Babymoon in Lanikai

Rick and Nini are wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and to make the most of the beautiful Lanikai beach just steps away. The studio home was perfect for us, including a lovely private garden area for relaxing and enjoying home cooked meals. Ideal location just a short walk from the beach, with a perfect view of the sunrise every morning. We cannot wait to come back!

Awesome stay in Lanikai

We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy a week in Lanikai/Kailua. The Garden Studio apartment was fully appointed and very comfortable. Our hosts Rick & Nini were so welcoming and kind throughout our visit. It was really nice having Lanikai beach only a short walk away, totally avoiding all the parking restrictions. We appreciated having all the beach gear at out disposal and everything we could possibly need in our apartment. We're really looking to staying at this property again!! Mahalo Rick & Nini!!!

Amazing place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! So close to the most beautiful beach and many restaurants just a few minutes drive away. It had everyting you could possibly need for a relaxing stay in a perfect location!

Terrific, roomy studio

Short distance to the beach, quiet, plenty of room, comfortable, secluded yard, easy parking, Hosts were wonderful, very pleasant and responsive. Heading back next year and recommending to friends and family!

The place is located in a wonderful area. It was very clean and the host and hostess was great!

The place in location was perfect! The home was clean and well maintained. I could not ask for a better place. The hostess and hostess were extremely accommodating, and very nice. I would highly recommend these place! I will book again next time I’m here.

Island Paradise - Great Location - Fantastic Hosts

My wife and I travel to Hawaii yearly for a work & relax week. We looked for a quiet, community type setting vs. the hustle & bustle of Waikiki. The Lanikai/Kialua area was the the place for us. This studio was super clean, private entrance, very close to the beach and hosted by 2 wonderful people. Easy, short walk access to a breathtakingly beautiful beach. The hosts were easy to communicate with, accommodating and friendly. For 2 people only this place is a treasure, highly recommend.

Tropical Paradise Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in the guest cottage. The location is fabulous-right across from beautiful Lanakai beach. Perfect location

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect and central to all of our favorite spots on the island. Meeting up with Rick and Nini at the airport was a super fun way to end the trip! What are the odds?! We will be back! Mahalo and a hui hou!

Really pleasant place to stay across from beautiful beach and swimming. Great places to eat in town

Overall very positive. Oh the mango tree Is so productive and hosts share the delicious fruit. Great eateries in town. Everything wonderfully casual. Hosts were very attentive as needed. Honolulu 30 minutes.

Perfect Oahu Location

We loved the location of this rental. Just across the street to a somewhat private beach nook, and a short walk to the larger Lanikai Beach, which is one of the best on the island. Our hosts were super helpful with recommendations and guidance on where to go, things to do, and some insider tips on the area. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, everything was top notch. Highly recommend.

Beautiful & Serene Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Lanikai Garden Studio. The studio was charming, spacious and well appointed, the owner and property manager (Rick) was very communicative and helpful, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to Lanikai Beach. We are fortunate to have a large number of repeat guests who have become dear family friends and who have experienced the growth of our family, celebrating birthdays and holidays with us. We have been hosting a Canadian family each year since 1995 and a couple from Kennebunk, ME since 2000. We are fortunate to share our piece of paradise with each guest who comes through our doors, and we cherish the friendships and lifelong bonds we develop along the way.

If asked what the most rewarding attribute of our business is, the best answer would have to be that when we host a guest and they share with us that they could only have imagined what a special place we live in. How blessed we are to be able to offer someone a temporary respite from their day-to-day lives!
