We are very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Very clean, very spacious and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect. Close to downtown Durango shopping and restaurants. Wi-Fi was not very good and we couldn’t get TV reception, but other than that we have no complaints. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic. The previous issues mentioned in other comments about the linens have been resolved. We had no complaints about the property. In fact, it was incredibly comfortable and conveniently located, with all of downtown within walking distance.

Lovely condo. Lots of space. Internet very spotty. Comfortable furniture. Looked to have recently been painted and new carpet. Front door area is setup as a kind of "mudroom". Lots of space to drop gear and shoes. Master bath very large, but also very low sinks. Kitchen could use more practical cooking utensils. The balcony is delightful and love that they have blankets so you can enjoy sitting in the morning and evening. Fantastic location to downtown. You can walk any where. Lots of coffee/tea shops and fabulous restaurants close by.

Nice, clean, open living space in an ideal location for access to town. Negatives were absence of an area to hang clothing in the master bedroom, internet speed and funky tv access. Most significant was internet speed - VERY slow. Evening noise from town and traffic can be annoying but that is to be expected close to nightlife establishments.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and spacious—just right for our group of 8. We never felt like we were on top of each other, we had room to spread out. The mud room area was perfect for getting ready for a day on the slopes. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops.

My girlfriends and I (4 total) stayed here 7/15-19. This condo was perfect for us. The condo is well appointed, very roomy, and looks just like the pictures. And you can’t beat the location to downtown. You’re within walking distance to so much!All furniture, including beds, were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook. There is also a cute little patio off the living room. There is also a larger patio available to all guests which looked lovely, even though we didn’t use it. The condo is through Vacation Rental Collective. The team was extremely communicative before and during our trip. We were able to get into the condo a little early which caused a glitch with the door code entry. I was able to reach someone immediately and they resolved the issue on the spot. The building also requires code access after hours if that’s a safety feature you want.The parking garage (2 spots are available) is a big bonus. Depending on what you want to do, a car might not be necessary, but we did some activities outside of the downtown area so car was needed for us. I highly recommend this condo for the downtown Durango experience, will stay again if I get to come back and would def stay at other VCR properties. Great experience.

Amazing downtown location

Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and we loved the location. It was easy to get to the grocery store and to the little restaurants and shops downtown. I had a question while we were there and the property manager was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 adults and 1 child stayed at the Condo for 5 nights in late July early August. Overall we had a good experience. The location is absolutely perfect for a family as it is in the downtown area and guests could easily walk to various activities. The unit was well equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals for the family. We did have a bit of trouble getting in and out of the parking area but the response of the management group was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

Durango Sweet Spot

Property located in a centralized area of Downtown Durango with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Around the corner from the Durango Train Depot.

Perfect home base in Durango

The property was perfectly situated, walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of downtown Durango but only a quick drive from the airport and some amazing hikes. The property manager checked on us numerous times and accommodations were just right for our family. We will be back!

Awesome Condo

Awesome condo in the heart of Durango. Lots of room, listing and pics are very accurate. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms were comfortable, and plenty of living / dining area for group to spread out.
