4WD fortemente raccomandato, e devi abbassare la pressione dei pneumatici per raggiungere la bellissima area 4X4 di Corolla, chiamata Carova, dove i cavalli selvaggi vagano liberi. Twin Shores è gestito dal proprietario e siamo orgogliosi di offrire ai nostri ospiti una meravigliosa vacanza in spiaggia. Nota: non vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani, vengono fornite coperte e cuscini.
Caratteristiche: piscina privata (19 maggio-12 ottobre per il 2019) e vasca idromassaggio, vista sull'oceano, terrazza panoramica, griglia a carbone, grill a gas, kayak, amaca.

Twin Shores è una casa al piano inverso così ti godrai la vista sull'oceano dalla zona giorno. Vi è un arredamento confortevole, una TV a schermo piatto da 65 "con audio surround, DVD, Netflix e ampia collezione di film. Abbiamo un'antenna che supera i 20 canali. Il ponte sole di questo livello ha comodi mobili a sdraio, posti a sedere, una griglia a gas e un tavolo da picnic. Il camino a gas indipendente non è disponibile. La nostra cucina aggiornata ha tutto il necessario per cucinare per la tua famiglia. (frullatore, mini robot da cucina, pentola per riso, fornello lento, frullatore a mano, piastra elettrica full size, keurig e macchinetta automatica per caffè americano) A pochi passi dalla cucina si trova la spaziosa veranda coperta dove si può godere la vasca idromassaggio per sette persone! Attraverso la porta sotto il portico, salite le scale fino a una grande terrazza sul tetto con viste mozzafiato sull'oceano e ammirate le stelle di notte. Twin Shores è amico dei cani.

2) Affittiamo la nostra casa solo a gruppi familiari, e almeno una persona nella tua festa deve avere 25 anni. Per favore, non ci sono feste o eventi. Nessuna eccezione.

C'è anche una tana con una TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici, una scrivania del computer, una biblioteca di libri per adulti e bambini, Nintendo Wii e un divano. I ponti di questo livello sono ombreggiati e includono un dondolo e altri comodi mobili.
Al piano terra è la lavanderia, doccia esterna con acqua calda / fredda e spogliatoio, e l'area della piscina estremamente privata per tutta la famiglia di godere.
Viene fornito un kayak per esplorare il Currituck Sound.

2 nuovi lettini presso la piscina significano che gli attuali lettini sono stati spostati sul ponte anteriore, 2 nuove sedie con altezza controsoffitto sul prendisole anteriore, seggiolone e pacchetto n play per i più piccoli del gruppo, 3 nuove sedie da spiaggia da portare al spiaggia, nuova TV più grande nelle camere matrimoniali re e della regina e nuovo, più grande frigorifero in cucina. Nuova asciugatrice, nuovo letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto della regina nord-est, nuovo scaldabagno, cucina nuova, 2 nuovi servizi igienici, nuova macchina automatica per il caffè a goccia (abbiamo anche un Keurig), nuovi schermi nell'intero schermo in veranda, Nuove tavole da boogie, nuovi tappeti da bagno, nuovi cuscini, nuove sedie a sdraio e una nuova porta blindata sul portico

Lovely house on the 4x4 area of the beach in Corova. It was wonderful to experience a weekly away with our dog in this beautiful home. The host was responsive and helpful. The house was clean and as described. We felt like we were at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Twin Shores was the perfect vacation rental home for our family of 6 our pups. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and very clean as well. The pool and hot tub were both lovely! Home is just two streets back from the beach but very close to a beach entrance so it was about a two minute drive to get to the beach every day. And you can see the ocean from the rooftop deck! The owners have done a great job with this home and we will definitely come back.

This was an awesome adventure, exactly as promised. The novelty of being able to drive up right onto the sand to a spot on the beach never wore off and that alone was worth the whole thing. And the wild horses were very prevalent and absolutely did come right up to the house multiple times. The house itself was wonderful, clean and the host was very easy to work with and communicated well. We had no complaints and are seriously considering coming back our next time at the beach (even though we've never repeated a house before!).

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We had a great stay at this beach home for an extended Labor Day weekend! Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, and a very responsive property owner. It was close to the beach, quiet, and our family absolutely loved all of the porches. Highly Recommend!

Great Place to Rent

I highly recommend your stay here. The place is wonderful. We loved it here and hope to rent again. The kitchen had everything you need. The owner was very responsive and kind. We got to see the horses in the yard with our morning coffee. Great place to stay.

