Terrific space with lovely touches of comfort and care and convenience. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. The view was fantastic. I will come back and bring the family! And encourage friends to book this home. It was a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and the pictures accurately depicted how spacious, clean and well maintained it was. It was fully stocked with anything you needed. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we returned to the island.

We loved this place! Nice and spacious, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a great patio to hang out on. We were happy that there were beach chairs and umbrellas to use during our stay. There were two parking spots for the place which was perfect for us. Magic Sands beach is just a short walk away which is one of our favorite beaches. Also the Magic Sands Grill is a tasty place to eat and that and the beach shack are right past the beach.

The house was stunning, spacious, and the ocean view even better than the pictures. It was just as represented if not better. We watched the sunset every day over the beach. The house itself was decorated beautifully and incredibly well stocked. The pantry had basic staples like cooking oil, herbs, and seasonings. Tons of dishes and cookware. There were 6 beach chairs, at least 2 umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, snorkeling gear, beach toys, beach and pool towels, and full laundry supplies. We arrived to find a perfectly clean house with a very large basket of fresh fruit and a hand written welcome note. Little touches like these and great communication by the host made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is gorgeous and convenient. Excellent communication and very easy check in/out. The views are awesome and so relaxing. Lots of space inside and two large lanai. All the beach equipment you’d need, from towels to snorkels to umbrellas and a large cooler. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. We had a multi-generation family of 6 that all had an excellent experience. We were greated by a beautify flower bouquet and fruit basket, which set the tone for the week. The host was responsive and helpful at all times. Location is ideal - close to the main village area, but not too busy/noisy, also right next door to Magic Sands beach which we all enjoyed. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and well-supplied. We were able to cook several of our meals and enjoyed the outdoor patio with ocean view. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Nice place with convenient Kona location

The owners are great and the location - walking distance to several beach/snorkeling/surfing areas is convenient. The villa easily accommodates a family of 4.

Beautiful unit

My wife and I stayed here with two other couples. We had a great time and all loved the condo. It had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Kona 2025

This place is lovely. Great location and amenities. 5-10 minute drives to Kona, Keauhou, and Holualoa. Great views of the ocean from the back decks. 3 minute walk to Magic Sands beach and a 15 min walk to Kahalu'u beach. Just be careful of the waves at Magic Sands!

Great stay!

Great location! We enjoyed the private access to the ocean for snorkeling. Fabulous sunsets by the pool. Jennifer was wonderful....very attentive and accommodating.
