Great Property and location in Southold. Close to all the wineries and beaches. This was our 3rd time at this property. Its always clean and host is very responsive. Sunsets are the best. Boat docking is a plus!

Dan was an amazing host. Beautiful property. Highly recommend it!

Dan was always available to help where needed. This property is in top shape. They have all the amenities and view.

The best couple of weeks of the summer

We love our time on the creek at Dan's! Nothing beats waking up to that view and the sunsets. Can't wait for next summer.

A Repeat Perfect Vacation

A repeat perfect experience! The beautiful setting among the oak trees on one side and Goose Creek from the back, daily kayak launches from the backyard beach, morning coffee from the deck watching Osprey fly overhead and dive into the Creek for breakfast, afternoon kayak treks to Goose Creek Beach from the house, cycling to Croteaux Vineyard for afternoon wine. The house is just perfect. It has EVERYTHING one could possibly need. Thank you for another wonderful vacation experience!!!

Early June Trip to Southold

Stayed at this location for the second time in June. House is very well kept. All modern touches ( Sonos, electric shades, excellent lighting). It’s a very well kept up property with great landscaping. House has everything you need and house run book is very detailed so there were no questions during our stay. The book included everything you needed to know about the house as well as popular locations places to visit or eat out Host is very responsive and Would definitely rent this home again.

A North Fork Gem

5+ Stars. Hands Down our favorite location after renting for 12 years on the North Fork. Dan and Carolina's home is perfect. It has every amenity you can imagine and more. Its location on the Goose Creek Inlet is a 10 minute kayak paddle to the Goose Creek Beach and Peconic Sound. Cycling from the home is ideal. Location to 3 iconic beaches is within 5 minutes from the home. Dan was so responsive and available. We hope to be regulars in years to come. Thank you both for an incredible experience.

Beautiful home, wonderful kitchen. Dan is just great. Very comfy beds. Goose Creek. Cant get much better.

NorthFork Gem

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. House was exactly as pictures show and everything exceeded our expectations. House was clean and ready for us. Owners communication entire process was perfect, all my questions were answered and upon arrival was a comprehensive 15 page document that provided All instructions how to run the house and property (how to access lightning, sound, grill, beaches , kayaks, etc) and many recommendations for to things to do and restaurants. Just a short bike ride into town. We also utilized the dock and enjoyed outstanding boating in the surrounding areas. June 2022.

Calypso Home

Our stay was wonderful, especially watching all the wildlife, including a bald eagle being chased by an osprey. The views and sunsets were beautiful and my family enjoyed sitting by the water's edge and taking the kayaks out on the water. The well-appointed home had everything we needed including comfortable beds and we appreciated Dan's availability whenever we had a question or concern.

Incredible 3 Weeks in North Fork

Beautiful property. 100% accurate photos. Very well appointed and comfortable. Traveled with my wife and two small children (3 and 1) and we so thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home and in this area of the North Fork. So many food options and attractions within 15 minutes of the house, including bustling Greenport, Southold Fish Market (we ate here 5 times) and beaches/orchards/vineyards. Most days we started with breakfast on the back deck and finished with a sunset dinner on the deck. Great swimming and water activities right off the dock. Property manager was great and very responsive. He even went out of his way to help us secure a beach parking pass (which took some additional paperwork on his part). It was hard to come home and we will absolutely be back.

Incredible Waterfront Stay

Everything about our stay at Dan's waterfront home on the North Fork was perfect. From iconic sunsets over the water to the high quality amenities throughout the house, we could not have been happier with our time here. Comfortable beds, large kitchen with all top of the line appliances, sonos speaker system throughout the house - it was all fantastic. The absolute highlight, though, was being able to go out each morning and paddleboard to the beach ! Dan is an excellent host and we cannot wait to be back.

Vacation on the Creek

This was our second summer renting Dan's house on the creek and it was another amazing vacation. Nothing like waking up to the view of the creek in the morning and watching the sunset at night. Can't wait for next summer!

Amazing ~ loved everything!

This rental was an amazing experience! The pictures were more than accurate, the house was clean, and had everything someone would need. We settled in immediately and cannot wait to go back! 5 stars all the way!

Perfect summer getaway

We had an amazing 3 weeks here. A nice little hidden secret. The house was beautiful and right on the water with the best sunsets. Dan was very helpful with anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Southold Paradise

Spectacular property, inside and out. Every room was designed with care and good taste. The water views from the master bedroom and the kitchen/great room were beautiful, especially at sunset. The house is located on a quiet street in a quiet section of Southold, making running and biking easy. The house had kayaks and a SUP available, also easy to use from the dock. One of many lovely beaches just a short paddle away. Dan was a very responsive and accommodating host. Overall, a fabulous retreat!