Amazing Stay

This house was everything listed and so much more. It felt like we were staying in a home, not a house. The kitchen was so well equipped, and the furnishings and overall feel let us know someone loves this home, and we loved staying here. Julie was a great communicator and the overall stay was smooth, relaxing and absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The house was awesome, the owner utilized every inch of the house , there is a door on every floor for access to every deck !! It was our very first time to Corolla and this house was the best , we go to the outer banks every summer , if we could pick this house up and move it to wherever we visit I would love to do that , , it is what it says

Great rental

Well stocked and clean house. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Nice pool. Short walk to the beach. If you have room in the car, get your groceries, water, TP, tissues, and paper towels before making the several-mile commute up the beach to reach the house.

Great Beach House

Twin Shores has so much - pool, hot tub, grill, hammocks, beach chairs, kayak, lots of games and dvds, multiple porches and hang out zones. Fully equipped kitchen. Great for our multiple family trip with all different aged kids. Super clean. Great instructions from owner on what to bring, best way to access the property. Saw lots of wild horses. Just around the corner from the Carova fire house with a little souvenir shop. So fun to drive the 4x4 beach. Super friendly folks all around. Highly recommend!

“A million out of ten”

When asking my family if they were enjoying this vacation and home, my son replied “I give it a million out of ten” and everyone else agreed. The home is in a wonderful location that is both secluded yet easily accessible by 4x4. We really enjoyed seeing wildlife each day with deer, a fox, and many wild horses that frequented the area. Driving and parking on the beach was an unforgettable experience. This home is in fantastic condition compared to many other rentals we’ve encountered, and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything a family might need to enjoy a week away from the creature comforts of city life. Absolutely everything about this home and our experience there was top notch and the owner was very helpful and communicative before, during, and after our visit. We are already discussing when we can return again since this has been deemed the “best vacation ever” :)

Home away from home.

First off the owner is very polite and communicates very well with any questions that may be asked. The moment we walked through the door it was very clean. The water was good, for anyone that has been in the area for multiple visits knows some houses can have a dispersant odor. The kitchen is loaded with a ton of nice and convenient items; check the list before packing from home it is probably at the house. The other wonderful part of the house I felt was the screened in room. To relax outside and not have the bugs or frogs all over. My only problem we had as a family was that we couldnt stay longer in the house.

Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to get in a bit early and the cleanliness of the house was the first thing I noticed. There’s so much at the house that I could have easily left 2 of my large, storage bins at home. It really feels like a home, not a rental unit. The owner of the house was friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The property is quiet and secluded and we loved the rooftop deck, especially. The layout takes some getting used to, for sure. My only wish is that it was beachfront! My twenty-somethings had no issue walking to and from the beach but it was a bit much for me in the heat with a recovering ankle, so I wasn’t able to escape to the beach by myself at all. However, my brother and his family loved this location more than being beachfront. We love Carova but didn’t see as many horses for some reason. Perhaps because there were so many more people this time. Luckily, the house is down the beach enough that this did not matter. Thank you for a much needed escape to an amazing area! We hope to be back soon!

Thanks for your thoughtful review. Most houses in the area do have the reverse floor plan with the bedrooms on the level below the kitchen/dining room/living room level, to take advantage of the views. I’m so glad you enjoyed our new rooftop deck, and everything our house has to offer.

4×4 beach property

We loved loading the truck up with beach stuff & just driving to the spot u wanted @ beach, which was a 3 minute drive from house. Beats the hell out of dragging a loaded down wagon through zillions of people in the hot sand like we've done @ many other beaches in the past. The only problem is the house was so comfortable that often we got relaxed & didn't want to leave the multiple deck seating aread or the nice pool & hot tub! Kitchen was also stocked with anything you could think of! Bottom line is that our families had a great week!

We had a great vacation!

From the start Julie was excellent to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was our first time in OBX so we were unsure what to expect but this house has everything you could need. The only part of the experience we did not like was driving on the beach for a long period of time and through the large water puddles on the “road” to the house. Once at the house everything was great and the beach is a block or so over. If you are comfortable with driving off road then I would highly recommend this rental. The house and Julie were both great.

I believe Carova beach is one of the last remaining non commercialized, truly unique beaches in America. The wild horses truly make this area special. With that said, you should choose Twin Shores because we are owner managed, it is our second home, and we care deeply about the house and the area. We are priced lower than the vast majority of the homes for rent from the big rental companies, and we have so much to offer.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I love my home because of its proximity to the ocean, the ocean views, the rooftop deck, the screened in porch with hot tub, and of course the pool! I also love the fact that we are in a very quiet area, with less houses.
