All our regular renters come back to this condo every year because they love the location and the rental price as a great value vs the nearby hotels and time shares. Super quiet location too. From the gate entry you can walk to all the restaurants so the location is ideal. Thanks and hope to have you stay again soon!

The condo is very nice. It is roomy and comfortable, and they provide everything you could possibly need. When we arrived, we actually had the opportunity to meet our hosts, Walt and Jana. They are lovely people and gave us great tips to get the most out of our stay. We hope to return to Terrasol soon.

The Terrasol is easily the best spot in Cabo. Safe, private and beautiful with direct access to everything the Marina and downtown has to offer. Walt was a pleasure to work with and made us feel very welcome. We can't wait to return.

Great location and well-stocked unit. Walt was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. We love the pool and palapa bar, and the staff is very friendly. We will be back!

Amazing place

Everything was simple and well thought out, from the transportation to the front desk staff to the condo and its amenities. The location is perfect and the beach is pristine. The views are amazing .

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Terrasol very much. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The owner was was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend!

Great location, very comfortable

The condo is in a beautiful quiet compound that walks directly onto the Pacific beach. It is a short walk to the marina and anything you need or want to do. Friendly, helpful owners too!

The location really is a key factor. Rent any place like at the hotels and all inclusive hotels and you have a car ride to take to the restaurants and activities. You can just walk right out the gate to most everywhere from Terrasol. Thanks for the great review!!

Perfect beach get away!

This studio condo has everything you could want for a couple beach get away. Beautiful beach right outside the door, quiet, with all the activities of Cabo a 10 minute walk away. We are sad to leave and want to come back!

Amazing Place

We had an amazing time at this apartment. Perfectly located, quiet resort. Lovely swim up bar with decent food and drinks. The host was amazing, with excellent communication. The whole process was really smooth. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely home away from home

Great experience in Cabo with very comfortable, safe and quiet home to stay. Close to marina which allowed us to get to activities and fun restaurants easy. Great hosts that took great care and communicating with us to ensure smooth stay. Thank you! Hope to return.

Peaceful Getaway in Cabo

peaceful getaway in Cabo. Amazing views from patio and a 10 second walk to the water. Clean house with all the kitchen items needed for cooking. Staff on site is so friendly and helpful.

It is so peaceful! We love it there because Terrasol is a nice quiet place to stay and so close to everything. Most places are further north and you have to take a cab to get to the downtown and marina area. Thank you for this nice review!

Walt and Jana have really done an excellent job to make this place your home away from home. Their description of the property is very accurate. We enjoyed our first visit to Cabo San Lucas and hope to come back. We would definitely stay here again. All staff at the condo complex were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gabriel the recommended driver who took care of our transportation for the entire time. Beach was beautiful to walk.

Fabulous location and hosts

This property is a one bedroom (studio), and is meticulously clean and well furnished. Everything worked perfectly, and the view and access to the beach were just as promised. Walt and Jana are gracious and responsive hosts. We absolutely recommend this property without hesitation, and will be back to stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous condo and property. We were so impressed on how stocked they had the condo. Wonderful Cabo Getaway

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Cabo and the location and accommodations provided by Terrasol #115 were perfect. We were able to watch whales playing in the Pacific while sitting around the pool and saw sea turtles hatching right on the property. The proximity to downtown and the marina made getting around very easy. Thanks Walt and Jana for sharing your little piece of paradise.

Beautiful, relaxing place!

This place was a great spot to get away from it all but have everything within walking distance. All the other guests and staff were super nice and friendly. The palapa bar is a great place to get drinks and food. This condo has everything you need and more! The bed was comfy and it was a very quiet location on the property. Walt was also very quick to help with any questions or concerns, This is one of the best places we have stayed.

This was the perfect Get Away!!

This is exactly what my husband I needed. Walt & Jana are the perfect host. The condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need on your stay. You aren't right next to the pool to hear all the noise, talking, laughing going on at the pool, yet you are just steps away from it and the ocean front.
