Long stay

Absolutely awesome place, great neighborhood and quiet. I was able to walk at night with no problems. Very clean condo and great people that own it.

Great home away from home

We stayed here for a few months while doing work in the area and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not only is the condo clean, well appointed, and comfortable, but the community is quiet and safe as well. Greg is awesome to deal with too. No complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at Greg’s place. The home was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described - actually even better in person. The location on Venice Island is perfect, with everything just a short walk or drive away. Communication with Greg was smooth and easy throughout my stay. He was thoughtful, responsive, and made everything simple, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was effortless, and the home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

My Slice of Paradise

If I could give this condo 10 stars I would! I love staying on the Island and this condo made it even better. The location is great - close to downtown Venice, the beach, Sharkey's and a great park to take a stroll in and observe the Florida wildlife. There are festivals at the airport across the street a well as in the park down by the beach. There is no need to ever leave the island! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. And the neighbors are great! As for the condo itself, it is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The owners paid attention to every detail when furnishing the condo. I felt right at home! Greg, the landlord is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. This is a great place to enjoy all that Venice has to offer.

Very enjoyable

Property was very nice and convenient to everything - especially dining, shopping, groceries, entertainment, culture, movies, downtown, major highways, etc.The owner was extremely helpful in every way. The neighbors were/are top notch. Hard to beat in the Venice, FL area.

Loved my stay. Plenty of space, very close to the beach and to Sharkys, my favorite place to eat and relax. Owner was very nice. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Home away from home!

Our two month rental was very enjoyable and very comfortable. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The linens were of good quality and there were plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. The decor was bright and cheerful and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There is a lovely little screened in porch perfect for your morning coffee or reading. The condo is in a quiet small complex and all the people we met there were very friendly and we hope to see many of them next year! The area is perfect for walking to several beaches and parks. We did have a problem with the water heater but the owner was very quick to respond. We are looking forward to our visit next year! Lynda & Clarence
