Villa Ratto è una tenuta privata di due acri che è stata tramandata alla generazione successiva. La tenuta è immersa tra le splendide sequoie della California nello storico Cazadero. È la cornice perfetta per una vacanza indimenticabile con la famiglia e gli amici o una fuga romantica per una coppia. Inoltre, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, distendersi ed equilibrarsi con la natura.

Il parco offre una grande area erbosa per giochi all'aperto come pallavolo e badminton e un falò sul retro per una serata rilassante davanti a un fuoco caldo.

Le sistemazioni in stile contemporaneo rinnovate di recente mettono in mostra semplicità, stile e comfort. La sala principale con soffitti a volta in legno a vista presenta un ampio soggiorno, una cucina gourmet aperta e una spaziosa sala da pranzo che può ospitare fino a dieci persone.

La zona soggiorno con camino in pietra comprende un comodo e spazioso divano in pelle.

La cucina gourmet completamente fornita comprende: 2 lavandini, doppi forni, ampie aree di preparazione, piano cottura a gas, frigorifero per vino e ripiani in pietra di quarzo.

La master suite ha un letto king size con bagno privato. Il bagno principale presenta una grande cabina doccia e doppi lavandini. Le due camere degli ospiti sono spaziose con letti queen size e ampi armadi.

Such a wonderful girl's weekend at Villa Ratto, the property and the house was amazing. House was stocked with everything we needed probably the best stocked house I have rented. Hot tub relaxing sitting by the fire pit enjoying the redwoods and fruit trees. Place is great! Very clean, kitchen has everything you need to make whatever you want. Great for a gathering with friends/family. Outdoor firepit has everything you need. Tony was great at communicating with us as well.

A beautiful quiet property tucked away in the redwoods. We had a very nice time with our young kids, and getting to and from Monte Rio for food and river time was easy. We also dipped in the creek on the property (the weather was cool for our visit but this would have been a great option in warmer weather). Overall had a wonderful stay.

This house is spectacular; has everything and anything you will ever need! Fantastic location to either Guerneville, Duncan Mills and the coast (Goat Rock Beach a must)! House was impeccably clean and the access to Austin Creek behind the home was great for our dog to romp around in.

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Ratto. We will be back again! The house is set up with everything you could possibly want/need in a vacation home. The host is exceptional- responsive and helpful. The setting is beautiful and offers privacy/quiet yet is close enough if you want to go grab something to eat! We love it here and are anxious to come back!

Wonderful property, great host! I had some difficulty getting the fireplace going without triggering the smoke and fire alarm going off. He walked me through the whole process very patiently, and then talking to my daughter about the whole history of the place. Great experience!

Beautiful space

We had a wonderful time at this location. The house was amazing, full stocked, and the grounds were beautiful. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning in the future.

Wonderful family destination

Spacious, clean, great appliances and furnishings. A huge yard for children. Hot tub, fire pit and grill all great! I highly recommend this property! (Owner very helpful and quick to respond to questions) Everything was perfect for our family getaway.

Idyllic

Perfect spot for families with kids - they spent hours and hours playing in the meadow. Sunshine, redwoods, smores at the campfire, and access to the creek - what more can you want? Kitchen spacious and well appointed. Private, quiet, clean - this is our second visit and we'd love to make it an annual tradition.

Amazing property

This was our second time at villa ratto and my family has begun to think of it as our sanctuary away from the city. The yard- the creek- the fire pit and hot tub- it is simply perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary equipment and the beds are super comfortable.

Beautifully situated house amongst the Redwoods. The grounds are spacious for play and relaxation. The home is lovely and well stocked (best stocked rental ever)! It has everything you would ever need. Clean and comfortable. Would love to return someday. Thank you, Tony!!

This house has everything you need to relax, cook up gourmet meals and play games and have some fun! Tony is great to work with, and we ran into 0 problems. This is the second time we stayed here, and I would highly recommend it.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this amazing property. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our holiday meal, we lacked for nothing. We loved the redwood trees and fruit trees on the property and the flat area was great for playing cornhole. We used the fire pit and jacuzzi almost every night. We will recommend this property to all our family and friends.

Above Expectations

Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was huge and contained more items than any gourmet cook could hope for. It was near a large table that was perfect for group meals and family games. The hot tub was the best we have ever used - very clean, hot and great jets. Thank you for a great time!

Great Weekend Getaway

Five of us in our family (three humans and two dogs) had a terrific stay at the property. The home was comfortable and extremely well-stocked. The kitchen had anything you could want, there were plenty of towels and linens, and a nice collection of games. Wi-fi worked well through the home. The fenced in yard was great for the pups (although the yard is big enough that you should keep a very close eye on unleashed dogs). Would recommend for a lazy trip away for some terrific quiet time.

For 50 years, Cazadero and the Russian River has been our family summer and weekend getaway. Our family vacation home holds a special place in our hearts since our parents bought it in the summer of 1969. It holds wonderful memories and it is our pleasure to share it with you.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

It is a great place to come together with family and friends. The redwoods, Austin Creek, the sunny open space, and the location are the perfect setting for a memorable vacation. Plus, it's only a two hour drive north of San Francisco. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

Also, it's only a 5 minute drive to the Russian River and the charming town of Duncans Mills, 15 minutes to Guerneville, 15 minutes heading west to the scenic Sonoma Coast, and close to some of the best wineries in Sonoma County.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It’s one of those places that you have to see to believe. You can enjoy spending the whole day here. As evening approaches it becomes quiet and calm. It's the perfect setting to start a warm campfire, sit back, and relax.
