Benvenuti nella casa sul lungomare più rilassante! Sedersi sul molo e guardare le barche a vela che passano o rilassarsi sulla veranda protetta e guardare il tramonto. Questa casa ha qualcosa per tutti. C'è una spiaggia per i bambini per costruire castelli di sabbia, mentre ti rilassi e guardi dall'altalena del portico o ti siedi sulle sedie e prendi la brezza del fiume. Il molo è perfetto per pescare o attraccare con la tua barca. Bastoncini da pesca disponibili. Oltre a stand up paddle board, 2 kayak per adulti, 2 kayak per bambini, 2 biciclette e un grande galleggiante per rilassarsi nell'acqua. Ci sono 3 vasi di granchio per il tuo uso e un tavolo da picnic sotto una grande quercia per goderti la cena! Una griglia e pentola a vapore di granchio sono forniti. Giubbotti di salvataggio e altri giocattoli da spiaggia sono anche forniti per il vostro uso.

The house has a beautiful view with a screened in porch. The house was not very clean. It definitely needed some new appliances. I would not stay here again.

The refrigerator and built in microwave were bought 2 years ago. Not sure we will be updating those anytime soon. We strive to make our home a wonderful stay for all our guests. The screened in porch and brand new dock are definitely wonderful areas to enjoy!

This is a lovely home with a stunning view. Sunsets are beyond beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and the decor is exactly what you would expect for a river house. The location was very central for our activities. Highly recommend and I hope we can return.

Great family stay

What a gem in deltaville- the sandy beach for the kids was perfect and the layout works well for a family or multiple generations. In terms of being a rustic river house, it works great.

Nice little family vacation. Great fishing and it was so peaceful. Great screened porch to enjoy the peace and quiet. All the kids spent most of their time on the dock and had a great time.

Great relaxing getaway!

Very clean and neat bay house - pictures don't do it justice. Awesome location. My family loved the backyard and crabbing/fishing on the pier. Will definitely try to come back soon!

Fantastic experience all around

Our family stayed at this property for a wedding and had a great experience. The property was well-furnished and cared for and is located in a nice neighborhood with a good view of the river. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Mini Spring Break Trip

We really enjoyed this house on the water over my kids spring break! Our boys had a great time playing in the water/sand, fishing, and kayaking! We had a great experience, and Katherine was so great to work with! Would highly recommend!! We will be back!!

The house had everything we needed. Great location to store and bait shop. Everyone loved the private dock, kayaks, beach area and toys. Owners/managers were easy to work with.

Five friends weekend on the water

We had a wonderful relaxing stay over Veterans weekend! This is our second time staying at Katherine’s place. Our favorite part is sitting on the back porch overlooking the river. We were extremely fortunate to see two beautiful sunsets. We went into Kilmarnock and Urbana for lunch and shopping.

Our week in Deltaville

The house met all of the needs for 4 adults and 1 teen. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were sufficient. Kitchen was well stocked. We were able to catch crabs everyday, as well as a couple of keeper fish from the dock. Had a great time.

Peaceful Views, Lazy Days

This was a perfect setting for our family vacation and we had awesome weather even in August. The home was well equipped with an efficient layout and lots of room for our eight vacationers. Great dock, good crabbing and even caught a few small drum and spot off the pier. Lots of fun all around and close enough to visit favorite spots on the Northern Neck. Highly recommend.

Lovely house. The location and view were wonderful. The screened in porch was so nice and we spent a lot of time out there. We never found the third bathroom that was listed unless it referred to the outside shower. There was a problem with gnats during our stay which was eased by moving the kitchen trash can to the enclosed area by the entry door. Since we were there only two nights, we didn’t report it. I would definitely return if only to sit on the porch and enjoy the view.

Thank you for being the 3rd bathroom to my attention. I tried to correct on my end but it does count the outdoor shower as a bathroom. I have put in a ticket with VRBO to have this changed. I hope you will be back to stay again. Fall is one of the most beautiful times to enjoy at the river.

Slice of paradise!

Our week at this Berryville Shores cottage was exactly what summers are meant to be. Biking to sailing camp, morning runs, family game nights, and sunsets on the dock! The owners were very responsive and incredibly kind. The home was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials, very clean, and even had kayaks for our use. Family time is the best time and we had our little slice of June paradise at this Berryville Shores cottage.

We have 3 children (ages 8-14) and all of us enjoy the many different water activities at the river. There is tubing, fishing, sailing, swimming, paddle boarding, and just relaxing! Something for everyone!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Just a short drive from Richmond, Williamsburg, and the surrounding area. My husband and son are avid fisherman. They enjoy being able to fish from the dock as well as the easy, quick access to the Chesapeake Bay, which is known for its great fishing. Enjoy the Virginia Oyster Trail while you visit!
