This is an excellent house for families! My husband and I brought our 4 adult children and our 5 granbabies 6mos to 11 yrs. Plenty of space for all, a pool that is huge and the walk to the beach took minutes! What a wonderful property! Would definately book again! Highly recommend!

Great location near beach, shopping and restaurants

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful rental with plenty of room for large family gatherings. Great rental layout and amenities including a wonderful pool and hot tub. Very attentive rental company that responds quickly. Only a block from the ocean, with a very nice beach and only a 5 minute walk to shopping and multiple restaurant opportunities. Only a 10/15 minute walk to a very nice park with a giant pirate ship playground that is perfect for sunny days and an indoor children's museum that is perfect for rainy days. Would rent again. Wonderful property and company.

Peaceful Dove

This property is amazing and didn’t disappoint regardless of Hurricane Debby affecting our visit to HHI. The house set up is perfect for multi families. It is clean, relaxing and peaceful! The entire family enjoyed lots of time at the pool and a short walk to the beach made it even better! Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others!

Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Hilton Head Island! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and everything else we needed. The house was spotless, stylish, and stocked with all the essentials, including beach towels, which was such a nice bonus. Any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully, which made the whole experience even smoother. It was the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing getaway. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!

Family reunion

A great venue for our geographically dispersed family to gather and enjoy each other’s company, allowing the children/cousins get to know each other better. The location near the beach and near popular venues was great. House met all our needs and more. Staff at the company were responsive and helpful.

Vacation

This was a great vacation home for our family. The pool was wonderful and there was just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare meals conveniently. The beds on the main floor were not very comfortable, but the upstairs mattresses appeared to have been updated more recently.

Great family time spent at Hilton Heads in such a premium house

We loved every bit of our stay at this property. The property manager was very responsive and checked with us twice if we needed anything. The heated pool was really the highlight for us in addition to the well stocked kitchen and bath towels for each of the bathrooms. There is plenty of room in the house, its really large and all the rooms are pretty well decorated. The location of the house just steps from the beach was the best part. If there is one thing that we missed it was having a bluetooth speaker near the pool area (We wished we carried one.)

Close to beach and Coligny!

This is our second stay at this property. It is great for our family of adult children, their spouses and grandbabies. The pool is huge and there is plenty of space inside and out of the house. The appliances are aging and could use replaced. There is some minor repair work like door knobs and stuff that could be repaired/updated. Loved the pool table, ping pong table and the ROKU TV!

Love the location

We have stayed in the same area before and loved the location. The house is quite large with a maze of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was in great , working condition. The biggest and only negative is there is no bathroom on the lower level , only a small sunroom/bedroom . There are alot of exterior steps to get in and out of the house which made it worrisome for my 3 grandkids under 5 and my 84 yr old father in law ( who is quite active but we didn't want him to stumble /fall).

THE BEST place to stay for the holidays

What a fun surprise when we turned on to the street to find that it was completely decorated for Christmas! My family of 10, ranging from grandparents to teenagers thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was a great layout with plenty of bathrooms and a great downstairs area for hanging out. It is a quick one block walk to the beach and just a couple of blocks to shopping, grocery stores and dining options. We really appreciated Beachside Getaways responsiveness to the one issue we had. They were quick to communicate and sent a repair person over to help try to solve the problem. The whole team was friendly and worked to find a solution. We would stay at this house again!

Awesome house and close proximity to the beach.

Our family had a great time staying at this property during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was spacious - we had 5 couples and a couple of kids staying. The kitchen was great because of the two dishwashers and two fridges which really helped. The pool was great - we did ask for it to be heated which it was, though we had to pay a steep price for this. Bathrooms were nice. A couple of things for improvement: the water pressure and temperature of water in the bathroom was quite low. At best, you could get a luke warm shower. Also, the pool bedroom is nice but there is no bathroom attached, so if anyone stays there, they have to go outside to get back into the house. Oh yes - recommend guests bringing their own shampoo. The shampoo was not good at all.

Thank you for the feedback, Gureet! We will share it with the homeowner. One note, the bunk room on the ground floor isnt technically a bedroom. This bonus room would be the 7th bedroom if it were, but because it doesnt have a bathroom, we do not include it in the bedroom count. - Beachside Getaway

Great location, wonderful heated pool!

We went off season, so it was a bit chilly some days, but with extra paid (a bit pricy, over a thousand) for heating the pool and hot tub, it was fantastic! Pool table for rainy days, lots of kitchen utensils and pans. Great spot basically a block from the beautiful beach, and walking distance to grocery and restaurants, bike shop. Spa took some learning how to turn on and off (press button 1 when light will go solid, wait for bubbles, then press 2 when light should blink). Grill was clean and worked fine. Recommend Jazz Corner dinner reservations ahead of time - fantastic music! Two garage spots underneath (with football and ping pong) plus driveway. Host company very responsive!
