Questa villetta a schiera sull'isola di terza fila, situata a North Forest Beach in 27 Sandpiper Street, è stata progettata pensando ai vacanzieri. Dalla porta principale, si entra in una grande sala ampia con soffitti di 12 piedi e scintillanti pavimenti in legno. La zona giorno ha posti a sedere con un divano, due sedie club e due sedie malabar che circondano il camino. Un armadio contiene il centro di intrattenimento con TV, DVD / videoregistratore e stereo. Il grande tavolo da pranzo è perfetto per radunarsi con la famiglia e gli amici. La cucina leggera e luminosa con banconi in travertino ha un bar dell'isola che può ospitare sei persone.

Tre serie di portefinestre conducono dalle aree soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina alla piscina e al ponte. I servizi a bordo piscina includono un tavolo da pranzo con ombrellone che può ospitare sei persone, grill a gas, sedie a sdraio e sedie adirondack insieme a una doccia esterna.
La piscina è rettangolare e misura 14 piedi per 28 piedi con una piccola cascata.

Al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto con bagno in comune. Una camera ha due letti singoli e l'altra ha due letti matrimoniali con porte francesi che conducono alla veranda.

In cima alle scale al secondo piano c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con il proprio bagno (vasca e doccia). Le porte-finestre si aprono in un salotto con un divano letto matrimoniale. C'è un balcone privato al largo della camera da letto e il salotto. Dall'altra parte della sala c'è una seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale intagliato con riso alla ciliegia e un bagno privato (solo doccia). Dalla sala, quattro gradini conducono alla suite principale. Questa spaziosa camera da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale imbiancato e una grande area salotto con due chaise longue perfette per leggere o guardare la TV. Questa zona ha porte francesi che conducono ad un balcone privato con sedie a dondolo ideale per intravedere l'oceano. Il grande bagno principale contiene lavandini a colonna separati, una vasca idromassaggio, una doccia e un gabinetto separato.

La piscina può essere riscaldata a un costo aggiuntivo.

Absolute perfection

This home checked all the boxes. It was big enough for our framily of 12 but also laid out in a way that we communed together in the kitchen/living/pool deck area! The layout was perfect!!!! And I loved that this home didn’t feel like a rental formula. You can tell it’s someone’s home and they love it, too! Melissa and Ben were incredible hosts— so helpful and responsive!!! I hope to stay here every time we visit Hilton Head!!! Thank you, Sellars!!!

Wonderful location - Great Home

The home is beautiful, located steps from the beach and very comfortable. The pool was an added bonus as we could enjoy that with our adult kids and grandchild. We loved our stay.

Fun in the Sun

The property was gorgeous and the location was excellent. Walk a few minutes, and you're on the beach. Tired of the beach, come back and soak in your own private pool. Feel like ice cream? Jump on the nearby bike trail and your at 5 ice cream parlors in minutes. Ben, the owner was very accomodating. I had a few minor questions and was answered immediately. I highly recommend this lovely home for family vacation due to it's comfortable atmosphere and nearness to all that Hilton Head has to offer. One more thing- North Forest Beach is a white sand beach that is wide, safe and relatively uncrowded.

Great house and location!

In walking distance to VDM tennis center, Sonesta and beach. Well equipped house with plenty of room for adults and kids. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our first family vacation. The location is ideal to get to the beach or the town. The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked. The communication with the others was top notch! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in HH. The house was perfect! 5 bedrooms - 4 King Suites! Perfectly appointed! Private pool! Great location! On the ocean block. What else could you ask for!

Family Spring Break Vacation

This was a great property for families. The location is in a residential area and is extremely close to the beach. We had our very young grandchildren with us and the trek back and forth from the beach was very easy. The house has a great set up for multiple families/generations. The bedrooms were spacious and with 2 on the first floor and 3 upstairs there was more than enough room and separation for our family. Also, the property owner was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Accommodations and Location

We Found both the accommodations and the location to be perfect. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms up stairs and two bedrooms on the first floor that shared a hall bath. We spent the mornings at the beach located at the end of our short street, very easy to come and go, and the afternoon enjoying the pool and the large deck located right outside the French doors on the first floor. Plenty of dishes And cookware. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the whole house well Laid out for enjoying time with the family. I would definitely return again in the future.

A Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay in this HH home. Lots of room, well stocked with basics, large kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. Great long dining table so we could all sit around and eat, talk and enjoy . 5 bedrooms were great for us, as were the 4.5 bathrooms. Although it rained the whole 4 days, we still enjoyed the pool and a walk to the beach. Only negative is that immediately upon entering, there was a strong musty smell. We turned down the AC, but it remained with us. The owners responded quickly with an AC service man, but he said the AC was fine. Never solved the issue. Otherwise, it was a terrific experience.

Wonderful Property!!

My family rented this lovely home for our annual family vacation, and we could not have been more pleased! The home was spacious, well-appointed, and a one minute walk to beach access. We had three families, with ages spanning from older adult to toddler, and this was the perfect layout for us. The pool is also so well-suited for our group as we have some emerging swimmers and they could both touch in much of the pool (that being said, if you have older kids, they may find the depth of the pool limiting, but it was absolutely perfect for us). Communication with the host was always prompt and thorough. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to re-book next year!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed this home! We usually come down every May, and this time didn't disappoint. Love the location, the pool being right off the first floor, and the spacious rooms!

Great location, needs some TLC

We enjoyed this property for the amount of space for a family of 8, the heated pool, and it’s great location (steps from the beach!). However, this property could use a deep clean, fresh paint and new carpeting, and some new appliances (and grill). Compared to other properties nearby with the same price point, this property is lacking in updates.

Fabulous stay. Only question/ issue was are the windows I two upstairs bathrooms one way view windows? No window coverings in two upstairs bathrooms. Neighbors could see in bathrooms?

Summer Reunion

We loved this house and chose it for its layout, pool, capacity and proximity to the beach and Coligny Circle. It delivered on all of those points. The homeowners were very attentive to a few minor issues that came up and we enjoyed our week that flew bye. Our only comments for improvement would be a good deep clean and fresh paint.

Fantastic family vacation!

We had a group of two families plus grandparents and the property was a comfortable fit for 10. The location was just steps from the beach and the pool was a great option for afternoons when we were done with the sand for the day. It was also a good size along with a well furnished pool deck. The communication was perfect and it definitely felt as if the owner wants every guest to truly enjoy the stay. We would all recommend this property. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue upon arrival but with a packed post-covid summer and lack of full cleaning staff given the current circumstances we are definitely understanding of their situation. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Great location

We loved the location and proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the option to have it heated. Check in and getting the keys went smoothly. The kitchen table is a great size but a little dinghy probably due to so many renters. Would recommend and stay here again.

Spring trip to HH.

Had a great week in HH. 30 yd walk to the beach. Pool was heated, which was nice in March-April. Overall, would recommend highly.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful time and the owners were extremely nice and helpful and were quick to reply to any questions The house is just steps from the beach and the pool is large making our trip truly a great beach vacation.
