Riflessioni è stato recentemente ristrutturato casa di vacanza con ogni campana e fischietto! accesso fiume dalla proprietà, vasca idromassaggio, WiFi, schermi multipli Flat, molto enorme con Ferri da cavallo! Situato in una zona tranquilla e circondata da abbonda! Dalla comodità del salotto, patio o vasca idromassaggio si vedrà il fiume lungo con cervi, falchi pescatori, volpi, conigli, quaglie, avere tutto ...


Riflessioni è un fiume casa di recente ristrutturato. Studiati, questa casa è calda e accogliente dal momento in cui passo piede all'interno.


La cucina è lo stato dell'arte con tutto il necessario per rendere fantastici pasti in famiglia!


Il soggiorno e sala da pranzo hanno una parete di finestre che si affacciano verso il espansiva fino al fiume.


Le 3 camere sono tutte spaziose, con accoglienti aree salotto e TV a schermo piatto. S. Tutti hanno il cavo.


Vi è un ampio patio con una bella sala da pranzo e posti per le persone a sprawl.


Rilassatevi nella grande capanna vasca sotto un milione di stelle.


Siamo certi che questa sarà la tua nuova "casa lontano da casa" qui sul Russian River!



I nostri Dock e Kayak possono andare in acqua dal 15 giugno al 1 ° ottobre. Questo è quando diga il fiume.

The Reflections house exceeded expectations and I …. wasn’t expecting that. Its proximity to town, the quiet, the big space - both inside and out. There really isn’t anything I can find that we didn’t like about the place. And don’t let the lack of AC scare you: A few of us were nervous and not once did we experience any overheating. The ceiling fans are top rate and the portable cooler in the living room did the trick just fine. And we were there in the height of the summer. On the day of our checkout, I had a couple of different questions and called a couple of different times and the property management company was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Spacious home at the river

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is on a huge piece of property, with lots of usable space inside and out for groups to hang out. Close to Guerneville and in a quiet neighborhood. One caution: the dock was not usable when we stayed there & I only found out after inquiring. It was not ideal, but there is a small nice beach within a short walk. The owner is very responsive, and the kitchen is very nice, although minimally stocked. Hot tub worked great!

Glad you had a nice stay. We would love to host you again. We are sorry the State did not install the Dam. All of our paperwork and every ad we have that the dock would not be placed in 2026 due to the State not placing the dam in the lower Russian River. It impacts all houses below Johnson's beach. We did reach out to all guests informing them of this and again, placed it in all of our ads.. This is the only year the State has not put in the dam. Thanks, Stace

The property is just liked it was described. Very clean and welcoming, we loved the open concept of the home and all of the amenities. This is a perfect place for a family or get together with friends. I would definitely visit again the next time I am in Guerneville!

Great location and river access

Our family had a great stay at Reflections. Lots of space to spread out and access to the river (with the dams up) was convenient. Property manger was very responsive to any questions/issues.

Great place to stay

Nice place with lots of room inside and out. Lovely kitchen, view of yard and hills from windows. Mattresses great. TVs in all bedrooms Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Great stay on the river!

Came for my 30th birthday and had a great time. Lots of outdoor space and great access to the river. Only thing is take note is the listing mention it sleeps 8 but only has 3 beds.

Nice Cozy Retreat

Wonderful stay

We had a great time here at reflections. The River access was great and the kids loved it! The ladder was broken during our stay but it did not impact our fun. We hope to come back!

Good girls weekend spot

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The fire pit and hot tub were a big hit. Just a short drive to the main part of town, local sites and wineries. Overall a really great spot.

This was a great place to stay for a family of all ages!

Reflections is a private space with a huge yard. We enjoyed our stay at Guerneville. We were sad to see the River was very low, and not accessible, so we couldn't enjoy the river as much as we wanted.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. The house had a great lay out and was very clean. Loved the openness of the kitchen/living room. There was something for everyone at Reflections. We loved using the hot tub and the canoes.

Amazing House & Property

The kids and I had such a great time. Plenty of activities, space to run for the kids. It was a beautiful house, well maintained and well stocked. Everything we needed for a nice getaway weekend!

Beautiful Property

The home was great, very comfortable. We spent most the time outside so the large property was definitely a plus for games and gathering. Definitely would rent again in the summer months to utilize the river.

Nice spot on Russian River

We had a great time at reflections. Property management was super prompt in responding and the house was just the right fit of everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the osprey nest high up on the tree across the river.

Family Time

Perfect location, very private and spacious. Loved the open floor plan. Plenty of dishes and well stocked kitchen. Had a very relaxing time.
