responsive to questions.

If you like sunsets.....

The house was really wonderful. From the dock, you have a great view of the western sky. Luckily we had some spectacular sunsets during our week stay. Good floaties and kayaks. Hoping to return next year!

Anne, Sunsets are the best,I am glad the skies put on a beautiful nightly show for you.I hope you enjoyed some s'mores at the firepit while the sun was sinking into the horizon.
