Outdoor pool area was great! Indoors could use some paint touch ups, carpet cleaning and updating. For example, the 80's microwave could be replaced and the refrigerator ice-maker was not working. Overall, it was an excellent stay but a few changes and repairs would have been nice for an even better experience.

Vickie, very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay ant The Lorenzo and thank you for your feedback. Yes, we’ve just come off an extremely busy high season and the home is due for some TLC. I’m perplexed by your comment about the microwave. We have a large, modern microwave/convection oven right out on the kitchen counter (you can see it in our kitchen photo on our listing (yes we do keep a smaller older model tucked away in a cabinet). The microwave that we have out is a 2023 model. And yes, the ice maker wasn’t working which is why I brought over a large bag of ice and offered to bring over any more you needed. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thanks again for your stay and enjoy your summer!

Travis was great to communicate with and answered any questions almost immediately. The mountain views from the living room are unparalleled.The house is accurately depicted in all the pics. Loved our stay.

Relaxing desert family getaway

Travis’ home is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the Palm Springs area. The location is great with proximity to both downtown restaurants/shopping and nature. The home is beautiful, so comfortable, and spacious with amazing spaces to gather. Travis and Frankie are wonderful hosts and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We’re so glad we stayed here!

Spectacular desert oasis!

We fell in love with Palm Springs and this house. If you want all the luxury and aesthetics of a beautiful boutique hotel and the privacy of a house, this is it. Pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, all with a stunning view of the mountains. The house was beautifully decorated inside as well. Travis keeps everything very neat an organized. We will be back!

Amazing House and Stay

We loved this house! Everything looked exactly the same as pictures. The pool is great with the hot tub. It would be perfect if there are 6 chairs to lay down (there are 4 currently). The in house sound system is super cool but we only managed to us it on the last day. You are also only 20mins away from the airport and about 5 mins away from all the food and restaurants in downtown. Communication was fast and easy, host came to meet us when we checked in. Overall we had an awesome stay. Thanks for hosting us, Travis!

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

I booked three nights to meet up with friends to celebrate a birthday. The house was even better than the pictures, and we had a great weekend lounging by the pool, using the spa and everyone had their own space. The AC was great on what was an extremely hot weekend for late September. The house is so organized, and has all the amenities you might need plus everything is labeled or instructions are provided so it's easy to figure things out and find things. Huge thank you to Frankie who checked us in for all the amazing recommendations. The neighborhood around the house is great and there are some good restaurants and food options within walking distance and downtown is a short drive away. Would definitely book this spot again.

A+ experience and a perfect home base in beautiful Palm Springs

My family and I just returned from a fantastic stay in this home in Oct. 2017. The pool, hot tub, and grounds are a great place to relax throughout the day, and the home is super comfortable, well-appointed, updated, and spotless. Awesome views of the mountains from the yard and nearly every room in the house. Everything you could ask for is supplied (kitchen items, spices, towels, linens, etc. - even bottled water in the outdoor kitchen and a free bottle of wine to boot). The beds are comfortable. It's an easy mile walk to shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon Dr. but is in a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic or noise. Neighboring homes are close but I don't think we actually saw any of the neighbors while there and the grounds are gated and felt private. Finally, Travis was great -- he met us at arrival, gave us all the info we needed to make ourselves at home, and then let us be for the rest of our stay with a text message at the end to make sure we had what we needed to check out. Great communication from booking to check-out. All in all an A+ experience and a perfect home base in beautiful Palm Springs. Thanks Travis!

This was our second time staying at Travis’ place, and I still can’t recommend it more highly. He was a fantastic host and the place was clean and beautiful. Make sure to stay here on your next visit!

Bliss!

This property is fantastic. We've stayed at many properties in Palm Springs over the years, and this is our favorite. It is quiet, well appointed, and the views are splendid! Travis was very sweet and welcoming.

Gorgeous Property and Best of the Best!

