The waterfront location was ideal, and the amenities were great! Our family really enjoyed staying here, and we would definitely return.

perfect lake front spot, the cottage was amazing, had everything you could possibly need and then some, the host was great, always there to answer all my questions , as i had a few :) you can't go wrong staying at the cottage, thanks Leslie it was great.

We absolutely LOVED this property !!! We came up to stay for a long weekend with our family before the start of the school year and it was perfect. The location, right next to Ernie’s was awesome- and the proximity to other fun spots on the lake was great. We brought a boat and there are docks to tie up right here. The cabin itself was so wonderful, really clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with absolutely everything you could need which made it feel like home (cooking spray, spices, pots and pans, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, etc)Communication with Leslie the host was amazing. She was always extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. We were greeted with s’mores supplies and a hand written note from the property manager with a direct number should we need anything. From top to bottom this was a 10/10 - would highly recommend staying here…I know we will be back!

Great stay!

This is a great house, with all the amenities. It is in a great location with easy access to Ernie's next door for drinks, lunch, and dinner. The fire pit is awesome in the evenings, and it was so convenient to have the option of the boat. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Amazing House and Location

The house and property were amazing. Walking distance to Ernie's on Gull to grab food and a dock to keep your boat in. this allowed us to Golf, Fish and Eat the weekend and enjoy time together!

This was our 3rd year and it never disappoints! Leslie is incredibly accommodating and extremely gracious. We are always looking forward to our next stay!

Great cottage

We had a great time at the cottage. Leslie was great to work with and was very prompt with replies. The cottage was cute, clean and well decorated. The pontoon was great. We spent both days on the water. We will definitely be back!

Favorite family vacation

Leslie is my favorite - she provides a top notch vacation home. We had another wonderful time on Gull Lake. The location can’t be beat and the house has everything you need. It’s clean and beautiful. The full length patio doors offer a beautiful view of the lake. I would not hesitate to recommend and will be reserving again.

The location is one of the best on Gull Lake with amazing lake views on a level lot, just steps to the beautiful clear water. The cabin is smartly designed, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Leslie was always quick to respond to questions or requests and the little extra details were appreciated. We also really enjoyed being close to Ernie’s which is one of our favorite places to eat, be outside and enjoy musical entertainment. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. The house is one of the most well appointed properties we’ve ever stayed at. We’ve rented several VRBOs around town and this is one we’d for sure stay at again. We had a lovely fire by the lake and enjoyed the call of the loons. The view of the fall colors were incredible. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Our contact person was super nice and helpful.

Great location on Gull Lake

We had a wonderful Time! The cabin had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had K Cups for the keurig! We had a great time playing cornhole, paddle boarding, kayaking and Ernie’s was right next door to grab a meal or a drink. Having the option to rent the pontoon was so very convenient. Leslie was a wonderful communicator. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation for 6

Leslie is the absolute best. She has thought of everything to make a vacation perfect. This was the 1st family vacation in 5 years and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is beautiful and Leslie had a thoughtful welcome on the counter for us. The home is very clean and the amenities are top notch! When it was time to check out my husband said “we’re not leaving”

Las Vegas Family

Absolutely perfect for us. We plan to stay again. The property was cute, clean, and the lake quality was great. We loved the proximity to Ernie’s. The pontoon availability at the dock was so convenient. House was stocked with everything we needed. Grill was really dirty from previous renters but a little elbow grease and we had that cleaned right up. Thanks Lesley! See you next year. Dawn

Fantastic stay! Stay here, you won't regret it.

This lovely home was exactly as advertised, and even better. It worked perfectly for our family with two younger children. It's new, it's clean, it's modern, it's right on the water, it's a gorgeous space, there is no reason to not stay here. It was so close to Baxter/Brainerd, it's not even a conisderation otherwise. The bunkbed room worked perfectly to have two young kids excited to share a room "in a new place." The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Being so close to the water is amazing. Plus the owner made it very easy to book and communicate. Loved it all and look forward to staying here again soon!

The cottage was extremely well decorated. So fun to see all the anchors in every room and on all spaces. It had all the essentials plus so much more. You really only needed to bring your own food and clothes. Everything else was in the cabin including spices, basic cooking essentials, and toilet paper and paper towels. This was the most well stocked cabin we have ever stayed at.