Travis' property is just fantastic - the beautiful pictures don't even do it justice. The house is situated perfectly with a view of the pool and the mountains in the distance. The pool and surrounding outdoor area faces south and west to maximize the time in the sun, which allows it to be the perfect place to be outside during the winter months. The outdoor area is decorated incredibly well and all of the amenities (grill and outdoor kitchen/bar, fire table, spa, and pool) provide you everything you need to have a delightful stay. There is even a smaller outdoor area behind the house that gets a little more shade with a hammock for an afternoon nap, and a picnic table for a meal outside. When we arrived, Travis had set a rolled pool towel out on each of the outdoor chairs - a nice touch to make you feel like you're arriving at a resort. Travis has thought through everything inside the house as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking, and even has outdoor cups for having a drink out by the pool. He even provides you with a complimentary bottle of wine as well as an "honor bar" with a few extra bottles that you can buy if you don't want to run out to grab another. Each bathroom is stocked with boutique-style soaps and such, towels and paper products folded resort style, giving it the extra touch of a 5-star stay. Other vacation rentals could take note, as these little touches make a big difference! The indoor sound system is also pretty cool (allowing you to set a musical mood in the whole house), and the TVs in each of the bedrooms (as well as the living room) were nice for evenings. The indoor fireplace also provides a beautiful ambiance. The location is also great - central to the airport, restaurants, downtown, and groceries. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful - we never heard any noise from the surrounding houses. It's also a gorgeous place to take an evening walk. I honestly can't say enough about how lovely this property is. I've stayed at several rentals in Palm Springs, and Travis' place is the best of the best. We can't wait to return very soon! Really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Travis was an excellent host, met us at the property and was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was very well-equipped with cooking equipment (indoor and outdoor), towels, pool gear, lots of comfortable places to sit outside. Lovely garden. Everything was clean and in good condition. The local area is quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted. Restaurants, good coffee, grocery etc are a short drive away.

Simply Beautiful. Gorgeous Views!

This is our second visit, so peaceful. Very well stocked home, everything you might need is there... just add food and drinks. The host is very accommodating and available. Private and serene with beautiful mountain views. We spent most of the time in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Temperature was perfect. Thank you Travis!

Beautiful Palm Springs spot!

Well kept and well managed rental property with all the things you need. The pool is great, and really well equipped, and a real resort vibe. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the location is convenient for touristy and shopping activities. Nice quiet neighborhood and lots of privacy too.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is perfectly appointed and the location is great for all amenities. Very relaxing time in the pool and spa and the outdoor kitchen is a treat. The owner is attentive and available when needed.

You can't go wrong here. Beautiful house in perfect condition. Great pool and hot tub. Amazing views. Close to everything but quiet. Travis is very helpful, accommodating and on top of everything. Couldn't be more pleased. Everything smooth and flawless. Hope to stay again soon.

Awsome getaway

We took the family here for a quick weekend getaway to kick-off summer. The owner Travis greeted us right away and was wonderful. The house had everything you would need. The pool and spa were lovely; especially with the dessert heat! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for our relaxing weekend in the desert. The outdoor pool area was amazing with awesome views of the mountains. Travis was an excellent host. The house was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could need. We wanted for nothing. We checked in, went grocery shopping and then never left the house. We'll definitely be back!

This is the quintessential Mid Century modern rental in Palm Springs!

I have been staying in Mid Century modern homes in Palm Springs for the past 8 years and this home is without a doubt, the best we have stayed in. Travis is super friendly and extremely easy to book with. The home is in fantastic condition with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor grilling area and exceptional views of the mountains that simply take your breath away. The home is also situated in such a perfect spot, just down the street from the Ace Hotel, a great market and best of all, little to no wind when other parts of Palm Springs are getting hit-we loved it and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Weekend

Travis's home was exceptional. It was clean, everything worked, it's updated. Checks all the boxes. It's such a tranquil setting with the mountain views. It was so hard to leave! I'll most certainly be back for my next trip to the desert.
